LoneWolf while Colombia has a lot of problems there are enough things to like about Colombia to make it a worthwhile country (assuming you got enough cash):
1)Nature: islands, beaches, amazon, mountains, etc
2) Colombian women!

Yeah, I already admitted there is a reasonable (but not extremely high) supply of hot girls in the rich parts of Sydney. Yes a lot of these girls are slutty but only for the right guys, with accessibility being the problem for the average guy.

Is it reasonable that a guy should have either looks, money, social circle or game in the top 5-10% just to be able to consistently smash 6s 7s who act like 9s and 10s? Besides there are very few girls that are good for anything more than a few roots. LTR material is extremely scarce here.

As for your other points great beaches and good for sports yes. As for big money to be made, that has to be weighed up against the high cost of living and insane house prices. Besides not everybody is making big money in Sydney. There are plenty of people working full time here only earning $50,000 - $60,000 AUD a year. Great clubs and pubs? Are you on crack? You mean the ones that all close early due to mandatory early lockout laws, have uninspired themes/decor not to mention the sausage fest ratios and aggressive/cocky bouncers. Cool people? Seriously? People are shallow, boring, unfriendly, anti-intellectual, and culturally insular/vapid.

This is not too mention the traffic, sprawl, and poor public transport of Sydney.

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying Sydney is a shit hole, its an above average city overall, but in no way is it a world class city.

Besides before you point the finger at others for being inexperienced, please tell us in what cities you have lived in and for how long.

Agreed. I used to be in the "Australia Sucks" crew when I was first out of high school. But when I took a closer look at what's behind it I reassessed my stance.

It's true that as a young man with limited funds then it will be far more fun and easier to get laid living in a cheap country.

What it really comes down to are two things:
-Purchasing Power
-Exotic Bonus

Purchasing power: of course as a young man if you get some savings or an exchange scholarship and go to a developing country, then that money is going to go way further than it would at home.

I'm not the point yet where I can live in Australia like I could in Thailand. But I strongly believe that once you can get to the equivalent percentile of wealth here that you could get in a place like Thailand with a bankroll of say $2,000/month, then it will be much better here overall.

It's true that as a young man you could fly to SEA on holiday or to teach English, and that would be an instant shortcut to higher purchasing power than you had at home. But in the long run if you want to get truly wealthy, it's going to be far easier to build that wealth in Australia or at least another Western country.

Exotic bonus: if you take an average Aussie guy he's probably going to be reasonably fit and have somewhat of a larrikin sense of humour. If you drop him in a country like Taiwan where the typical activities for high school guys are study and video games, then of course he's going to stand out. If the difference means you gain 1 or 2 points instantly then it's going to feel pretty good.

But the beauty of a place like Sydney is we do have a big mix of people, and there are almost endless number of different niches you could target. Students, locals, FOBs, surfers, etc.

With the extra money you can make from living here you could fuel genuinely exotic hobbies or travel. Theoretically you could even reach the point where you could be as a local man as exotic to local girls as a foreigner, except that that exotic capital would come from experiences rather than an accent (eg. French/Italian). Not to mention all the foreign girls who are here for various reasons, such as the students and backpackers.

Interesting point about girls picking up guys which I initially found hard to believe.

I was out one night at some two story pub/bar in the cross and this chick literally came up to me, started feeling up my arm at the bar while maintaining mad eye contact with the most flirtatious look on her face....this has never happened to me in Brisbane or Melbourne in the 6 years I'd gone out - I was with a group of friends that night so wasn't looking to pickup/she wasn't really my type so after a bit of on the spot dancing/jiving with her I politely ejected but as I walked around the bar I got some serious eye fucking like I was back in Europe (I'm Asian), eye fucking akin to prolonged/unbreakable eye contact, by really attractive girls which was unusual.

Sample Size N = 1 night but it does make me wonder...
But in terms of Sydney girls I meet in Melbourne, they don't seem any more DTF/interested than other Aussie girls.

I think you're right that Sydney (and Australia generally) is a difficult and unforgiving place for an 'average guy'. The reason I'm currently here rather than overseas is because I want to become truly wealthy, and this is the best place to be to make that happen (that I know of). But not just money also fitness, game, and various other aspects of self improvement.

Again the solution is money. Living in the inner or eastern suburbs would actually be extremely convenient for transport as the CBD is pretty condensed. Barangaroo for example puts you right in the middle of everything.

One thing I can't answer for are the lockouts which definitely are a flaw of Sydney, though I believe that doesn't apply in Gold Coast or Melbourne.

Right now I'm in Washington DC and I work at a nightclub. Night after night I see 6 - 9's. Many very friendly. There are always new people moving here and the latest influx in the last 6 months has been less annoying than several years past. Not sure what the deal is. Social circle game seems to be key as I haven't seen street game in ages. I think key is picking a venue that works for you.

In my experience small town Australia is the definition of pu ssy hell. As in you have to work incredibly hard just to score an ugly, single mother, crazy, psycho exbf, drug issues 5. The problem with Toronto is not the womens' looks.

You have virtually any nationality of hot girls you can find here...

....it's their mostly spoiled bratty attitudes that offsets that.

There's 3 major sports franchises (The Blue Jays, Raptors and Leafs) 2 lesser but big sports franchises Toronto...the MLS team and at the bottom of the ladder the Argos.

These athletes (and their entourages) are fucking and sponsoring the hottest broads here....and that's the standard they don't want to downgrade from in terms of what a guy should be about. Then you have visiting teams and their athletes making trips up here. A lot of these girls I know get flown to athletes cities as well.

One girl i'd call a 7.5 boasted to me a few weeks ago that shes talking to Jozy Altidore (soccer player). Every girl I meet asks me if I play ball and are visibly disappointed when they learn I don't.

Drake/Weeknd blowing up have given these women unrealistic expectations as well. That's the standard a guy has to be on. And yeah their local upcoming signed artists and entourages that they're promoting are plowing the top girls too.

There's plenty of hot women here.....but the only enjoyable ones to be in the company of I've found are newly arrived immigrant girls or to a lesser extent girls from other Canadian cities.
