Just watch a few youtube videos and in a couple hours you will be doing barrel rolls and escaping from F-16s???

Play enough Flight Simulator video games and you are fucking Ice Man from Top Gun....GTFOH!

Who actually buys this story at face value? Whatever the fuck is going on here, it's definitely not the bullshit story we are being fed.

My old man is licensed for small planes like Cessnas. He used to play Microsoft flight simulator all the time and said it's incredibly accurate.

And if was a false flag, I fail to see what they attempting to gain. More security required at airports?

You want to know the only thing you can assume about a broken down old man? It's that he's a survivor.

RE: Seattle man hijacks an airplane and dies crashing it
An intelligent person who works around airplanes, does their research and steals a couple checklists and manuals and plays Microsoft Flight Simulator could get an airplane in the air. Landing it would be a different story. As far as doing a barrel roll... Well I've never done that in a transport category aircraft but I'd imagine if you had enough speed you could pull it off without aerobatics training.

What I find suspicious is I haven't heard any recording of his take off. Didn't he depart from Seattle international Airport? Trying to taxi a plane without a filed flight plan... You'd have cops on you like stink on shit.

What's to say he didn't take off from an adjacent taxiway from the hangar he stole it from? I actually grew up playing MS Flight simulator and used to mess around with stuff like that all the time. PMDG has 777, 747, 787 and all the other big boys payware for MS Flight simulator. There are hour-long detailed startup procedures videos on all the above aircraft.

SEA Airport is pretty busy. It would be difficult to take off on a taxiway due to the number of aircraft taxiing. Chances are the aircraft was positioned at the northern end, though, which would allow quick runway access. 8pm is very busy however... An aircraft taxiing without clearance would still likely be blocked by other aircraft by air traffic control. He may have used a call sign for a legitimate departing flight and departed unnoticed.. But even then.. It's like trying to pretend you're in the army with a veteran because you got educated on YouTube. You're going to get sniffed out fast. Very strange situation.

There’s something about this that is deeply sad but listening to te guy talking on the audio there is something about his voice that just sounds so normal. Not like a guy who’s about to off himself.

I hope he’s at peace now and that we find out what exactly it was that was troubling him.

There are a lot of sad guys out there, everyone of us should be on the loo out for them and offer them the chance to talk or help.

TBH I don't think the pitch the pilots offered was strong enough. They couldn't sell him the opportunity ofcontinuing his life as a cult hero who .. maybe could have become a pilot in time. I think they wanted to help but you can bet "health and safety" brigade didn't want him landing back at the airport. That's one of the saddest parts for me.

The other sad part is, the solution the "medical experts" would offer/force on him would often be no solution at all.
He was in a shit life, with a shit degrading job. Basically he had been turned into other people's bitches. Including it would seem his own wife's.
He clearly had lots of talent but "society" had decided it would never be used. Because he was white, male, unconnected, not wealthy, a meaningless cog in a machine etc.

The "solution" would be brainwashing him into accepting being a "loser" and a "nobody" with none of the stimulus that define manhood.
Doubtless he would be pumped full of expensive drugs, maybe for a lifetime. Possibly antipsychotic drugs, some of which turn men effeminate. And also cause a loss of contact with reality, a massive loss of any social credibility etc )I've seen how it causes them to slur speech and often talk plain rubbish).

I've seen once healthy people get in the grips of the "mental health treatment" profession. Sometimes its a very sad sight. Because its the exact opposite of what really needs to be done with these people. But hey... boosts GDP and pharma share prices!

My guess is that his solution would have been to find a life that fitted with basic male biology and not 21st century soyboyism.

Wow - he spoke with the controllers and asked them if he could get a job if he successfully landed. They told him that he can get any job if he lands.

Then he said: "Nah - I am white."

You gotta go through this video here to understand the disparate income discrimination against Whites. Lower intelligence White guys are utterly without chance in this system while it promotes far less capable diverse ones.

A lot of people here talking from the angle of "he was a smart and talented man who was being wasted by the mediocre existence in modern society."

While I agree with that, I am not sure what would be an alternative world where he could have had a more meaningful existence that used his talents.

Even when you take away all the feminist elements of this story, such as being passed over for promotions in favor of women or his wife being dissatisfied, you still have a modern society that requires grunts to run the show.

Someone has to be the one to load stuff onto the plane and prepare it for takeoff. Someone has to clean the floors. Someone has to do the paperwork.

If you turned the clock back to 1900, your choices were to be a farmer or factory worker, both with long hours.

The only alternative timeline that I can think of, that could possibly have a meaningful life for most men, and not just the few who were lucky enough or kissed enough ass to get in the right doors:
- no feminism
- no destruction of capital and social fabric thru the world wars (and no "greatest generation" bullshit)
- no destruction of the middle class though easy credit and devaluation of money
- explosive growth of technology to actually improve productivity, e.g. robots, nuclear power, improved transportation systems
- jobs that allow more flexibility and vacation thanks to productivity increases
- etc

You don't need to be high IQ to make decent money. Those dipshits at nyc MTA make like 6 figures lol. Shit, I would get a job at starbucks to make ends meet instead of offing myself. Work your way up to assistant manager and boom - you're at 50k a year Laugh

Fuck that I still wanna live, man! This guy had a personal struggle that I don't know about but still... he should've kept going.

Of course. The system may be biased, but the opportunities are still boundless.

Ultimately it was just a more creative suicide - no matter the excuses he found. He could have made decent money with various jobs and become even a hobby pilot.

If truck drivers around the shale-oil areas are getting over six figures.
Fair bet the fly-in, fly-out pilots can get a fair amount & if not. Truck drivers around the shale-oil areas are getting over six figures.

Yes, I've been wondering how he got airborne also. There doesn't appear to be a crosswind runway at that airport that he could have used. Instead the airport appears to have three parallel runways with the longest runway right next to the terminal and maintenance aprons. Perhaps the aircraft was parked near the end of that runway, so he was able to taxi to the run-up area and get rolling between other aircraft landing before anyone noticed?

Im sure he was noticed taxi and taking off. The man wanted to fly, what was the tower or ground control gonna do to stop a 70 passenger airplane? Nothing.

Yes and I don't think its just less intelligent white males.
We've seen quantum shifts over the past 2 decades. Mass, mass immigration. Offshoring of capital and businesses.
Women taking nearly 50% of professional jobs (when it used to be about 10% not that long ago). There's the short term labour flows eg Poland to England, Mexico to USA. There's the power in the hands of corporations eg zero hours contracts etc. Employers regularly tell candidates "degrees are worthless" - even if its a business degree from Oxford or Cambridge.
Women work to live and rarely have a huge passion for it. For men, work is pivotal to their identity and life. Take a decent job away from a man, and you might as well chop his dick off... in many cases. Women however will happily be "ladies of leisure" and often give up high flying jobs for primary teaching/coffee mornings etc.

For many people, men especially quality of life seems to have diminished drastically over the past 20 years. Prospects for university grads on average are far worse than 20 yrs ago. Traditional masculine jobs - shipbuilding, mining, carbuilding etc have been disappearing at a horrifying rate. Have a minor criminal record and often you can't be a nightclub bouncer these days. But if you're a dyke with a crew cut - welcome aboard!

Anyone can say "ahh yes but such and such job is well paid". Yes every era has labour shortages in a particular area. People talk about shale oil, I wonder about carcinogenics in that industry. 20 yrs ago, IT and programming were going to be "the big thing". For some IT still is. But what happened? A flood of cheap immigrant labour, Big Tech fixing salaries as a cartel, and mass offshoring of jobs.

Technology may have improved life expectancy and given us new interests. But the thing that makes men feel like men is doing something that makes them feel valued. Knowing they have developed themselves, knowing they aren't some bitch of a Hillary Clinton lookalike. Society has become poisoned by a corrupt Establishment with an agenda that doesn't even make sense.
In the past people knew that working hard got them places. Nowadays, I've seen Oxbridge grads working in shitty call centres 5 years after university. Smart kids not geeks too! I don't know the full details, but it seems he was a victim of a race to the bottom. Previous eras had their faults but this era's are unique.

Nowadays in Britain many young people can't even afford a home when they are 35 years old! If I found my mrs was earning more money than me, I think I would rather be dead. I mean whats the next step? Making it compulsory for men to wear dresses? Well in England there's newspaper stories about boys wearing SKIRTS to school in hot weather. That sums it up. Seriously fucked up.

Great post, but I disagree with the last two points. I believe that employers will always use growth of tech options to increase their bottom lines, not benefit their workers (unless doing so is in their financial interest, which it rarely is).

I think what needs to happen is that the middle class needs to take the bull by the horns and wrestle technology into roles that better their lives directly.

For example, a fully automated fish farm in your garage that only needed to be re-stocked with fish food every two weeks and measured its own water chemistry and texted your phone if the PH level got too out of wack would suck for fish-farm operators, but would be great for the individuals who installed them at home, assuming that the product was financially competitive.

However, increased automation that was only installed at commercial fish farms would be great for the owners of fish farms, but terrible for the employment class and probably neutral for the consumer.

Using technology to work from home rather than enduring a 2 hour commute every day. Great for the worker, reduces the power of employers and probably neutral for the end consumer. Even better when such options eliminate the employer altogether and make each employee their own boss.

Those employer class isn't going to encourage the working class to figure out how to make technology to work in our favour. The employment class needs grow a sack and do that for themselves.

I'm the King of Beijing!

RE: Seattle man hijacks an airplane and dies crashing it
< Technological unemployment was always about to happen in some sort of way.

However the global elite are exacerbating the issue by this fake "free trade" agenda. Moving factories off-shore to be serviced by countries with much lower environmental-, wage-, social cost- and safety-structure is just malicious. There is nothing positive about it. Key industries must remain in countries and that is what places like Korea, Japan are doing while the West is gutted. That shit began in the 1970s and was nothing new.

The mass migration and both low-tier (most) as well as mid-tier wage (visa programs where workers just get imported to do the same job for half or less) programs are also malicious and don't help the working class.

Without those measure and with sound and fair tariffs, then way more people would be employed in the West and to much higher net wages.

Technological unemployment is of course something that will come for many jobs out there, but it's not there yet. Currently it's still mostly other issues - even agenda plagued ones like scrapping coal and replacing it with ineffective fucked up wind- and solar-farms based on political agenda (all on taxpayer dime and most of the companies going belly-up anyway). There are currently roughly 15.000+ abandoned wind-farms in the US alone - rotting and destroying the countryside, because when subsidies are gone, then so are the investors for those abominations.

If an aircraft is suspected to be hijacked ATC will suspend all ground operations. At 8pm there almost certainly several aircraft in line for take off that would block him. He could of taxied to the runway at a connecting taxi way that wasn't full length, however. But the ramp is very congested that time of the evening.

RE: Seattle man hijacks an airplane and dies crashing it
He towed the aircraft to a maintenance ramp located where lined-up aircraft would turn for the runway. If there were aircraft waiting, he just taxied right in front of them and onto the runway. No special maneuvers required. He also made sure the aircraft transponder was turned off.

So he (1) started from a ramp that was barely monitored by ground control, (2) had a very short distance to the runway, and (3) had the transponder off, so ground control would have no indication the aircraft was moving.

The airline even kept their engine start checklists in the flight deck. There is no conspiracy here. He did a sweet barrel roll but nothing else a person of average intelligence couldn't pull off.

Of course.

Let's assume the hijack wasn't called in immediately by the company and say he used proper radio protocols and called clearance delivery for a clearance, called ground for taxi instructions, and called tower for takeoff instructions. Good on him, not gonna raise an eyebrow from anyone.

Now assume the hijack was called in immediately by company and ground control / tower were notified. Cool, ground operations are stopped and incoming flights are held. Makes it easier for him to taxi around and take the runway. He wouldn't even need to use radios, just steer the thing wherever it is clear.

Now assume the hijack wasn't called in, ground / tower were unaware, and he didn't make any radio calls. Ground is gonna catch an uncleared taxi extremely quickly. If the aircraft doesn't respond ground is gonna halt ground operations or give taxi instructions to other aircraft to keep them clear of the unresponding aircraft or both. They will probably hit it with light gun signals as well, but whatever. When it's obvious something odd is going on / the unresponding aircraft is intending to take the runway, tower will hold incoming traffic / order any short final to make go-arounds.

But the point is that nothing is going to stop an aircraft from unauthorized taxi / takeoff. It's not like there are spike strips, deployable barricades, police airplanes (haha), etc. The only deterrence are loss of licenses and fines / jail time. The only thing tower / ground can do is move aircraft out of the way or keep them clear.

"He could of taxied to the runway at a connecting taxi way that wasn't full length" - I'm guessing this is what he did. He wouldn't the full length seeing as he was unloaded.

Tower - "Delta 739 cleared for takeoff runway 36 runway heading to 3000 then contact departure"
UNKNOWN - "Negative Delta 739 advise you line up and wait."
Tower - "Say again"
SkyKing 69 - "Tower SkyKing 69 will be #1 for departure 36. Altitude and heading my discretion."

Never cross streams.

RE: Seattle man hijacks an airplane and dies crashing it
This happened in my neck of the woods and I've been stewing on it for a few days. I'd say that he was in a fairly common situation for a straight white male working in the service sector in Seattle. A blue-pill guy working a dead end job for a feminized company in a pozzed city. It's a shame really he chose this path, he seemed like an intelligent guy and could have taken a different course and realized some success had he not sold himself short. From his recordings he knew he was at a disadvantage being a white guy so he was at least purple pill. If he found this forum could he have changed course?

As to his opportunities or lack thereof. I'm retiring from one career and starting another one soon so have been keeping my ear to the street and starting to network. When most people think about Seattle they think Amazon, Microsoft, Starbucks and a bunch of soyboy nerdtrons. But the city and surrounding areas are absolutely booming in every industry imaginable and this is creating a shortage of workers. If you can show up to work on time and pass a piss test, you can get into a trade apprenticeship that can start you off around $20-25/hr and after a few years when you hit journeyman you're $40/hr+. Also, (trade guys hit me if I'm wrong) unless you're up in the ranks of the union you don't really deal with politics and the trades are definitely not pillars of "muh diversity". There is a ton of aerospace up here, he could have gotten into a different field than the one he was in and probably would have a leg up on other applicants having been in the industry. Hell he could have even joined the military. So the opportunities for growth were/are here, he just didn't chase them.

As to why, here my $0.02 for what it's worth:

1. Risk aversion. This is a huge problem with young people, they are simply too scared of the unknown to leave a dead end job/relationship/situation to even try for something better. So they're stuck in a rut with no way out and lose hope.

2. Instant gratification. The speed with which we transact in all things has been exponentially increasing, and with it our expectations to achieve all things. Everyone wants a $100k/yr job, but they don't want to toil and sweat for years to get it. They end up with depression and/or anxiety when reality slaps them in the face.

3. Blue-pill mindset. There is a pervasive unwillingness to see the world how it really is and instead subscribe to an idealized storybook version. If you expect any success in this life you better wake your ass up and see things for how they really are. Once you see the levers of power, you can use them to your benefit.

Some other thoughts below...

Air traffic control en-route and approach control centers likely have it on their checklist that if they encounter an unresponsive aircraft, an aircraft with unauthorized flight crew, or which has it's transponder on the wrong setting, to notify the military alert field to get launched. I think an alert unit has to commit to having their 2-ship in the air within 15 minutes or something like that.

This is correct since 9/11. It's called Noble Eagle and there are also certain Navy ships assigned to patrolling the coast as well I believe an Army Brigade Combat Team (BCT) assigned to NORTHCOM for the same duties. These duties are rotated between bases/units in certain geographic regions of the US. In this case the 142nd Fighter Wing of the Oregon ANG located at Portland Intl Airport (PDX) was on call.

I'm thinking that the FBI and/or FAA took those recordings with the quickness, as they would probably highlight the action/reaction that were taken to an unauthorized takeoff and the public domain is not the place for that information.

This is exactly what happened. No conspiracy necessary. Someone on the inside who knew the ins and outs of airport ground operations and had just enough technical knowledge to BS their way airborne and proceed to push the limits of the airframe.
