What she is telling you is what she already knows how to do. That's fine as a starting point, but she is almost certainly capable of more. I believe that all women are. That said, the fact that she says "that is just the way I am" is concerning, there is no guarantee that you can bring more out of her, and regardless, you may not want to make that investment.
