The problem is that the incel community is out there using as a cover for their inability to get dates in the first place.

"See, this is why I'm not dating, because I'm too smart."

Unstable weirdos who can't get anyone to consent going down that road are laughably pathetic and damage the real narrative about false accusations, just as false accusations damage the real narrative about rape.

"Consent" as presented by feminists does not even exist in any real sense, and it's bad thinking to shame incels (a huge percentage of the population) because they can't get some slut to gag on their dick or whatever. Remember 80% of men are "below average" according to American women, so you could be in the top quarter and they still think you're essentially worthless.

"Consent" is constantly redefined by feminists, and women can either give or revoke "consent" retroactively. It's an imaginary cudgel feminists and sluts hold over men's heads to threaten and manipulate them.

"Consent" is mainly an amazing effective feminist brainwashing tool. It purposely distorts rape into being a "lack of consent", which is something it has historically NEVER been. Rape is sex obtained by force or threat of force. That's it. Anything else, no matter how sketchy, is just sex.

Let me bolster my point by showing you the latest on Harvey Weinstein. Because he is physically unattractive, Hollywood whores revoked "consent" after they gave it to him, and ganged up on him saying he "raped" them:

"The sexual assault case against Harvey Weinstein is in danger of crumbling after Manhattan prosecutors found an accuser’s written account of her encounter with the movie mogul that suggests it was consensual, multiple sources told The Post.

But a prior employer of Evans turned over the personal writings she’d left on the company computer, which appear to contradict her grand jury testimony, a law enforcement source said.

The latest revelation comes after another damaging report, that the NYPD’s lead investigator on the case failed to turn over statements from a casting director who said Evans told him she had performed the sex act to score an acting gig."

My evaluation may seem harsh, but American women today deserve nothing better. I have slept with >150 of them, and I can say they're mostly worthless. They'll never be good wives or mothers, they are only capable of leeching off of men and social institutions until they eventually destroy both. Only days ago they were literally clawing at the doors of the supreme court, demanding an innocent family man be relegated to the gutter permanently to satisfy their insane hatred:

< Look - I get it that the 80% bottom-men get a bad card. But you have to realize that there is always a way once you accept the Red Pill and learn Game. In very bad circumstances you get a woman from the 3rd world where your market value is higher. But the Game will still help you keep that relationship going.

The Game-denying incels are just making life harder for them and use the #metoo to reinforce their views.

Still - undoubtedly it does make life harder for them and makes it tougher to break through the negative conditioning. Most guys don't even know that they could shield themselves from any accusation by simply recording everything.

False criminal case against Weinstein falling apart because the accuser left evidence that it was consensual.

The sexual assault case against Harvey Weinstein is in danger of crumbling after Manhattan prosecutors found an accuser’s written account of her encounter with the movie mogul that suggests it was consensual, multiple sources told The Post.

Lucia Evans has accused Weinstein of forcing her to perform oral sex on him inside his Tribeca office in 2004, when she was a 21-year-old college student and aspiring actress. She is one of three women whose allegations of sexual assault are being prosecuted by Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr.’s office.

But a prior employer of Evans turned over the personal writings she’d left on the company computer, which appear to contradict her grand jury testimony, a law enforcement source said.

“The writings indicate it was consensual, friendly,” a source told The Post. “It has caused a split [in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office], some believe the charges should be dropped and that there’s a problem [with this complainant].”

Manhattan prosecutors ultimately decided not to drop Evans from the case despite some internal opposition.

The latest revelation comes after another damaging report, that the NYPD’s lead investigator on the case failed to turn over statements from a casting director who said Evans told him she had performed the sex act to score an acting gig.

Weinstein and the woman, whose name has not been released, exchanged 400 emails during the “weeks and years after the alleged rape,” the papers state.

In a February 2017 email sent nearly four years after the alleged sex attack, she wrote, “I love you, always do. But I hate feeling like a booty call. Smile

I'm not disagreeing with you in principle, just about it's relevance to my point.

The #himtoo thing isn't disingenuously making fun of men at large, it's ingenuously making fun of a specific group of men who exist, people who have severe personal deficiencies and resort to gamma thinking to avoid admitting they have a problem that they need to work on, but just end up coming off like axe-murdering drifters.

Maybe they don't deserve to be cruelly mocked (OK, maybe they do) but they're not exactly the textbook cases of people who are at high risk of getting slapped with false accusations because they've never spoken to a woman other than their mother. They have nothing in common with Harvey Weinstein because they do not have jobs. These people are popping everywhere on social media. Here, I'll do one:

This is MY son. He is an experienced non-attorney pro se litigant and a father of one. He enjoys fun-loving hobbies like Legos, hanging out at bicycle shops, and target shooting. He was forced to give up his promising career at Best Buy over his principled stand against the gender discrimination of being asked to work Saturdays. At 30 years old, he is afraid to live separately from his parents due to the risk of false accusations by women. #himtoo

An LGBT Ohio University student and member of the Student Senate has been arrested after police discovered the source of the death threats she was complaining about.

Quote:The Student Senate devoted time to discussing the notes. An emotional Ayers claimed she was “angry, frustrated and disappointed” after the first threat, and called her parents to tell them about it. Because two of the messages were found in her Student Senate desk, the threats were at first believed to have come from another member of the organization.

“Senate will never be the same for me,” Ayers said in front of her Student Senate peers. “The friendships will continue to grow, and our successes will always evoke pride, but the memory of my time in senate and at OU will be marred by this experience. We will all have a memory of a time when this body failed one of its own.”

“You may find me revolting and worthy of a threat on my life, but in reality, it is your beliefs that are repulsive,” Ayers said during her speech in the senate. “You need to get this through your head, you f***ing a**hole: I am proud to be who I am, and nothing you could say or do will ever change that.”

On Monday, Ayers was arrested by OU police for sending the threats to herself. She was charged with making three false reports to police. A false report of this nature is considered a first-degree misdemeanor. She faces a maximum penalty of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine for each charge.

It's an online rollcall of men in media who are allegedly "sexually abusive." Since it's not based on any actual legal issues with these men, it came with a disclaimer that it was based solely on rumor. That's nice to know.

This list is getting more and more publicity. Today, the awful Marketwatch writer Kari Paul penned an article about it where she also repeats the "1 in 5 women will be assaulted!" lie. We can leave the discussion about why MarketWatch is churning out non-economic stories for another day.

My reason for writing is that the MarketWatch story says that a writer named Moira Donegan is the founder of the "Shitty Media Men's List."

One of the guys on the "Shitty Media Men" list is suing this Donegan woman who created it. He's seeking $1.5M in damages, and is hoping through discovery to doxx all the women who contributed to it.

He's respresented by Andrew Miltenberg, same lawyer who represented Paul Nungesser.

I sincerely hope they are all doxxed, crucified, and rendered permanently unemployable. Anonymous "rumor" lists are malicious and cowardly bullshit, and purely designed to hurt the men on them under the cynical pretext of "protecting women". Anyone, female or male, who anonymously contributes to "rumor" lists should be held legally accountable.

Libel/slander/defamation are difficult to prove, but since a lot of these men are private individuals (not public figures) the list may constitute defamation:
"If the person being defamed is a private citizen and not a celebrity or public figure, defamation can also be proven when the statement was made with negligence as to determining its truth (the person speaking should have known it was false or should have questioned it).
.....
Some states have laws that automatically make certain statements defamation. Any false statement that a person has committed a serious crime...are automatically defamatory under these laws."

< Those bitches on the left are batshit insane - like all the crazies who want to do a public registry that would by name rate and identify some "shitty men". The same could be done with "shitty pedophile men". How about it - everyone just ads some names to the list.

Heck - I am even against adding very likely blokes like the Podestas to it, because innocent before law is sacred. You are not meant to create some kind of "proven" offender list without due process. And given how vindictive and manipulative women can be - how emotional and insane their arguments are, then this just insane.

I hope the guy slaughters the harpy in court.

Proxies for Moira Donegan have already raised $70,000+ (in 22 hours) for her legal fees and "security" costs: https://www.gofundme.com/hz8sxq

Anyone who thinks #MeToo is reaching its peak is badly mistaken.

What we are going to see is an increasing militancy in the way these unsubstantiated allegations are made and disseminated.

@david.garrett84 totally agree

Women cannot discipline themselves to be less crazy. It has to be enforced by high iq masculine men. And, with the leftist media hogging most of the airwaves, that isn't going to happen.

The low fertility environment (no polarity, men and women becoming less impressed with each other) will only continue, and to get their emotional outlet, women will blame men more and more

Animals are most dangerous when cornered and threatened. That's all this is.

To put it in perspective, this woman is being dragged into court, and made to answer for creating a libelous document. Other harpies who contributed to the list are now sweating bullets, realizing their names could very well be made public, too. They have been put on notice: if you try to maliciously smear men online, your ass will be dragged into court, and everyone will know who you are.

For additional perspective, have a look at "respectable conservative" (aka massive cuck) David French's take on believing women without evidence:

"There is no substitute for evidence and due process.

The argument goes something like this: Women rarely lie about rape.....Consequently, we must make it easier for women to bring claims, protect them from the rigors of proving claims, and utilize decision-makers trained to understand and respond to the unique trauma of victims.....The result of this argument has been wholesale national reform....that has caused universities to lower burdens of proof, channel serious claims into summary proceedings, restrict the ability to cross-examine witnesses, and even limit access to evidence in an effort to streamline the process of punishing sex offenders.

It’s been a disaster."

I cannot emphasize how big of a change this is. This guy is so cucked that he adopted a black child to show liberals how not racist he is, and he vehemently opposed Trump in 2016. Yet here he is openly telling "respectable conservatives" that believing women is bullshit, and that if women accuse men of sexual assault, they might actually just be on mind altering drugs:

"the university only disclosed to John the day before the hearing the fact that Jane was taking an antidepressant called Viibryd. When John tried to ask Jane about the consequences of mixing Viibryd and alcohol, she declined to answer the question. When John tried to introduce evidence that Viibryd “has many side-effects” that “become severe when alcohol is consumed . . . such as hallucinations and sleep paralysis and night terrors” the university declined to consider it."

The Harvey Weinstein case is imploding, and the NYPD is being revealed as unbelievably corrupt. The detectives "investigating" him were not investigating anything, they were actually just rigging the trial, coaching witnesses, and hiding any evidence that might show Weinstein to be innocent:

"The one-time lead investigator in the New York sex-assault probe of Harvey Weinstein once told an accuser to delete personal cell phone files to hide it from prosecutors, the Manhattan District Attorney's Office revealed on Wednesday.

One of the two accusers with cases still standing against Weinstein said she once worried about turning over cell phones to prosecutors because the devices might have personal information she didn't want to be shared, according to a letter prosecutor Joan Illuzzi-Orbon wrote to Weinstein's lawyer Ben Brafman.
....
The embarrassing revelations come one week after prosecutors dropped one of the six charges against Weinstein. Illuzzi-Orbon admitted that DiGaudio coached a witness who appeared to have memories counter to victim Lucia Evans."

< As I predicted after even casually overlooking the information and listening to Weinstein's "flirting".

That guy had just a powerful position where countless women were willing to fuck and suck him for their careers. It did not help that he is a disgusting fat game-less chump - just with good connections and enough self-confidence to seal the deal.

He does not make the impression of a guy who actually needed to rape anyone. Also those women defended themselves with bullshit terms like "I froze". And the text messages likely prove just as with the mattress girl, that the women were still texting Weinstein after the "rape".

#metoo prosecutors who want to make a name for themselves won't cut it. I am certain that Weinstein is a disgusting asshole on many levels and used his position to bang women, but the question here is whether he did anything criminal. We also mentioned often that he had so many women willing to suck his dick, that it would be irrelevant if some of them refused. He just goes over to the next one.

It's fucked up that we have to defend a guy like Weinstein, but it's true. I personally regard those Hollywood insiders with suspicion who are connected with pedophilia and pizzagate - I am less concerned about heterosexual men.

When I was a kid, I already knew that some actresses were sleeping with ugly movie makers in order to get the job. What would be the point for a rich straight guy to invest his money in the movie industry if he can't fuck a willing starlette here and there?

The MeToo movement is a masquerade that puts in the same basket the powerful rich movie makers and the average males who barely make a living.

The goal is to make the average male in the West more submissive. Just play video games, watch porn, take drugs, pay your taxes and shut up.
Easy_C · 2018-10-19 12:46:00 · #3270
Fuck that. Harvey wouldn't defend any of us if we were innocent and he helped usher in the rot. Let him deal with the consequences.
Simeon_Strangelight · 2018-10-19 12:59:00 · #3271
< Yeah - as if that would start and end with Harvey.

I remember once an orthomolecular doctor after winning 2 lawsuits of the FDA who questioned his validity of healing-power of certain high-potency vitamins - that doctor joined a lawsuit of a lower agency of the FDA on the same subject that the FDA then planned to lose. When Dr. Wallach joined the suit, then the FDA had to drop the suit as they would lose again against him.

The end-goal was not to accuse Weinstein, the end-goal was to let this crap spread to every Joe and Moe out there. He was always supposed to come out relatively clean - spending his days while a bit disgraced still banging a few dozen escorts now.

You stand for truth and understand that some injustices will be then next applied to you even if they hit your ideological enemy first.

Right as the criminal investigation of Weinstein is publicly collapsing, an unnamed model says Weinstein made her touch his penis at age 16.

Let's see....unnamed woman, from more than a decade ago, alleges no actual rape, and has absolutely zero supporting evidence.

Yep, this one belongs in the #MeToo thread:

"The woman, a former model from Poland identified only as Jane Doe in the court papers, said that after agreeing to meet for a business lunch in 2002, Weinstein instead took her to his Soho apartment.

“…Weinstein wasted no time in aggressively and threateningly demanding sex,” the suit alleges. He told the distraught starlet that if she wanted to be an actress she had to give in to his perverted desires."
