Jennifer Wetzel, a spokeswoman for the Medical Center, said one wounded victim was in critical condition and the other was in critical but stable condition.

The police said they had identified a vehicle registered to a 29-year-old Illinois man they described as a person of interest and said he was later seen wearing black pants and no shirt.

Really that's the first thing you come up with.

A naked gunman 325am at a waffle House in Tennessee. Odds aren't that he was a drunk/high, angry and possibly hangry. No chance that it was that and it was racially motivated.

That`s why I also mentioned the SSRI possibility. It`s usually one of those two aformentioned options. (Drugs or race related or both.) I`m sure you`re right though, it was just low blood sugar

Waffle House is the shit. The food is decent and cheap but the entertainment is great. There's always a big ol black momma who calls everyone "Sugar" and keeps everyone in line, a middle age black fry cook, an older white guy who's probably a former felon, and a younger most likely single mom. They're either gossiping or roasting each other. It's like an episode of Cheers but breakfast.

Saw the guy lost his construction job 3 weeks ago. Might have tipped him over the egde! Wouldn`t be very surprised if there is a race element to this after all. If he lost his job to migrant worker`s etc. Coupled with illicit drugs and/or medication of some sort. The people he killed where black/Hispanic, so it might be some (somewhat justified) racially motivated rage behind this. Of course not supporting the act itself.
