To those who are applauding the guy for his actions/response to the MAJOR transgression done to him, how do you feel when the police smoke someone who is resisting, reaching for something, or otherwise not complying to the point of the making the cop feel as though force, in some cases deadly force, is necessary? The cops oftentimes have the right to use the force and in many cases, the perps probably "deserve" the force that they receive. Still makes me sick to watch. Do you like to see these guys get "dealt with" when they ball up to cops?

Although I do wonder what you would do in this situation. I think I may have done the same thing to be honest, but then again I grew up in a rough area and while I probably wouldnt have the self control you would have, I also know not to put myself in that kind of situation to begin with, there is no winning once you're there. Sure you can walk away, after being disrespected like that. . .however if you live in the same area(especially if its a bad area) sometimes "following the law" and looking like a pussy in front of other men will just invite trouble later on, and possibly even LONGER than any jail sentence with much more negative consequences.

So its not just as black and white as you think.

Again, the best way is to not get into that situation, as when you're already there you've pretty much lost either way.

That being said, I'm curious:

I still want to know what you'd do in that same situation, provided you had a lapse of intelligence and found yourself in that situation to begin with.

I'm just curious, not trying to be disrespectful or confrontational, just curious.

She had something thrown over her back, we can see this, so her throwing the drink at him was in retaliation.

Her friend would not have said that unless she saw the guy doing it.

This mans a POS and gives all of us a bad name, would gladly white knight in this situation, and I ordinarily wouldnt.

Interesting point, her back is was all wet from the video. If this guy did pour a drink on her then he's a complete scumbag. If he didn't then the knee jerk reaction makes a bit more sense. I have a hunch he poured the drink on her behind her back and thought he could get away with it so more then likely he's an idiot. Good catch on that.
