The girl wearing a Red Sox shirt:
* she looks like a tomboy so obviously pretty athletic;
* she stepped back a little bit for a windup like a boxer (footwork and distance);
* she tried to bring her guards up (around the 7 seconds mark) until someone behind her tried to pull her right arm, but she immediately brushed it off with her left hand and released a slight solid hook punch to the girl's left jaw, which would explain how she was immediately knocked out cold.

This is the culture we live in: social media glorifies physical violence and sex for "likes".

The nose acts as a cushion, but it's a great spot because it'll blind you. A nose shot makes you see stars. And if you can't see anything, you can't do much fighting.

Here's the very best fighting technique I've discovered works almost every time... Turn around and leave. I'm guilty of not following my own advice sometimes, but it works well.

There are a couple of vital striking areas to the face (BrewDog already mentioned them):

1. Nose - this won't really knock a person out if hit directly on the nose (think watery eyes and sensitive). But hitting right on the bridge of the person's nose, it will definitely break. Also, hitting right under the nose another vital point to strike.

2. Jaw - a solid technique (i.e., hook punch) to the jaw will cause a person to become unconscious. Just like what this girl in the video did.

3. Chin - same as #2 - a person can be knocked out cold or lose balance. This is more of an in-close fighting range (i.e., using an uppercut or upper elbow) that is somewhat advanced by aiming right underneath the person's chin and driving the technique upwards.

4. Temple - to anybody that is thinking of trying this: don't. This is the most fragile areas of the head because it can cause permanent damage and/or death. I strongly urge you not to try this so don't even think of doing it. A good example "why" is the three girls that fatally killed their classmate, who took a lot of beatings to her head in a high school bathroom and ended up dead.

Personally, I agreed with BrewDog: just walk away. If a person is jawing and/or mouthing off, walk away. It is not even worth it. Otherwise, don't be a cuck if someone punch you in a threatening way. Fight back if you feel your life is in danger.

Given my previous theories that High School and University Students are being programmed to remain trapped in early adolescence, this video doesn't really surprise me.

This isn't a sign of the times. Teenage Girls whose behaviour was allowed to run unchecked were always this, even when I was a child *. Playground fights seemed to happen on a daily basis until women reached the age they realise that social attacks have far more lasting damage on a female opponent than decking her.

The first year of High School in Australia is known as 'Year Seven', and they were the girls who did this most often. You'd instinctively-feel a sudden, almost-magnetised rush of bodies towards one location, and, if you asked a passerby what was happening, you'd get a breathless "Year 7 Bitch Scrag Fight!". (A 'scrag' being a girl who'd drink, smoke, swear and fight).

By Year Eight, they seemed to have wised up enough to start whispering campaigns or etching "Jessica Smith is a bitch and a self-confessed barbie princess" on the library desks. This is why I always preferred male aggression: you knew right away if someone hated you.

Between both the physical and emotional destruction I'd see your average girl commit on a daily basis, I never had any delusions about putting them on a pedestal.

Women's natural instinct seems to be to devolve to a feral state - obesity, sloth, decadence, violence and filth - which is why I find the commonly-held belief that they're a 'civilizing' force on men laughable.

* Hell, even when my Dad was in school. The 50's and 60's concept of girls 'ratting' their hair, was considered trashy and something only 'bad girls' did, (which is why in 'Grease' they make fun of goody-two shoes Sandy by singing "I don't drink, or swear. I don't rat my hair.")

The girls would boof their hair up to huge extremes, then hide the comb carefully inside the hairdo, since teachers weren't allowed to touch their hair, extracting it when they wanted to stab another girl, before putting the weapon back its hiding place.

Once again, this video isn't a sign of societal degeneration. This is what scrags have always been.

The three buttons are the chin, the jaw(clinch your jaw, hit where the bulge is on your opponent), and the temple (this can kill due to epidural hematoma, people get knocked out -have a lucid interval, then rapidly deteriorate-common in baseball). The dirty way to knock someone out is to punch them on the back of the neck(illegal in every type of fighting sport). The punch that incapacitates is the kidney punch, hard to do, but as good as a knockout when properly executed- the opponent cannot continue although not unconscious.
