Oh boy...that "not the other guy" comment must have hurt Kaine's image.

Kaine showed his true face of being nothing more than a sissy boy who is essentially only given the VP slot for there reasons:
1. Money raising ability
2. Virginia
3. Shill for Latin people in speaking Spanish
He has nothing else to offer.
Establishment types like Kaine because he will be the empty suit to go with whatever the money folks tell him to do if HRC if wheeled off to jail or the corners office.
Pence does exactly what he is brought in to do. Be firm, composed, measured. This debate won't have sky high ratings like the last one but I suspect it will be higher then typical VP debate due to the magnitude of this election. The folks who are 100% watching this debate for sure are the stubborn older demographic that Trump has had trouble with as they get all their info from MSM and other bogus shill media sources.
Pence was 100% on the dot the type of "traditional" politician that those types like to rally around. I did not agree with a lot of the establishment shit he was harping on Russia and Syria for instance, but I understand his job is not to bring in anything that might be questionable or not part of the traditional narrative; so he does not have the ability, like Trump, to literally poke the bear and drop truth bombs when he so pleases. Pence, he is the traditional guy for a untraditional campaign and election and I think he will score big with that stubborn group of older votes.
For the women... they will have remained captivated and engaged with a open ear at the very least simply for the fact that Pence obviously is a strait male who enjoys women, versus, Kaine who looks like he likes young adult boys.
When one of my sisters txts me "This Pense guy is very cute.. is it bad for me to think that?", I know what the deal is.
Broads like that silver hair 'ol' boy' type of look. So they will sit and listen to a man who gets the knickers going a bit versus Trump who they have built up a mental wall up around. So we can't expect legions of women to come to our side but a small segment will 100% be more open to Trump now and if they reside in big time States it could be a meaningful gain big picture.
Lots of hesitant traditional GOP'ers will be at ease as well as they know Trump will have the ear of "real Republican" they are used to, verse Trump, who for what he says... and does now... is more moderate and more of a Rockefeller Republican if you peel back all his layers (nothing wrong with that IMO as it mirrors more modern times).
This was to easy to call. I called the bloodbath from the start as Kaine has a shitty vibe, personality, and a punchable face. If America can't stand him for 90 minutes, they won't put up with him for 4 years. Both HRC and Kaine are repulsive to look at together, nobody wants to see that golum duo age into dust in the White House.
I'd add:
4. White, Catholic male
Plus the rumor was Hitlery didn't want to get overshadowed by her VP, so that eliminated Corey Booker and Julian Castro.
The other rumor was neither of the above ^^ wanted to be on a losing ticket and damage their prospects for 2020 or beyond. IIRC, the last losing VP candidate to eventually win POTUS was Franklin Roosevelt and that was going on 80+ years ago.

Tuned into C-Span after Megyn Kelly started debating semantics with Kellyanne over Putin being a "good leader". The fact is we don't choose Russia's leaders so if the people of Russia feel he is a good leader, that is that. Whether or not the American populace agrees is a different story but acknowledging that a Russian leader is respected by his people is not an endorsement, its just an observation. Too much gotchya bullshit Megyn.
Now, on to C-Span, wooooooooooooooooweeee, the callers are lit. You had a lifelong democrat from NC stating "Boy, after tonight, I am 100% on board with Trump. I won't ever be voting democrat again, they're all corrupt"
A 53 year old business owner from Ohio who has never voted before states "I'm all the way for Trump. These regulations have made business near impossible and I want leaders that support me to win and do business. Its that simple."
The short 10 minutes I listened in, there was no support for Kaine, at all.
The best part of C-Span? Its basically crowd sourced feedback with minimal spin. Callers identify where they are calling from and state their position. The host will ask some follow up questions but its mostly agenda free. And based on some callers from swing states, tonight helped.

PS-Pence better teach Trump to stay on message. This isn't a dick measuring contest to take on all comers that launch petty insults whch have no bearing on one's ability to guide the american economy. This is a war to set the country on the right track and you win that war by staying focused and on message. CHOO, CHOO.
This was my first time hearing Kaine speak for an extended period of time. What a faggot.
I was especially surprised by Pence's frame and composure. He absolutely killed it. Regarding Syria, it was bullshit the moderator only asked him about the specifics, obviously trying to throw him off his game. He went with the safe answer. Not a bad play.
He's clearly the best VP to complement The Don for anyone who still had doubts. LeoneVolpe describes it best as good cop/bad cop.

Maybe the most important aspect of the debate which was overlooked... aside from Kaine's pin... which even at the bar no one could figure out. To be honest, I kept joking that it was a Mexico flag but I think it might have been "Virginia's." Haven't read the rest of the thread since page 3 but catching up.

Someone mentioned it early on but it's a blue star pin, because his son is deployed. It's the same type he was wearing at the DNC convention.

I didn't like that shit either. All that stuff he was spewing could of been in Time Magazine or The Economist. Sick of the all that spin still being tossed around. Russia has been a stabilizing force in Syria, and Assad, say what you will as a leader, is a better alternative then having a bunch of random bearded goons running the show there.
But Pence is a 'politician' so I remind myself you need a counter-balance for the rouge anti-establishment Trump. Trump can muse the reality that Putin puts his nations interests first as a leader should do. Pence does not get that rope. So I don't agree with all he says, but I understand how and why he has to say what he does, when he does. He is the guy who will do the Sunday shows as VP and speak the language the MSM wants to hear. Trump IMO will simply blow off the media and give them the middle finger when he becomes POTUS; after the way they treated him it would crazy if he didn't do that.
End of the day VP is subordinate. Pence can be as conventional as he wants but Trump is running the show. Pence does not have the orbit or shadow influence and power that VPs like Bush Sr. did who attempted to seize control within the WH from Regan (and take Regan out in a shadow coup attempt). Another example was Cheney who more or less wrestled the important files away from Bush and ran much of the external strategy and policy for the WH. Pence does not have the power those guys have. He is a long track politician but he does not have that leverage so I still think big picture, long term, even if I don't agree with him most of the time, he is excellent choice for Trump for this election and beyond.

I did a quick and dirty poll. While most people thought Trump tied/lost, basically everyone (except the most hardline Dem who'd still support Hillary after she shot their mothers) I asked thought Pence was far superior to that other guy.

Pence is more presidential than all other candidates in this election, including Trump. He is going to be a great VP, and a great president in 8 years.
"Money over bitches, nigga stick to the script." - Jay-Z
They gonna love me for my ambition.
I wouldn't get too far ahead on Pence, at the end of the day he came out of the establishment. The important point is that he's tied to Trumps message right now and has absolutely delivered the goods. I was amazed at how well he brushed off attacks and went back on offense, he was smooth, steely. The dude would mop the floor with Hillary. Trump needs to study this.
"The only purpose for which power can be rightfully exercised over any member of a civilised community, against his will, is to prevent harm to others...in the part which merely concerns himself, his independence is, of right, absolute." - John Stuart Mill, On Liberty
If Crooked Hillary thinks she's going to be able to get by with regurgitating Creepy Kaine's talking points from tonight during the next two Presidential debates, I think she's sorely mistaken. The democraps have one line of attack -- try and badmouth Mr. Trump and bait him into defending himself rather than staying on message, that's it. If Mr. Trump can take a page out of Pence's playbook, he'll mop the floor with the Hag.

Pence said he would bomb Assad, "confront" Russia. Not to mention short-man shaming Putin personally as "small."
CNN is playing this up, a sure sign it will hurt Trump. I am for Trump because I thought he was NOT the War Party candidate - a possible nuclear war with Russia over something as unimportant to the American people as Syria "trumps" all other issues.
Trump's gotta clarify, slap down Pence if necessary.

But what the fuck was Pence thinking when he was talking about Syria?
That makes no sense at all, are they still trying to lock in the cuckservative vote?
I'm confused.

Kaine might end up being president of the US if Hillary dies. What a fucking joke. And there´s a strong possibility this might happen. Maybe it´s the elite plan.
Trump will only loose with a massive fraud voter. So massive you couldn´t cover it up. But it can happen. Corrupt pieces of shit.
