Not sure about LA women in the sense of born and raised in LA, but transplants that come to pursue whatever dream they have are the crème of the crop.

The average girl is shit there's no questions about that and even average girls date up. You know where LA really goes the distance is in the hottest of the hot girls.

The top 10% of girls in LA blow everywhere but Miami and maybe NYC out of the water. It's a play ground for guys who have made it. So yeah you're right and so is RP.

Proportionally there's more seriously hot girls(8-9 level) than anywhere else and they have options like a motherfucker. I myself struck out seriously hard there nonstop. I can beat average but playing against socially talented people feels like they have cheat codes it's that hard.

The quality is good the problem is finding it and beating out the intense competition. I can't speak for Miami but I hear that's the only other place you have to outplay everyone around you that hard.

This is why I said. This city is for the hungry hungry man. If you have boundless ambition and drive then make it LA is like heaven on Earth in the States. Otherwise it's better for you to get out because a lot of men don't measure up. This is not a city of averages this is a city for the truly exceptional. The kind of person I would like to be which is why I put myself through hell coming back now and again.

Might even be back there again in March rather than Chicago as the man I consider like a brother to me is telling me to come through again. I hate and love the city a lot it's truly a mixed bag.

Can't imagine staying here while I'm entering my prime. Not that I couldn't succeed but I'd rather get the most bang for my buck.

Attractive women in the entertainment industry are few and far between. People need to keep in mind that there are 4 million people living in LA and another 6 million living in LA County, as a whole. They represent about 5% of the LA population, not to mention many of them are out of the city within a year since the entertainment industry is very shady, ruthless, while being the industry in the states most closely resembling the lottery. You have 1% of entertainers earning 99% of the collective pot. Just brutal. The vast majority are unable to earn a living and have to live with 4+ roommates until being forced to kick rocks.

Completely agree regarding your comment on models. They tend to have really grotesque bodies IMO. Bodies that are comparable to those of a 13 year-old boy.

The urban sprawl makes LA very scenic in certain spots (Runyon Canyon and Griffith Park are stunning) but it kills walkability. Charlotte
Atlanta
Montreal
Chicago

I eliminated any cities in Florida/Arizona/Texas because I don't like the heat. Atlanta and Charlotte seem cool but I'm actually not sure about the walkability there. NYC is too damn expensive and too crowded.

I agree with a lot of what is posted. But I think La is a city where you have to figure out a game/scene/niche that works for you and roll with it.

Getting laid here is pretty easy. I don't have a good comparison to NYC because I have never lived there so maybe its even better? There are a shit ton of single girls here and they are mostly DTF. They have ZERO expectations for relationships. They are just as much in the game as the dudes. This is a good thing if you don't want to get a gf/wife/ltr but still hook up.

Everytime I take a family member from out of state to a mall in Houston they always comment on how fat the girls are here. Also, a lot of poverty and ghettos around Houston.

I was shocked at how hot the girls are in Minneapolis compared to Houston. Hot blondes with fit bodies are the norm. It was a paradise for someone like me who loves white girls.

Both very large cities that are EXTREMELY sprawling. High Mexican populations. LOL, I remember seeing in Supersize Me (excellent documentary) that Houston had the highest incidence of obesity.

Interesting, regarding Minneapolis. I could actually see that. I believe there's a high Scandinavian population there (I'm going off the Minnesota Vikings, haha).

LA has attractive women but I wouldn't say that every other woman walking down the street in LA is super attractive, there is a ton of butt ugly women there and like so many comments before, alot of these women get the pump and dump from alot of men that they become a bit nuts after awhile in LA, especially if they are struggling in their careers. What guys are saying about the masses of thirsty men is also true. We have a population of 10M and bad logistics because everyone is so spread out, it doesn't have the density of Manhattan or Chicago, or most good sized cities(hell, even San Diego is probably easier in that sense.)

I've only ever been a tourist to LA. At the time I was living full time in Jakarta.

I found the small bits of LA I saw to be full of pretty nice chicas. I saw lots of hot black girl talent, and approached a bit. They were super polite as they blew my ragged ass out.

*UPDATE*

I've now been in LA for 9 weeks and I've only pulled 1 girl back to my place, lol.

I started gaming properly and consistently over my last 7 weeks in college (Evanston, Illinois...just north of Chicago).

^ Yeah SoCal has the highest male competition on average of any large geographic region of the US and probably the planet other than the Sydney/Melbourne coastline in Australia and maybe parts of Italy / Spain.

The 5% is spot on. The usuals of in shape, decent money, fun personality, smart, good dancer... this isn't enough.

Perhaps some of you may disagree, but I truly believe game is the great equalizer. I can't dance to save my life, I'm far from a trust fund kid (unfortunately), but that hasn't stopped me from having great success with girls in SoCal. In fact, I've done SO MUCH better here than where I grew up in a part of the country you'd expect success to come much easier.

What do you look like, what's your stats? What's your style? Where and how do you pull?

if you're really good looking you'll do well anywhere. Also I've found guys who neatly fit stereotypes also do pretty well. Would have to know more to actually comment.

In full disclosure, I'm definitely above average. As for style, I've got a shaved head and a beard, so I guess more of a "bad boy look." I've done some work in television, but not enough I could lean on status alone to help pull chicks. Although just working around hot, young actresses from time-to-time certainly hasn't hurt. As for the rest, I'm sure I've done all the same shit as any other guy on here: Day-game (outdoor shopping malls, bookstores, coffee shops), Night-game (clubs and bars), Online-game (Instagram, Facebook, POF, OKCupid, etc.).

Hopefully my post isn't misconstrued as trying to brag. Not once in 774 posts have I ever "tooted my own horn" physically, but since you asked I'm just being honest. I would never claim to have a 100% success rate with girls, I've had flakes and failures same as anyone else -- but I've certainly had what I'd consider to be great luck since moving here.

For the sake of not outing myself, I'd rather not discuss what work I've done. As for considering myself to be "definitely above average," you can choose to believe me or not, I'm not looking to qualify myself here. My intent in posting to begin with was merely to say that success can be found in LA/OC areas. Are there flakes? Of course. Do I have a 100% rate? Absolutely not. But it's certainly FAR from hopeless out here.

What? I mean are you an actor, cameraman, coffee guy? And I was literally asking what makes you "definitely above average". Facial aesthetics, height, etc. Not sure why you're being defensive I was literally trying to understand you.

Not trying to be defensive. I'm just not going to try to convince any man on this forum I'm attractive. Lol. I may be "genetically blessed," but as other posters have pointed out, so are many men out here. Looks will help get you in the door, I won't deny that -- but a handsome man with shit game can still lose a chick to a guy who is physically less attractive with tight game.
