A female friend* of mine complained that she keeps sending men signals when she doesn't intend to. The girl is a very friendly bubbly high energy blond, so I can understand why men would think she's into them when she isn't. She asked me for advice, and I wasn't sure what to offer her that wouldn't result in a kind feminine girl developing major bitch shields.

It seems to me that some female self-development writer has got to have tackled this, but I wouldn't know who - and I'm also certain 99% of them did it poorly. Since you guys are probably better studies of human relations then all of them, what advise would you give a woman for not sending guys the wrong signals without just being rude or cold?

*and before you ask, yes, I've hooked up with her.

Sounds like humble bragging.

What I've found in life is that most people project what *they* want onto others. Men send dick pics in part because they're cool with that instant sexual escalation via visual methods, won't she feel the same way, too? It's a lack of empathy.

By that same token, women love a man who is loved by other women. You've slept with this woman before, so she obviously likes you (though to what extent I can't say). I wonder if this is her way of signaling her high status to you. "See Barbarian_Brad, all these guys can't resist me! Don't you feel the same way?"

Also, anecdotally speaking, I've never had a woman seek romantic advice from me who wasn't either A) Absolutely into me, and just using the advice question as a method to get talking about sex, or B) Absolutely not into me at all, and saw me as a platonic source of data on men.

In other words, the advice I think you should give her is, "The solution to your problem is my dick in you."

Bubbly blondes are the most sought after demographic in America.

Even if she was a bitch, that wouldn't deter a lot of guys. Blondes get this huge bonus that they do not deserve.

She should dye her hair to brown. Cut it short and gain some pounds. Look like every other woman in America.

Or move to a place where the female competition blows her out of the water.

But she won't.

And in a few years, when the bloom is off the rose, she'll miss the attention.

Her secret goal, if you ask me, is to change her overall class of men. Not that would actually solve her problem. The "alpha" she thinks she wants won't make her feel like she thinks she's going to feel.
