I live in a big city in germany. Iam only intrested in 8+. Usually I dont see those. I wait for 1,5 hours in the main part of the city and I see none girl I really want to approach. There are women who are ok or nice, but not that burning desire to wnat that girl. That happens, but only seldomly. How to deal with the long waiting times inbeetween?

Can it be that you set such standards that you avoid the approach? When almost no girl is good enough or you spot some flaws, it can be like an excuse to yourself why you don't put in the effort to handle a certain situation. An self excuse.

I get you bro. I only approach on streets girls, who are top for me.
But I see different problem. Waiting for high quality girl generally. Yes you can bang lower quality girls and sure he'll I do. But I am totally burnt out from it. Personally I only consider perhaps 1 in a 1000 girls to be "really interesting" and then I am being very positive. It is not even about appearance, but more about having something interesting about her. It is related to personality.

So I figure, in order to give myself the best chance at one of these "special" girls, I need to be prepared for her. Because I most likely only get one single chance. This turns every other girl into "practice material".

It´s actually very interesting dynamics.
There are 3 factors you should offer. Status/money, look and game. Yes you can think of others, but these are the most basic.
The most of the guys here can be advocating for game, but that´s highest level. In order to have game, you must have a supply of status or looks. Ideally both.
To get the best girls, you gotta have all of them (or one totally maximized out) and still has to be at the right time at the right place and still there´s no guarantee. The biggest chances are, when you are handsome millionaire, who spends his free time in gym or flying around would banging chicks. But be honest, who has it.

Fantasy and reality are two different realities.

A 5 foot balding chubby guy could see himself as the prize. But what 8/10 + women will. Only if he has money.

This is more wishful thinking, and blind optimism. To a certain degree sexual market value is objective and you gotta see thing's for what they really are.
