In my article on the fall of Aleppo a couple weeks ago I made a speculation that a secret Erdogan-Putin backroom deal was one of the things that was key in the fall of the city. I can't prove it but I know how politics works. There are going to be a lot of angry jihadis with nothing to do in north Syria and south Turkey. And they are going to realize that the Turks switched sides and threw them into the meat grinder. Something similar happened in 1982. After Hama was crushed, the Islamists' supporters jumped ship and bailed. Assad the Elder had little trouble rounding up and liquidating the rest of the jihadist rabble.

If you look at the photo of him prior to the shooting one can assume that he looks like he belongs there. Nobody is questioning him and he's behind the Ambassador.

It seems like every time this stuff happens, all the neighbors of the suspect remark how "he was such a kind boy" and his internet records suggest that he had only been reading radical literature for a couple weeks. That's the problem with low impulse control Muzzies. Even if they are part of your tribe, they will leave the reservation at the least opportune time. Not good, not good at all. It is often been said of the Russian people that they have the longest memory of anyone in the world. There's going to be some major payback dished out to political opponents, inside and outside of Russia if this keeps up. If the liberal press thinks Putin is Hitler now, wait until the crackdowns really start coming out in force as the bodies keep dropping.
