I would say that if I am attracted to a girl, a lot of this stuff doesn't matter.

I don't care if she is missing a limb, or blind, or deaf, and a lot of the uneven coloring of the skin doesn't matter either, like the girl with the port wine stain birthmark on her face, or that black model a few pages back whose skin was a jigsaw of blackness and whiteness. She can be real short or real tall, any color if I find her attractive.

It is odd that I don't mind a red facial birthmark, but if she had a birthmark that looked like a huge mole covering half her face, I wouldn't like it, although a small mole, especially one right near the lip like a beauty mark, is attractive.

I have never real given these preferences much thought, and doing so now, it would seem that, like a lot of men, I am pretty cool, and pretty non judgemental, and I like what I like, and am not going to go after anyone who I am not attracted to, which is only normal.

Now on the other hand, I think I would pass on someone with eczema, or a face with a lot of acne, so it is more a question of whether or not the skin is smooth, and not if it has uneven color. Someone with Down Syndrome, well, it wouldn't feel right, and I have had a fair amount of experience with people with Down Syndrome, and many of them are awesome, loving people, and yet, there is no way I would have one as a girlfriend, and using one as a FWB, now that would be abuse and I never would do it.

At the same time, there are people with I.Q.s as low, or nearly as low, as someone with mental retardation, and if her face looked normal, and she could get along only wasn't that smart, I might be attracted to her, and think, better me than someone else, because I would respect her.

Best guess here is that some bodily disfigurements have a look of ill health, or possible insanity, and those are the ones that I shy away from on a instinctual level.

The rest are just girls.
