Not wanting a girl to have a "drug record" and thus not calling an ambulance is retarded white knighting. All that having drugs in your medical record will do is make doctors wary of prescribing narcotics. Employers don't know about it, the press etc don't know about it (at least in the US.)

If you had said you didn't call because of the stack of bricks on the table, it would still be despicable, but I would have less respect for the white knight.
