They are asking shitty questions, there appears to be nothing of substance. There is no impeachable or criminal behavior by the President. Comey sounds like a bitch on a aggressive first Tinder date-"I was uncomfortable, so I wrote everything down(on XO Jane)". If there was any criminal behavior , Comey would have started there with his comments. Trump fired him, it was poor timing and obtuse , but 100 percent legal.

I think Trump may have anticipated issues when he considered firing Comey, he anticipated testimony before a investigatory committee due to the firing and taped their conversations.Comey better not commit perjury...

What a shitshow this all is. Trump will be taking a good sized hit for this politically for a little while. I don't think there is enough to get impeached or even removed, let alone be convicted of obstruction. Comey is a weasel though and very passive aggressive in general.

There was several opportunities for him to explain things to Trump, but not one time did he ever make one attempt to do so, because he WANTED to catch him in a trap outright asking him to drop any investigation. Trump did not use the best words, but it seems like he did not outright fuck himself over with it, but Comey and his senior team passive aggressiveness is very obvious in hoping to bait him into screwing himself.

Rubio is doing a great job on his questions as well.

Some of those Dems will want to start impeachment proceedings after this, but Comey said enough stupid things about himself to even ruin it before it could even get started. Goes back to what even the Dems used to say about him being an idiot, including Obama. He isn't loyal to anyone and screws up anything for either side to do anything at all. In this case, this is a good thing for us, once again, but a bad thing for the country (The Swamp). More reasons on top of the previous reasons why he needed to be fired.

Trump's Comm Team, perhaps even Sessions and his Deputy, need to publicly reiterate why they asked Trump to fire him. His saltyness about why he thinks he was fired, is going to be 100% the narrative unless they come back hard and reiterate why he was fired. His personal feelings are going to be irresponsibly be used as a fact, because he and these Dems keep bringing it up. It's like someone whining about being fired from a job over being a certain skin color or whatever, but the HR dept. has a file of 15 things you did wrong or write ups. It's very dishonest and disingenuous.
