Just got back from a bachelor party with some old college chums. Turns out that one of my old buds is quite bitter because he married a girl under the assumption that they both wanted kids and after the wedding she told him that she doesn't want to have children and ruin her figure. He found this out about 7 months after the ceremony when he found her birth control.On the plus side, one of my other buddies who talks to this guy fairly frequently is getting the impression that the guy is going to go ahead with the divorce, even if it costs him.

In my humble opinion, this is perhaps one of the shittiest things that could be done. I'm no law expert, but I don't think he has any legal recourse to get out of this scott free financially. Pretty shitty situation. So, anyone else have any stories like this? I suppose any relationship where the woman gets fat after marriage could qualify too.

Very sorry for your friend, but gotta chalk it up to the game. Other than in Saudi Arabia, men are never going to be legally protected from bait & switch cases - whether due to liberalism and feminism or due to conservative white knighting.

A woman who doesn't want children because she loves her figure too much and is willing to lie about it excludes so much psychopathy, laziness, selfishness, nihilism and other negative character traits that a man has to be quite stupid to not recognize them before going through with commitment.

The guy in question should shop for a non-hostile breeder and just start fucking her hog-wild. Tell her that she'll get a shit-ton of money but she has to sire three kids first. Meanwhile he should siphon as many assets as possible into unreachable accounts and assets. All furniture should be sold and replaced with stuff on lease "because it's higher quality and you deserve it baby".

Run up debt equal to the combined assets (the ones on the books) and then pull the pin on the bitch when the sum total reaches zero. Engineer a break-in where all her stuff is stolen down to her last stitch of clothing.

Take the keys to her car and call the lender to tell them that he's defaulting on the loan. Then ghost to the new family. By this stage your youngest is still in the womb and your oldest is nearing 2.

Game over.

No one is that bothered about their figure unless they wanted to get smashed by someone else or keep their options open. Anyway, statement of the obvious.
Quicker the divorce/shorter the marriage the better for him at least I would think (no life long spousal support hopefully).

I guess he got girl gamed.

How long have they been married? Where do they reside?

There are cases where fraud is cause for an annulment under the right circumstances. He would have to prove that she deceived him. Its rare but its possible

Red Flags aside . . .
He has a strong case for an annulment since it's under a year and she made a material misrepresentation.
The overarching point is, stop getting married to dumb bishes! Haven't we learned anything from watching our parents, aunts & uncles and brothers & sisters' marriages crash and burn!

They did have the kids talk. She changed her mind apparently after they got married. My suspicion is that she was simply mirroring his desire to have kids because she wanted to get married. Didn't really get to run that by him though.

He makes some pocket cash from side hustles but generally spends most of the time drinking and fucking. I don't care about his unproductive lifestyle. Men like him are a payback to gold-diggers and most of us should fight against divorce rape with similar methods.
