She doesn't even take her job seriously if she is trying to pass laws ironically. The purpose of being a legislator is to create laws, not send partisan messages.

She has no respect for her position or the legislative process.

At my local college, there was a huge push to prosecute three basketball players of rape, no real evidence of rape, and one of the college reporters interviewed to DA to ask why no charges were filed. (I would post it but can't find it, probably deleted out of shame.) The DA responded that they didn't really have evidence of rape, that was why. The student interviewer said, maybe this is a dumb question, and the DA said there are no dumb questions, so the student said that even if there wasn't evidence, wouldn't it make sense to charge them anyway as a message to all the rapists out there.

DA got really irritated with him and said, I was wrong, that is a dumb question, we are not in the business of making dubious accusations in order to send political messages, we are in the business of solving crimes.

This is bad stuff, and will give other idiots ideas, further watering down the political process, removing the meaning from institutions, turning all of life into meaningless symbolic acts, and much patting of selves on backs.

The beauty of this approach, however, is that while the virtue signallers would be screaming "genocide" the deadbeats would be screaming at them twice as loud to shut the fuck up so they can get paid.

The vocal PC left would find themselves surrounded on all sides. You'd most likely find your strongest opposition from the morality police on the Right, despite the fact you'd be preventing hundreds of thousands of abortions over the first decade alone.
