"See, this is why I'm not dating, because I'm too smart."
Unstable weirdos who can't get anyone to consent going down that road are laughably pathetic and damage the real narrative about false accusations, just as false accusations damage the real narrative about rape.

Quote:The Student Senate devoted time to discussing the notes. An emotional Ayers claimed she was “angry, frustrated and disappointed” after the first threat, and called her parents to tell them about it. Because two of the messages were found in her Student Senate desk, the threats were at first believed to have come from another member of the organization.
“Senate will never be the same for me,” Ayers said in front of her Student Senate peers. “The friendships will continue to grow, and our successes will always evoke pride, but the memory of my time in senate and at OU will be marred by this experience. We will all have a memory of a time when this body failed one of its own.”
“You may find me revolting and worthy of a threat on my life, but in reality, it is your beliefs that are repulsive,” Ayers said during her speech in the senate. “You need to get this through your head, you f***ing a**hole: I am proud to be who I am, and nothing you could say or do will ever change that.”
On Monday, Ayers was arrested by OU police for sending the threats to herself. She was charged with making three false reports to police. A false report of this nature is considered a first-degree misdemeanor. She faces a maximum penalty of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine for each charge.
Quote:“I have no interest in hearing from any of you that you are sorry… or that you can’t believe it happened,” she said at the senate meeting, according to the New Political. “Instead, I want each of you to do everything you can make sure it doesn’t happen again.”

It's an online rollcall of men in media who are allegedly "sexually abusive." Since it's not based on any actual legal issues with these men, it came with a disclaimer that it was based solely on rumor. That's nice to know.
This list is getting more and more publicity. Today, the awful Marketwatch writer Kari Paul penned an article about it where she also repeats the "1 in 5 women will be assaulted!" lie. We can leave the discussion about why MarketWatch is churning out non-economic stories for another day.
My reason for writing is that the MarketWatch story says that a writer named Moira Donegan is the founder of the "Shitty Media Men's List."

Anyone who thinks #MeToo is reaching its peak is badly mistaken.
What we are going to see is an increasing militancy in the way these unsubstantiated allegations are made and disseminated.

What we know: The woman is a “very credible witness.” Her story are corroborated. The incident happened in 2010 in New York City. The woman is a professional.
We will post the document shortly.
The Mueller apologists are already trashing the accuser — and don’t even know who she is!
