I'm new to this forum. I've been banging chics on a regular(unconsciously applying some stuffs I've read here) even though I know that the knowledge I'd get here will increase my frequency.

It's all about r/K selection. You seem very K selected. Most of the pickup/game advice is for r selected people, due to a variety of reasons.

One thing I had to learn is the I didn't truly want r selected sexuality. Most likely, your vibe/game is giving the impression you're a deep connection/LTR type of guy and girls are getting hooked. If you already have a girlfriend but want more I suppose you have to ask yourself if you truly want more sluts on the side or mini relationships on the side. If the former I'd recommend being more of a jerk/uncaring badboy to the girls you meet, make the relationship seeking girls self select out. If the latter, embrace it and I'd suggest being honest about already having a girlfriend and just wanting more connections with other girls.

Without proper set up at the very beginning, most girls that you sleep with *should* want to be your girlfriend.

Why that is depends on context

- she gave up the pussy - she has to get something out of it. It's her only bargaining chip, and she has to maximize it.

Can you kick down any advice for management of longer term FB/plates? For instance I have friends that can hit certain girls up months, even like a year and a half after the last time they fucked and shes still eager to hear from him/meet up. He must have layed down some really good pipe/frame. But what I dont get is that none of these chicks seem to be resentful about him for not committing, no matter how long the duration.

Absolutely not. You've got two options. Go ahead and "girlfriend some of them, or act like a player and put them all into a rotation while building up your team.

I don't think that it's ever really possible to leave them "better than we found them" if we're being real "alphas" and giving them pipe the way they love.

Women want it all - I'm not sure they can ever truly be satisfied, due to their inherent insecurity.
