I'd like to just get some feedback on a situation earlier tonight.

So i was at this social event at a bar and after 1hr we had formed a group of 6 on the dancefloor. From this group there was this hot Canadian (8). So i worked a bit of game on her and she seemed interested at the time. So i got the number as i knew not to wait too long.

Well 15mins later (bar is now much busier), she went to get a drink and a hench 6ft 3, jacked black guy (I'n black too but only 5ft 9, ok frame for my height). Anyway he made his move (a few other lower level dudes tried before that which she brushed off). They got talking, she gave him her number all very quickly. Then suddenly she initiated some grinding with him right in front of me and rest of group. Yh women are ruthless!

At this point i felt like a cuck, so just danced with rest of the group without watching then left within 1hr. I deleted her number on the way home. She has mine so if she msgs (unlikely) that's a different story.

Was deleting the number the right move? I was thinking maybe wait 2 weeks. Enough time for that kind of player to pipe her a few times and dump. Then try to set something up. But shes new to country (3 weeks) and after seeing that i assumed she'd only use me for company whist others get to pound.

It'll be useful to get feedback on this.

You have to work on your game bro!

As new in country, she was on hunting mode, open to any opportunity which would have pushed without setback , I think you took a slow pace and one who was more 'aggressive' got her.

It was an emotional move to delete number, you felt you lost and tried kinda 'kill' her. Thinking pragmatically, keeping her number won't hurt, after she will fuck-up with that guy you might have been first in the waiting list

Yes, i know number means nothing. But with the convo and her seeming interested, i foolishly thought i was getting somewhere.

I've deleted the number so i can't try. I was just thinking if i could have played it better to my benefit.

Haha yes man, deffo need more work. I'm a lot better than a year ago though. Wouldn't have even tried to get the number of that level of girl then.

I agree on the aggressive game, something to think about for next time.

You got her number, that's good. Just because she gave her number to someone else and then danced with him means nothing. Women are all over the place, so it's never a good idea to assume anything with them, because half the time our logical man brains are wrong. Grab the number, call a few days after, see what's what. You don't know until you try.

That said, you said you were out at a social thing with a group. Did you only collect that one number? If so, take the woman who's number you deleted as an example. She was running solid game, working on the numbers. If you got the number of a girl you consider an 8, I'm guessing your game isn't bad. What was stopping you from trying to grab some other numbers and work on other leads? I think the only reason you felt like a cuck is because you lacked options.

Also, I'm concerned as to your self confidence. Ultimately, you have to see yourself as above the girl. That girl didn't cuck you. Whenever you don't see yourself as the prize to be won, you cuck yourself. There's a WIA quote somewhere in this forum about this that basically says "if she's a 10, you should see yourself as an 11. She should be wondering why you're even giving her the time of day". Adopt that mentality and put in the numbers, and you're well on your way.

Thanks that's really solid advice and it makes sense.

I'm actually quite confident compared to the guys i see out there, but yeah the level of hotness probably does have some effect.

The main reason i didn't make any other moves was there was another chick there i banged 6 months ago in the group who kept coming up to me to dance (had no interest in her anymore). This may have actually worked to my advantage initially with the Canadian. But overall it may have slowed me down on other potentials as i didn't collect any other numbers.

Don't dwell to much on "The one that got away" just keep gaming. If you go and only fuck 1 out of 10 girls you try to you are an above average player. If I was in your situation, I would have tried to dance with her, let her grind. Alot of touching, go for the kiss and she would be with you the rest of the night. Either she'll go home with you or give you her number but this time very likely she will answer and meet for a date.

Yes i agree, as someone suggested earlier i wasn't aggressive enough. I really should have got her away from the group (she had a female friend there) and pushed. There's always a next time though...
