I'm no girls "type"
When I first started to game, I heard this a lot " you're not my type."

When I got a little better, I heard this instead "you're not my usual type."

I guess I'm on the right track.

RE: I'm no girls "type"
A girl told me "you're not my type." once.

I told her, "I am every girl's type".

"You're not my type." = "I'm not really interested."

Counter: "You don't like tall men who dress sharp and have deep voices? You're into girls, aren't you?"

I don't remember the last time I heard this...second year university maybe?

RE: I'm no girls "type"
I've had many discussions like the one below before. I call it adversarial game, and I use on girls that are a little bitchy, but have potential if you wear them down enough. Most guys don't think it's worth it, but I can't help myself. I'm surprised how often you can turn a girl that was about leave into a paying customer.

Girl: "You're not my type."

Tuthmosis: "I understand. You prefer a lower-quality product."

Girl: "No. I like just guys who have XYZ." [bitchy tone]

Tuthmosis: "I usually go for girls that have ABC, but I'm an open-minded person. I was willing to make an exception." [wry smile]

Girl: "You're rude. I'm not talking to you anymore." [bitchy]

Tuthmosis: "I'm rude? You're the one that said I don't have XYZ. I was just being friendly and received attitude for my generosity. I think you should apologize." [sarcastic, off-hand tone, with smirk]

Girl: "You want me to apologize?" [outraged]

Tuthmosis: "It's only right. It's the only way to repair our relationship."

Girl: "I'm not apologizing, but I guess I could have handled that different." [easing up]

Tuthmosis: "I guess that will have to do. Are you always this difficult and suspicious of strangers?"

Girl: "Yeah. But I'm friendly to the people I know."

Tuthmosis: "How can you ever meet new people that way?"

Girl: [laughs]

Tuthmosis: "Oh shit. See that guy over there? I saw him peeing on the floor in the bathroom."

etc. etc.

No girl has ever said this to my face directly but if she did I'm not about to get in a back and forth banter about it. Not even worth the time and energy. I'd just move on.

To the OP, I've known many women that dated and even happily married men that at first weren't their type. Just like many people end up in careers that they didn't study in college but got into anyway and later saw the value in it.

Exactly, but some dudes think they can "make" something pop off with any chick, they just have to say whatever it is they want to say the right way or the right number of times.

Every girl is not going to feel you, and shit most of these chicks are doing dudes favors by "rejecting" them.

RE: I'm no girls "type"
I'm sure girls have said or implied this to me before, but it's been too long to remember the specifics.

I have told girls, "I'm not sure I'm your type." before, to indirectly get them to start telling me the reasons why I am their type.

I think in most cases I'd simply say, "Ok, goodbye." unless I were really interested in the girl, or she seemed like she could be turned (or was drunk). I'm not generally going to go the extra mile early on and waste time that could be better spent approaching more receptive targets.

I agree that, in most cases, it really isn't worth it. But I just know that I've had success deciding to barreling through some seemingly insurmountable bullshit. I've simply "won" too many of these scenarios to be dissuaded by a wannabe "slammer" statement. Plus, a girl that is this resistant at first often turns out to be the most enthusiastic for you in the end. By contrast, a girl that seems amenable and receptive from jump street ends up being a cock tease, have a boyfriend, or just flirting to get attention.

It simply makes no sense to me to walk away simply because a girl tries to disqualify you with a lame one liner. If she's an otherwise high-quality prospect, I game on. At worst, I walk away with the satisfaction that she didn't shoo me away like she does lesser men--since I end up leaving on my terms. At best, I get her to "see things my way"--and those are often the best chicks to land.

Don't waste hours on something that isn't going to go anywhere. But, at the same time, don't just walk away with an "okay" or an angry fuck-off statement.

Could you really say something like that in US? In Russia if the guy overhears a dude saying something like that about him, the dude is going to be at least beaten up. And a chick might actually volunteer this information to him, just for fun.
