I have capsules. They had tablet and capsules options but if you see powder I would avoid it as it might taste like shit (Arginine tastes like ass, and Glutamine has a funny off taste also). But yes I just down it with water or juice, the dosages need to be high though I am taking 6,000 Mg per day, so 2 pills 4 times a day.

I will be experimenting with how high a dose I can take at one time soon. The first day I took 4,000 mg and I think I pissed most of it out so I scaled it down, I will try again with it higher next week.

Yea its safe. Your going to be getting 2-3 grams of weighted Aminos at least in a workout supplement. I've had way more messed up dosages to the point where I knew I was taking to much.

If your worried about dosages then just wait 3 weeks for my sheet. Plus Google is your friend, for what I am taking it for people were cycling 5-10 grams daily with no issues.

yeah my ex gf showed me this stuff when I was about 18 a few years back and it works on every chick I have encountered.

Gonna try this one out. For clarification, the two middle fingers go in, they then curl inwards so your fingers are on the g-spot. You then keep the fingers in constant contact with the gspot while creating friction by moving up and down with your hand?
