(CNN) A Texas lawmaker has proposed a bill that would fine a man $100 each time he masturbates.

The bill also imposes a 24-hour waiting period if a guy wants a colonoscopy or a vasectomy, or if he's in the market for some Viagra.

Rep. Jessica Farrar, a Democrat, knows her bill isn't going to get very far. But she proposed it last week to make a point and give male lawmakers a taste of their own medicine.

Farrar has long been an advocate of women's health in a state that has made it extremely difficult for women to get abortions. And the bill, by pointing out a sexist double standard, is meant to shine a light on the obstacles women deal with when it comes to their health care.

"Let's look at what Texas has done to women," Farrar told CNN. "What if men had to undergo the same intrusive procedures?"

Even the name is a jab

Farrar's bill would penalize men for masturbation because such behavior is a failure to preserve the sanctity of life and "an act against an unborn child."

This is just part of the second phase of the Turn red to blue, the future is female, let-us-tell-you-who-we-are-as-a-people- it's all noise noise noise. If Texas goes blue, there will never be another "Republican" president in our lifetime. It's that simple.

Phase 1 was, "we need more democrat voters, let's import them. Open the borders. Dump a bunch of those refugees in Amarillo, I don't want them in DC." Hamstring ICE where possible in Texas.

Phase 2 is "shit, we need wayyyy more democrat voters, let's find a way to get some more women." South Texas, Harris County, and Dallas County, as well as Austin are Democrat, done- not at risk.

This bill is just a ruse- introduce something moronic, take it back and pretend that you are just making a point that women need more rights. Women issues are important, let's start a dialogue. We need to have this conversation. I'm sure we can come to a compromise.

Even if conservative white people reproduced more because they couldn't use abortion or BC, most of the new kids just from that demographic would be dysfunctional unwanted kids with no real support network from their family.

So they'd vote themselves a bigger taxpayer funded safety net and not give a crap about the other policy differences between D and R. They'd have zero desire or knowledge base to do productive work.

Anything that lets married couples have exactly the number of kids they want and no more is good for society, and it's retarded to throw that away because you're worried about demographic shift.

Yet, if you point out that depending on jursdiction, purchasing a firearm requires a background check, a waiting period, or a permission slip from chief local LEO, comes with a $200 spite tax on certain types, and can be denied based on a wide variety of irresponsible conduct which may or may not be relevant to its use, Mx. Farrar and her ilk would think that doesn't go far enough.

The male equivalent to abortion is deserting and not raising the fucking kids you spawned. Which is why I don't understand why a lot of guys here seem to be anti abortion. Edit: This is THE number one problem in the black community and the main reason why black america is collectively doing poorly as a group. Of course this rarely gets brought up by anyone who actually has the power to help, and when they do, they're automatically labeled racists or uncle toms if they're black.

Obviously the Black Lives Matter people (at least at the top) don't really give a fuck about black lives or black misery because if they did this would be a big part of their platform.

Again, and this bears repeating over and over again.

Ghetto rats and trailer trash need to be motivated to have their tubes tied as early as possible. Double their welfare if that's what it takes. You would wipe out shiftless, low IQ deadbeats from the population in a single generation without any abortions being necessary. Crime would plummet, strongly in the interim and massively in the long term. Welfare spending would rapidly decrease from the 1 year mark and continue a downward trend from that time forward.

To toss a bone to the bleeding hearts you could harvest eggs/sperm so if the dregs in question ever got their shit together and wanted to reproduce they could save their pennies for IVF treatment.
