I didn't look that deeply into Refereum (I don't bother to look at the project until I'm on the whitelist, etc).

But the hype is nuts

They literally broke Telegram (the max limit on a group was 50k and Telegram raised it to 75k for them)

Actually, Telegram raised the cap for them AGAIN (currently at 91k members - biggest Telegram no contest). I'm guessing the main reason for that being they're smart and run referral programs.

In all this continuous downtrend I just hit a new all-time high (last one was early January) in USD as well in BTC by going deep into CPC pre-sale (currently at 3.5x), going in with half my trading stack on the XRB dip and scooped up more HPB when it dumped last night which is also back up 25%.
