I don't understand why it's so difficult to stop paying the people that hate you.

No cable.

No Netflix.

No NBA or NFL.

No Hollywood.

At some point you got to be an adult and let go of your toys and live according to values. By all means watch a game here and there, but stop funding the people working actively towards your demise.

The Rams will catch up and sellout the Coliseum regularly. LA/SoCal is a fickle crowd, they won't turn out for a mediocre product, but they will come out in droves to watch an exciting team, which the Rams are on the verge of becoming.Goff is a tremendous talent, as is Gurley. The Rams are run by a pair of young bros who will get the job done.

Cowherd is also right about this year's QB crop being the greatest since the Elway-Marino class of 1983. There are a lot of QB vets who will be pushed out.

I don't agree with Cowherd on everything but he's right on this. Put an exciting team (high scoring passing offence) on the field and people will watch. Nobody wants to go to a game to watch their team get blown out or struggle to score 10 points. The obvious difference with TV is that a viewer might tune in to the game halfway through if they check the score and see it's an exciting one like last nights game.

The attendance issue is being overstated because posters are cherry picking from the 3 bottom franchises: the two LA teams and the 49ers.

The 9ers have had several knocks against them: move to Santa Clara antagonized many in the Bay Area, Kaep, and a mediocre team.

Not just land costs, but construction costs and red tape in CA. They spent an arm and a leg for the cheapest product they could design. One design flaw is that the stadium aluminum benches and box shape concentrate heat, but this will only affect early season day games.

I remember every story about the Cowboys stadium and how it was a boondoggle mainly because of the huge TV they have on the roof and how every punter wanted to kick and hit it with the ball. Jerry Jones charged a lot for parking and other items to pay for this huge monstrosity sothatswhyjerryjonessucksorsomething.

Nothing from the sports press on the boondoggle in Santa Clara....just Kaepernick 24/7.

Good riddance to this massive pseudo-athletic cuckoldry. Millions of whites worshiping a handful of blacks. Not to mention the clear manipulation of this sport by the narrative and agenda 21. Sports are all rigged at the professional level anyways so there is no real competitiveness. Maybe there is some left in certain collegiate sports, but for the most part team sport franchises are rotten.

Haven't owned a TV in 17 years.

I get why people watch shit. I've seen the Breaking Bad series all the way through twice, on my ex's Netflix account.

But me personally, life is flying by and I've barely done half the shit I want to. This forum is enough of a timesink, I just don't have time for any others haha.

The current crop of players won't suffer as the loss of revenue won't really bite into the league heavy enough until maybe a couple years of shit ratings and attendance. 5 years from now I can definitely see players' salaries getting cut to adjust to the market. I mean lets be real salaries have exploded and only inflated every single year regardless of anything else going on in the world.

This quickly snowballed into something the owners don't want to deal with but they started it with their pink cancer / gay promo / social justice shit they started pushing.

The studies coming out revealing brain damage in players are quite devastating against American football in my opinion. The game can be saved, but it would require getting rid of pads and helmets and becoming more like Australian football or Rugby.
