I would rate Italy as definitely the most competitive place in terms of looks, wealth and game of guys. Not a mystery that many foreign girls move there to find a boyfriend or an husband.

It's where you will meet the most concentrated combos of looks, fame, money, physique, status, connections. It's the only subculture where 50-70 year old men regularly mess with 18-34 year old women who are above average.
I remember meeting some "stan" model who looked Russian. 2 weeks after meeting her she met an older Russian dude. Started dating & has a kid. It's bizarre how fast her looks faded from when I 1st saw her.
What's crazy is I always seem to transcend all the superficial stuff. My circles consisted of male models, hipster naturals, millionaires, (most end up getting married) bisexuals, and dealer types.
This whole thing is skewed though as the subculture attracts beauty as were talking about fashion, pop culture, and entertainment. So many women are indirectly forced in these realms. These are the only guys these women can consistently meet so they MUST CHOOSE or risk a sexless life.
However, most realize it's better to select from a pool of superficiality as opposed to general population of broke men who have a more or less "meh" personality.
Its a great place to learn from especially when you have nothing and best of all since...

There are some guys who truly love an interesting life. Once met this Brazilian dude possibly a successful Brazilian internet marketing. Had social intelligence to come to a solid venue in NY on his short trip socializing openly. When we connected turns out dude is always on a new adventure. Social media, online dating and some feminist thoughts are almost everywhere, but the factors above explain at what level they are going to impact the sexual market.
Individual experiences will vary for most men since your type may be highly sought of in some countries, but there are huge differences between countries. Nothing compares to Australia for competition. Going to major cities like NYC or Chicago to pick up girls feels like a trip to the Philippines after spending time in Sydney.

All that said, I would rather game in Australia than most parts of the Middle East, or in cities with a very high ratio of high-value men to available females: Dubai, L.A., and Monaco, for example. Second what @Americanpituco previously said, tier1 cities in USA are tough. Bad ratios and an overabundance of very successful, young guys is not helping. I see guys in my city (DC) with top notch degrees, good jobs, and of relatively good fitness get rejected regularly in clubs/bars and on street. Does not help that theres lack of female talent, finding a 7+ is not easy.

If we are strictly talking about cities I would say Paris and Stockholm are hard places to game 7 and above.
Stockholm because the guys are quite good looking and tall and you need yo be in a social circle to connect with the higher scene. It doesn't matter if they are a shy I remembered I looked like a troll compared to most men in higher-end Stockholm.
Paris because there are many north africans and french black guys with style and game and they approach a lot. French guys are also competition because of their nature. The whole city is a grind until you get it figured but it's hard for a non-french speaker.

San Diego and Los Angeles are still two of the harder cities to crack IMO.
The combination of Cali closing time + celebrity culture + overall health-centered (women are caring less and less these days) + a high population of dudes "Man Diego"...
Not to say it can't be done.

I think some guys here are mixing up two definitions of male competition.
Just because the average guy in a certain place is good looking, tall, wealthy, etc, it doesn't mean he's actually tougher to compete with. While it can be true, part of that is in our own head when we look around. That tends to happen when you're around people who look different than you. For a dark haired latin guy like me, I'd certainly feel that way if I went out in a place like Stockholm.
Personally, I would define higher male competition as going out at night and feeling like you just get leftovers because guys are aggressive, fearless approachers, and so on.
I've been to a bunch of countries and although I've experienced somewhat of a feeling of inferiority when looking at the guys around me, I've rarely felt like they were actual competition.
Like rudebwoy said, guys who are (on paper) high value are often shy, need to drink or use drugs to approach, have terrible game, etc.

Exactly, some people take things too literally. It's not as if men wear their net worth printed on their foreheads and then women download the data to a spreadshet in their heads and sort by numerical order. It doesn't work like that.
