Quote:TORONTO - A Toronto man accused of raping a fellow York University graduate student was found guilty Thursday as the judge vowed to debunk the myths surrounding rape.
Justice Marvin Zuker found that Mustafa Ururyar forced Mandi Gray, a PhD student with whom he was having a casual relationship, to fellate him and have sexual intercourse in the early hours of Jan. 31, 2015. Gray, 28, waived the publication ban on her identity.
“The myths of rape should be dispelled once and for all. We cannot perpetuate the belief that niceness cannot co-exist with violence, evil or deviance,” said Zuker in a courtroom packed with Gray supporters.
“Nice guys supposedly don’t rape. Consequently, nice guys must not be guilty,” said Zuker. Ururyar was accused of assaulting Gray at his home after a night of drinking with friends at two bars in downtown Toronto.
The judge rejected Ururyar’s account as a fabrication. He had testified that Gray was the sexual aggressor in a consensual, unprotected sexual session.
“His version never, never happened,” said Zuker.
“Such a story from Ururyar from beginning to end begs credulity, a feeble, feeble attempt in hindsight that is unbelievable and incomprehensible.”
Zuker said a few hours before the assault, Gray texted Ururyar, “I’m at the Victory (Cafe), come drink and then we can have hot sex.”
“We don’t even know what the phrase ‘hot sex’ means,” said Zuker.
Ururyar, 29, could lose his freedom Monday as Crown attorney Jennifer Lofft is seeking to revoke his bail.
“It’s a huge victory in many, many ways. I was believed,” Gray said outside court.
“The judgment, while beautiful ... doesn’t unrape me. Toronto police said I just drank too much and I shouldn’t have gone to his apartment. They tried to convince me to withdraw my statement.”

Highlights of Justice Marvin Zuker’s judgment delivered in court on Thursday:
- “Ururyar was the ultimate game player. Ms. Gray became the slut for the night because the angry, angry accused wanted to ... have a threesome and Mandi Gray ruined it.”
- “She was vulnerable ... scared. He pounced. Forget the condom. I am in power. He was the boss and he loved it.”
- Gray’s delay in reporting is irrelevant, Zuker said.
“Does pain have time limit? With or without all the texts, Ururyar raped Gray. We don’t need the missing texts to know this. Crying and being in a fetal position. This evidence I accept. Rape it surely was.”
- “The experience of rape invades not only the body but the mind of its victims. And there is often a desperate wish by the victim to please the rapist, a desperate hope that the rape will end ... and maybe ... I will survive.”

I would divert some of your energies to your personal development/personal situation...put in some work finding your niche/enjoyment in or outside of Toronto and avoid the noise from the minority of freaks.

Ottawa, Ontario is at least a four hour drive from the Greater Toronto Area. Ottawa-Gatineau corridor is connected to Quebec and about a 2-hour drive from Montreal, Quebec. So technically Ottawa is closer to Quebec, but it ain't the Quebecois Parti-Quebecois crew found in the small towns of Quebec.
Unless you've stepped foot in Toronto, I can't take any claim about Toronto with any credibility..I know a former Toronto guy on this forum who moved to Ottawa: He loves that place.
However, Toronto is hundreds of miles away from Ottawa, so the datasheet will be different.
Ottawa. Ontario appears to have bi-lingual influence, so it isn't Anglo colonial stuck up like Toronto.
If you've stepped foot in Toronto and gamed there, then I can take your claims with credibility.
Roosh has his viewpoints about Toronto, and this is resonates with many men:
Roosh game way better than me, but he found the women he met in Toronto to be very man-hating with more than just bitch shields.
Toronto is a waste of time for more ambitious men like Roosh. He getting Polish poon..Nice soft skin and light color punanny..
There are better women out of Toronto. Toronto ain't all that..It's not even world class..It's backwards, and even hot chicks in Europe complain on tourist blogs of the same issue.

The man showed Alpha-domination, bolded and italicized emphasis, which was later used against him to convict him of the Canadian term for sexual assault..These Toronto women be scheming to set up men for prison.

Bet he just pumped and dumped her and she got all mad and shit. Even the way she commented on the verdit, are not the words of a rape victim.
This is sad.

I'm definitely seeing more interracial dating now but it's usually skewed this way.
80% of the time it's a white guy with a Indian/Chinese/ Black etc girl and in the majority of the cases the guy is dating up a notch or 2. I saw lots 8's with white guys who might not get that kind usual quality with white girls.
In the other 20% of the time it was a white chick but not always usually with a Black/ Asian/ etc guy and in the majority of these cases the girl probably weighted more the then guy.

So in Toronto many white guys date Asians girls.
Do you think that they date them because they find them more attractive than others or because they can't get white girls?
