I walked out just a few minutes ago; you guys are right. I tried to do 10, was looking to do 5, but only managed 4. They were all blow-outs, weather is shit at the moment, but I spam approached... I would have done 10, but after 4, I waited 5 minutes and nothing... No girls... Absolute shit.

edit: keep in mind, I don't do approaches in the states, so I've done more approaches here in Serbia than I've ever done in my life. And I'm honest (only done something like 20-30 approaches here in Serbia).

First, allow me to say that I appreciate your genuine way of writing and complete openness...few people do that!
Then...looks like you have lots of things running in parallel...work, friends/social, going out, starting to approach, etc... (based on what you write in here of course).

If you allow me an advice, how about setting some priorities...set some goals:

- Achieving a promotion.
- Increasing your salary.
- Getting fit (putting on muscle, lowering body fat %)
- Enriching your life with meaningful hobbies (I am not Serbian but I am from the Balkans and there's plenty of things around the area)
- Etc... (you fill in more according to your personality)

...then once you have a status, gained more confidence, women will be just part of it.

Day 23: This will be a brief post about yesterday. I went out after seeing some comments on this thread to talk to girls in the park (it was wet and rainy) I resolved to do 10 approaches. The first approach was the best one (yet again), but I will say this: having a conversation where you express your interest in her, is like a foreign language to me (and I'm not good with languages). Man, the blowouts here are major, and they deflate my ego, even though I'm trying to loose it completely. There is noone out in Belgrade when it rains, so I only managed 4 approaches. I was sitting in the rain trying to get to 10, but after 5 minutes in the rain, no girls walked by, so I called it quits.

Have you tried walking around Knez Myhailova and hitting on the girls in the shops and doing random street approaches.? I would think it would be packed this time a year, maybe I'm wrong as I've only been in the winter. But at least was able to score a few dates from that area.

Also how are you approaching? what are you saying? are you keeping you body language in check as well?

Also when we talked yesterday I think you said you had a few beers or drinks before you went out. Nothing wrong with that but alcohol on the breath can also result in blowouts because even if you're not drunk girls might just mark you as a drunk horny tourist as soon as you open your mouth.

I need to get more confidence and hit the gym, I think that's the answer

Also, I used to be quite metro-sexual in appearance, so at some point, I need to get back to that, it really got me a lot of interest from girls, just because I was well-dressed, and always clean shaven. I hate materialism, but if I need to embrace it to get girls, I can of course go down that path... May have discussed it already, in Serbia, keep getting questions about why I don't have an iPhone.

Ego death will help you - the moment it's gone, the moment it dissolves, you won't have this big internal battle to protect it. The moment it vanishes, you'll see your results dramatically improve because you genuinely won't care. You'll become truer to your own self. You're half way through there - most men have no guts to face rejection once in their life. Once you suffer enough of blowouts you'll become, paradoxically, inoculated to them. As the old adage goes "what doesn't it kill us, makes us stronger".

Study the below diagram carefully and answer yourself which stage you are in. Also, I'd recommend the book by Joseph Campbell based on it. Krauser also wrote a post about it. Can you walk into the belly of the whale, Dragan?

Dressing nice and wearing fitted clothing is always a good move. Also Don't wear shorts, flip flops or short sleeve shirts. (Neatly) roll up your sleeves if it's hot.

This is just my opinion but also wear solid colors. I have a lot of solid white and light blue button down oxford/knit and cotton dress shits. and a few nice pairs of fitted jeans with a nice pair of driving shoes without socks is a good casual look. Also you can slowly acquire all kinds of blazers as pretty much any type of blazer or sport coat will match up with that look.

This reduces the amount of clothing you have to carry because you only need to diversify your look with a with a few different coats for the evening.

As far as body language not using a defensive posture, making eye contact when speaking and standing or sitting up straight. When walking up to a girl keep your chest out (normally not exaggerated) and hands by your side. Keep your chest pointed to her. Don't turn your shoulder to her, cross your arms or look down. If anything when you want to break eye contact look past her.

Also when speaking keep your voice up and tone sharp and don't mumble through sentences. Also don't stare before you approach.

Talk to her like you would approaching some random guy on the street or at a venue asking for directions or advice. Forget about picking her up or getting her number. Just focus on having a conversation and don't worry about the outcome. At least in my experience girls make it pretty obvious when they are interested in you.

Remember you're going to attract people who look like you. When I go out with my tattoo sleeves showing in a T-shirt dressed like shit pretty much. I'll tend to do well with younger sluttier mid to lower tier girls 25 and younger. When I throw on the button down, nice blazer and fitted jeans with driving shoes I'll do better upper tier girls from 25 - 30. I'm mid 30's as well.

Beard, no beard, scruff tend to give me mixed responses no matter where I go. But I will say if you can't grow a solid beard it's best to stay clean shaven. No fucking mustaches and goatees. Although I once spent a year and a half growing a mean handle bar mustache and girls would approach me for selfies. but that was in New Orleans and Austin Texas. Not sure how that would do over here.

I also steer clear of accessories like sunglasses and watches because in EE I think it makes a well dressed guy look try hard . Maybe in places like France, Italy, Turkey ect... that works.... but to me it starts to make you look gay. Even broke EE girls I date make fun of those guys.

I occasionally wear my MIT class ring but a lot girls know MIT over here. But I'd only do this at a college venue. It's a ugly fucking gold ring with a beaver on it which I guess is kinda ironic. I'm sure a Harvard or Oxford ring would do more positive damage.

Regarding how to dress in Eastern Europe, I regret bringing preppy clothing with me. I have multiple polo shirts that I don't really wear here anymore.

I get much stronger IOIs in Serbia looking like a bad boy asshole rather than a Southern prep (I'm originally from New Orleans too).

I've made the conscious decision to dress like kind of a dick because that's what works best for me.

Think black shirts, dark pants, black shoes, black/silver bracelets, etc. You can obviously work a bit of color into your wardrobe too (no need to be a total goth.)

I'm going to trail off of street approaches to debate this question. Dragan has talked to the forum member in question that confirmed this. The forum member can so chose to chime in or not but I'll conceal his handle out of respect.

This topic is something I argue a lot with people in Ukraine about this and frankly mostly with guys who are wallflowers.

Everywhere is saturated and over-running with guys running a game ect... this is all complete utter bullshit. I get tired of the conversations of Sex Tourist and PUA's are taking over 2nd the 3rd tier Eastern and Southern Europe.

Somehow I miraculously have met girls in Serbia, Ukraine (including Kiev) Moldova, Romania and many other places that had no idea about this game echo chamber.

To say that any place like Serbia, Ukraine, Moldova, Russia, Romania even Poland are all played out are coming from people that are not outgoing or visiting for a very short amount of time.

If I play the same game and numbers I played in NYC or Miami in Ukraine (which I do) I can say my average quality girl in EE or Southern Europe far exceeds the value I get in those North American cities. Also going out is a fraction of the cost when hitting top tier venues.

For example if I wanted to spend a weekend in NYC gunning for top tier NYC girls I'd be going into the $300 - $500 per night range to claim a regular NYC 7 - 8.

In Ukraine I can go spend $25 - $50 in a mid tier club and land some prospects that match or exceed that of a NYC top tier club. If I dropped top tier NYC prices at a top tier club or restaurant in EE or Southern Europe the staff would be giving their numbers to me. This isn't sponsorship game.

Actually in East Ukraine I paid security 500 UAH = $20 USD to allow me to bare knuckle box a forum member in Palladium a Karaoke Lounge in Kharkov. I beat him literally bloody. The inside bartender who was also a boxer prepared an ice wrap for my knuckles. and a ice pack for my opponents face.

I walked out to the inside bar with 2 girls HB8's after with him laying in the floor of the lounge. Security helped him up into his seat and he got a random girls number that night.

People seem to miss the value of these countries. If you approach and maximize your fun spending. You'd be surprised what you'd come out with.

Tell me a place anywhere in the west you could have this kinda fun without the fucking police involved.?

I'm not recommending fighting in places. My wing that night had some boxing training and we just got bored and decided to liven the mood of the place a bit with the permission of the staff.

I also would like to make clear the above forum member I'm speaking of above is into combat sports. We got really drunk and tired of listening to shitty Karaoke renditions. It was an idea that worked out well and we used it a lot in Ukraine. It's amazing what what staff will allow you to do with a $20 dollar tip. I also was a proven boxer in my younger days in EE so that helped them accept this offer.

The real point I was trying to make is their is a lot of ways to creatively game EE and the Balkans. Girls really seem to like cave man style game here.
