Anyway i got a whoreboss, everybody hates here guts, Im sure she was hot when she was younger, now she is a late flower milf ( 39 or so), husbound is rich working as lawyer.
Instead of letting here get to boss me around, I made here walk around craving for my cock.

RE: Working for a female boss.
Man, I almost didn't chime in on this thread because I'm still smarting from my last job, where I was passed around from female boss to female boss after my male boss (the guy who hired me) took a golden parachute and bounced the fuck out of the company.
I put up with months of nuclear bullshit from these bitches, who were trying to push me out because they felt threatened by masculine behavior and creativity in a department dominated by dumb women and where the very few men were obvious, sniveling betas. In fact, I could probably write a whole thread just on the anecdotes--they're that hilarious. In the end, they were no match for the great Tuthmosis. I outsmarted them at every turn, manipulating them into creating a paper trail of all the semi-illegal bullshit they were pulling on me. After two years of survival--a period where they managed to pressure out everyone else who had even an ounce of personality--I got a rare golden ticket. I walked away with a nice big check, a smile on my face, and my pride intact. I'm now doing something 10 times better that I was doing there. The best part is that when those bitches found out (through some friends who stayed there a bit longer), they were eating shit with a fork and knife.
Everything that's been said is true. Women, on average, make way worse bosses--a trend that's worsened by the factors of age, relative ugliness, and marriage/children status. They aren't cut out for leadership roles and resort to bitchiness and bullying to get their way. They don't see the difference because they're not programmed to.

I did have a great female boss once. She was super feminine and sweet, she even started taking on an Alabama accent because her husband was from there. Anyhow, I never had any troubles with her - her management style was feminine, very conciliatory and warm, yet she didn't exhibit any of the classic flaws detailed above.
I have had a few run-ins with female bosses. They were usually girls who were a rank above me, but not exactly my boss - i.e. uppity bitches. Once, while I was working for the sweet boss I mentioned, one of these supervisors told me I could go on break early due to a glitch. I go on break early, and rip out a sandwich and start eating. She sees me, waltzes in and says, "Basil, I didn't say you could eat!" with a fake smile on her face. As she's leaving, I say, "flaunting your power, huh?" She turns around, explains why she said not to eat, I say "uh huh, ok..." Two days later, I get a call from the boss, and apparently the uppity chick had wrote me up in the shift notes. Chick still tried to be my friend after, WTF are you thinking girl?
Another job, on day 1 I met a chick coworker who was a bartender. I said something like, "I don't see why you have to tip a bartender for just opening one can of beer." She got pissed and started hating me immediately. Later, I casually asked her if we had something in stock, and she just exploded at me in front of a customer, berating me for not checking myself. I just bert stared her:
![[Image: oUIRO.gif]](http://i.imgur.com/oUIRO.gif)
They let me go then and there, after I'd previously told them I was quitting for something else. The male manager was like, "Basil, I've never had problem with you, but you and [uppity bitch #2] don't get along."
With a lot of chicks, everything is personal. Any disapproval you express of her work, any disagreement is taken as disapproval of her. If it were just disapproval of her work, she could improve. But because she feels the disapproval is of her, there's nothing she can do about, it seems like sheer malice. So she starts hating you.
I just love this board. I am truly not alone over here.

RE: Working for a female boss.
Fuck man if you have a female boss get ready to kill yourself.
The WORST female boss is the one who is in a HIGH position. The higher position the worse it gets, if there is a single comma missing or anything possibly goes wrong get ready to hear about it for days. These bitches are THE WORST, I QUIT A JOB TO GET AWAY FROM ONE.
There are so many reasons why women make poor bosses but i'll try to accurately label them in bullets per my style on this forum.
1. Living in the Present. The female mind lives in the "moment" so if shit is not going perfectly get ready to hear slamming of doors, pounding on tables, throwing of pencils and yelling. Just look at a baby in a store when it does not get what it wants. Make this baby bigger and human size.
2. Ugly. Women who do well in their "careers" are for the most part ugly as fuck. Why? They have to stress themselves out to get there so when they finally do move "up" my god they want nothing else but to keep that power. They were never hit on, they make social situations incredibly uncomfortable and their interests are BLAND.
3. Boring As guys bang more girls you realize personality actually matters a lot. I give bonus points to girls who make me laugh. If a girl is boring as fuck you can bet the sex sucks, the dates suck and the flow of conversation sucks. Shit I would rather bang a six who is hilarious, and interesting. Your female boss? She would make jerking off with sand paper more interesting.
4. NeedyAt least when the girl is attractive/cool to be around you can actually put up with throwing out a complement here and there "you look nice, i like your dress... whatever". These women want to be coddled and hand held like no other. Not just "did the document get sent out" and please CC me... NO. Try "what exact time are you going to arrive to the drafting session, did you bring 7 pens and 7 notebooks, wear a blue shit not a white one, we need to look professional and on and on and on. I would guess this is like when you get married and a girl makes you a grocery list every damn day to pick up on the way home from work.
5. Backstabbing You know how girls will fuck over other girls all day and night and screw each other to get ahead? PUT THIS ON STEROIDS. You know that one time you showed up at 9:01 instead of 9:00? You just got BCC'D to an even higher boss SON
6. Emotionally Unstable You know those people at work who get "flustered" if something goes wrong, like a plane flight changes or a cab driver gets a flat tire. Get ready for fireworks! Most MEN do not flip out when shit goes wrong if it is OUT OF THEIR CONTROL. I cannot control a hurricane OLD HAG DISEASE cancelling my flight from new york. I cannot control the ENTIRE FIRM's Storage system going down. I cannot control THE FEDEX POSTAL SYSTEM. But you better believe it, if you get SNOWED IN FOR A FLIGHT IT IS YOUR FAULT AND YOU'LL BE IN FOR A TEMPER TANTRUM
7. Impatient. You know that rationalization over and over again, how about lets put that with a NEGATIVE twist. Instead of thinking over and over again about how to improve a process which would be a POSITVE hamster effect, get ready for the reverse. Did we check all these shitty things back for 10 years? Did we get EVERY SINGLE person on the 1,000 mail list serve to RESPOND. I know how about I make my "underling" LOOK LIKE A DICK AND HARASS PEOPLE OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
8. Micro-managers From the above this should be obvious. But they will be the NUMBER ONE MICROMANAGER IN THE OFFICE. God damn. If you so much as have yahoo news on one of your double screens that bitch is going to go ballistic on your ass. Get ready for the verbal beat down. Or get VERY FAST AT HITTING WINDOWS D AND PUTTING FAKE EXCEL SHEETS AS YOUR BACKGROUND
This is why if you get a high paying job you find a STRONG MALE MENTOR WHO HAS HIS SHIT TOGETHER.

This.
Westcoast said it well too. They’re like children. Take one step wrong and they explode.
Prior to me starting a job I had, one person had quit due to irreconcilable differences with the (female) boss and another one had died of a heart-attack (mid 30's, very active and fit physically) the day after having a major argument with her. During my time there two other people were absent for months and months due to stress/heart-related health issues. In spite of all this, she just carried on with her bitchiness and bullying. The headquarters finally sent a mediator to solve the conflicts, but I left myself shortly after.
If I ever get to a position of job-security, I will come down on cunts like this. Hard.

RE: Working for a female boss.
I worked for 2 female bosses.
One was a 30yo Korean lady, very smart, hard worker and very nice.
She was good to me, let me go home early sometimes.
She did have this weakness tho that she wouldnt come up to me and tell me if she didnt like sth about my work rigth then. She would come weeks later with a list of shit.
So every couple of months we would have a "talk" and after that it was all good again. I was more horrified of the male big boss because he was a hardass. With my female boss i had leeway because she liked me. Im a pretty hard worker but i felt i couldve easily exploited the situation and do much muc hless work and just slack around all day without consequences. I worked for the company for 1,5 years.
The other one was an old hag with a wrinkly face like an anal sphincter.
She was on my ass from day one. Co-workers told me its her way of making friends and shes actually really cool once you gain her trust.
I was like fuck that old hag.
Day2 she complained about how slow i walk down the hallways. I have to admit i was high as a kite on chronic else i couldnt have made it through a shift at this shitjob (gardening center, totally idiotic job, low paid). but seriously this bitch is trying to tell me how to WALK??
After one week i was fired.
I also had a male boss who was a complete asshole and tried giving me shit for being late, when on HIS clock it was 9AM sharp, and i was supposed to be in by 9. He made a stupid face when i pointed that out to him but i didnt last long in that job either. That guy didnt do SHIT all day, he paid a bunch of students to cold-call and peddle their shit all day while he and his partner were playing ping-pong in the recreation room. A couple of the sales guys where like hamsters in a wheel pushing eeach other for more and more sales to gain some shitty commission, meanwhile making that asshole richer and richer while he didnt do shit all day. I think i lasted about a month in that one.
I had another job at the airport loading luggage into the planes and it was only guys there. I dont know if they didnt hire women or if they simply didnt apply for that job.
It was heavy manual labour all day and really brutal but it was one of the best jobs i ever had.
There was a really rough tone but also a sense of comraderie and no PC bullshit and you didnt have to walk on eggshells all the time. You could call your boss a fucking asshole to his face and he would laugh it off. I had a blast and did it for 1,5 years i think.
Supervisors were really chill and didnt give a shit if you came in 30 mins later. When you called in sick they would joke around about how much you partied last night and tell you to sleep of your hangover and whatnot. It was really cool there. There were some oldschool guys who told some crazy stories, how back in the day they would have bbqs on the runway and how pilots would bring them liquor from foreign countries and all kinds of shit. One day apparenetly a drunk guy crashed some heavy machinery into one of the barracks. Man i loved this job. You would bust your ass for 8hours and then come home tired and happy, no stress at all.

RE: Working for a female boss.
All female bosses I had in the bast (4) were absolutely irrational bitches.
Iknowexactly hits the nail on the head with #6 on his list (" Perception of emotions as professional justification. She doesn't like you, which means it's OK for her to rate your performance as substandard ")
This basically means that hwatever you do, no matter the quality of your work, if she doesn't like you for WHATEVER EMOTIONAL reason, she will screw you.
I would add a bullet to the list: many female bosses tend to protect
either
1) mediocre women, usually their assistant and usually much younger and unexperienced, because they need them to silence their own mediocrity,
or
2) a bossy woman-assistant who does the job for them, so they can go on long holiday (meetings abroad and stuff)

RE: Working for a female boss.
I've never really had issues with female bosses. I just try to come off as nice guy to avoid any issues. Sure it's annoying to act this way, but I also avoid any and all problems. They'll have it in for the rest of the guys, but at every job they just leave me the fuck alone.
Basically you never know when they will flip out, so being very laid back and unphazable helps. Whatever tantrums or emotional outbursts they have I just don't react to. A few years ago I asked a lesbian female boss a question when she was in a bad mood, she just turned around gave me a death stare and was angry as hell. Most guys would be like 'what a bitch', but I just said 'No problem' and stood there calm like I was the Buddha. 45 minutes later she comes up to me at work and apologizes about how she was acting. She actually took me out and bought me a beer. Every guy hated her, and she hated all the guys except for me. As in a lot of situations, if people feel they can get a reaction out of you they are more apt to push your buttons.
Here's another tip, which applies to a work environment as well. Stay out of office gossip. What I hear from one person I never repeat to another. There's always some bullshit going on, and for some reason men and women tend to open up and talk to me all the time. Women will throw you under the bus in a second. I just give canned feel good responses and move on.

(11-20-2015 11:25 AM)The Father Wrote: Normally I use my years of experience to provide help and coaching to the younger members on this forum. But like all of us, sometimes I'm too close to my own situation to be objective and need your help in gaining perspective. This is one of those times!
Briefly, I work for a pretty typical female boss: Single, childless, mid-50's, fat, insecure. Obsessed with rules. Overly personal; shares too much about her personal life. Complains that no one wants to date her - but doesn't have the sense to see it's because she's overweight, old and bossy. She's 55 and should seek men in their 70's - but wants an attractive guy her age. She has as much chance of this as I have of seducing Giselle away from Tom Brady. Stuck in the weeds, not respected by her peers or boss. Petty, passive-aggressive, inconsistent, unrealistic.
So here's the problem: I have a great job with great pay. She plans to retire in the next two years and I think I can succeed her. She has a BIG job - very senior executive at a big company. But she herself is small-time - only knows company policy, doesn't have a network of her peers and rarely goes to conferences, so doesn't know "best practice" outside the company.
I don't know if I can survive the next two years but I REALLY want to -- lots of financial incentive to do so.
I need some coping strategies. You're advice is most welcome.
2 years isn't a long time. Focus on something else and just power through. You can look at your job as your life's work or the way you finance your life's work. There's a quote that's been floating around that I think fit's your situation: "Entrepreneurship is living a few years of the life the way most people won't so you can live the rest of your life the way most people can't."
Not on here much anymore. I'm either out on 2 wheels or trying to kill something.

RE: Working for a female boss.
I have had bosses like this, soul killers, and the only true remedy was quitting. However, I never had as much skin in the game as your situation.
In order to stick it out, you have to find a way to tolerate her without losing your dignity.
The tendency will be to convince yourself that something bad isn't really that bad, and that you can handle it. This result in a lot of anger building up, and then out of the blue she does something really bad, you just explode, and lose the job anyway. (Don't ask me how I know.)
You need to find a way to tolerate her that you can live with. When I used to work with the public, I just told myself it was a game, and the point of the game was to make them happy. This removed my ego from the equation. I was just playing a part, a game, and if I could make them happy, I won. They weren't even people to me who I expected anything from. They were just a challenge.
Don't know if that would work in your situation.
Here are other possibilities, though these are purely keyboard speculation, and may be of use to you if they shake something loose in your mind and intuition:
Go stoic. Friendly. Capable. Job focused. Never quite give her terrible personality any energy, and be the teflon man, never giving her anything to emotionally attach to and complain about.
Continue as you are for now and think strategically. What are her weaknesses? What is the effect of this situation on your emotions? Do you have a strong intuition about what to do, even though you may not want to do it right away?
The game strategy has worked for me, but with the public, not with co workers or bosses. Something tells me that you have an idea of what you have to do, but might not want to do it.
You are in a tough spot, for sure. Hopefully some brainstorming from the forum will help.
