I remember being generally mindblown when I found that Iranians, and to a lesser extent Arabs/Semetic peoples are Caucasian. I'm not sure you would classify them as "white", but certainly the same racial group as Whites.

You can tell by the nasal shapes. Anyone with Caucazoid nasal shapes are from the same genetic group. We tend to focus so much on skin tones that we miss the other distinguishing characteristics of the group. Skin tone is generally coded in Light and Dark. You can inherit one of each. You can see that if you follow Mendelian genetics (which is oversimplified), that if a European woman (LL) marries say a Spanish man (LD), technically 50% of their children will be very light skinned (LL), 50 will have a Spanish skin tone (LD). If she marries an Indian man instead all of the children will have an Arabic/Mediterranean Look (LD).

LD - Mediterranean / Arabic Look
DD - Indian Subcontinent Look

Also a note on SOY. Women who feed their baby boys SOY are doing something problematic. High Phytoestrogen levels can potentially cause the reduction of testosterone production in the testes. As a boy grows... particularly at puberty. Testosterone more than anything determines penis growth. Imagine what would happen if you depress testosterone during that key development stage???

Don't forget, it's not just processed soy that is a problem for good health.
It's also all the eostrogenic plastics in food packaging that are a problem. Such as BPA.

Which is why I'll choose a glass based beverage over one in a plastic bottle.

The soy and almond "milk" fad is an organized economic hit from environmental left wing terror groups under the guise of animal rights activists to target the dairy industry and ultimately shut them down.

Among other reasons, with the rise of "alternative milks" small time dairymen are notorious for offing themselves as they struggle to keep their doors open and see their lives and legacies crushed. Dairys in particular always seem to struggle more than other food and crop producers.

Support your state's dairy farms; drink real milk. Boycott soy.

But then on the other hand, unfortunately, a lot of soybeans are ultimately used for livestock feed. Even if you try to consciencely avoid it, chances are it's still in your meat and dairy products. Soy is hiding everywhere. It's cheap and makes the animals fatten up quick. Almost all soy is genetically modified to tolerate pesticides, fertilizers, and other nasty shit so the farmers can produce higher yields. And this stuff is going into our bodies. Even if you can't taste it or know it, just the throught alone is nasty.

If you're picky about making sure meat hasn't been contaminated with soy, make sure to look for grass finished. But even that ain't 100% reliable sometimes.

The nutrition factor is huge. Just compare pictures of your average North Korean to a South Korean. They don't just look like two different nationalities they look like two different races of people. I read somewhere that after the 80's when S. Korea started to become more prosperous they started eating way more red meat. I can also spot Asians who grew up in the west immediately. There's a certain body type that's very common with asian-americans which is very different from asians who grew up in asia. This is true of women and men. Asian-american women also tend to be way chunkier and have worse skin than their native asian sisters.

The western diet is good for building big strong men but it's absolutely devastating for women's natural female physical form. Women should stick to low processed grain, low sugar, high vegetables, moderate dairy, and low red meat diet.

For some reason whenever soy is spoken of, there is a huge rush to blame Asians. It just happened here.

The US produces 110 million metric tons of soy per year. Interestingly, most of that production happens in Illinois, iowa, and Minnesota. In fact, Illinois farms almost ten million acres of soy.

All three of those states have big problems. The biggest, illinois, everybody shoots each other, they got that Blagdovic guy, and they are bankrupt. Iowa has that goofy ass state Fair which is a major political deal, and basically a soy festival. Then you got Minnesota with whackadoo liberals and Al Franken.

This is all because soy is leeching into the water table. Plus, soy dust is just blowing around in the air. Soy all over the place.

Speaking of Asian soy, I read somewhere (can't find the link now) that the type of soy grown in Asia has fewer phytoestrogens than American soy, because it's less genetically modified.

Mix 1/3 soy sauce with 3/4 vinegar and sliced ginger for your xiaolongbao. Eating them, or dumplings, without soy sauce is doing it wrong.

Soy is not consumed in large amounts in Asia. I lived in East Asia for many years and it's hardly a staple. It's included in a few dishes and when prepared well, it is delicious. I'm not trying to give you a hard time, but each of the swastikas on that map is a Buddhist temple. I don't remember each temple having a vegan restaurant. What I remember is that the larger temples usually had a small soba (buckwheat noodles) restaurant usually featuring vegetable and tempura soba. Soy sucks and vegan gains is the whiniest most effeminate fitness mini-celeb on the internet. All his videos are bitching about other people and about himself and his own life. What a sad miserable kid.

That said, since the rise of awareness of dietary estrogen over the past 6 months or so I have been paying more attention to the things I consume and what is in them. Soy is in almost every processed food you find on the shelf to making sure to consume mainly whole, unprocessed goods is the best bet, but there is also some good news: the amount that dietary intake of phytoestrongenic foods actually affects your hormone levels is very negligible unless you eat a diet that is primarily made up of these kinds of foods. If you are a vegan consuming mainly soy products and sucking down hoppy craft beer every weekend then you will likely be changing your hormone levels with your diet, but for the men of this community this is not something we really need to be concerned about.
