I'm told the Netherlands is the most tolerant for these types of crimes. It may be difficult getting a resident/work permit, but I am sure it can be done. It would have to be done quietly, because I am sure the Netherlands would not want the publicity.

Legally they are allowed so long as open carry is legal in the state. They are peacefully protesting. The signs don't specifically say "I am going to hurt/rape/etc. XXXXXX" - the wording is important in order for it to be a direct threat. They also aren't on their property they are on the sidewalk/public space.

RE: Stanford Rape Case: Victim Letter Going Viral
If I were Brock Turner, I would probably register BrockTurnersBlog.com and launch a manosphere site denouncing feminist-inspired rape hysteria and injustice. I would also run for public office on a men's right platform calling for repeal of the Violence Against Women Act and similar legislation. (The U.S. Constitution allows felons to run for federal office.)

Sometimes the best thing you can do, when people are trying to shame and harass you, is go on the offensive and take control of the narrative as best you can by being as much of a loudmouth as possible about your story and your views. You can get some grudging respect just for being courageous and thick-skinned enough to provoke even more persecution than you've already received. The media loves when people who are already lightning rods for public outrage are unafraid to continuously counterattack their critics in public forums, because this attracts lots of viewers and occupies many successive news cycles. Therefore, it becomes a way of getting a lot of free publicity for your ideas.

Of course, it can also get you killed, but hey, no risk, no reward. Getting murdered puts you out of your misery and makes you martyr, so it isn't all bad. If you're not going to be allowed to live a normal life, then you may as well try to make your life count for something in a highly abnormal way. It becomes your shot at immortality.

Oh wait, he's only 21, so too young to run for U.S. Congress. Bummer! I was gonna start a "Draft Brock Turner" campaign, just for propaganda value. "Brock Turner is the ONLY candidate in this race who understands from personal experience how young men are being victimized by a system that presumes they are vicious predators."

They also aren't on their property they are on the sidewalk/public space.

The signs are written in the imperative tense and clearly refer to Turner. I'm not a lawyer, but I imagine that would amount to some sort of illegal harassment or threat. For example, would militias protesting with their guns out be allowed to have signs that say something like "Kill all DMV employees!"?

As far as the stand your ground thing goes, in an admittedly hypothetical non-politicized situation if those armed protestors moved into the family's lawn that would seem to be ground for opening fire in self-defense. You've got an enraged armed mob approaching your home, after all. But like I said, I'm no lawyer.

Obviously if that happened in this case, everyone would vilify the Turners and make the protestors out to be innocent little angels, and the police would charge the father with murder. But this is after all a case of the braying public mob finding a scapegoat upon which they can unload their sins and affirm to each other that they're such good people, such virtuous people, individuals of the highest caliber of bien pensant. After all, they posted KONY 2012 on facebook and every other popular slacktivist cause. Aping everyone's self-righteous rage just further demonstrates the degree to which they have been properly socialized like the good little rabbit people they are.

That's just it, you could assume or infer all you want, but none of the since explicitly state threats to his life. They don't say "I'm going to kill Brock Turner" or anything like that. The closest one I saw was "If I raped Brock would I only get 3 months?"

Free speech is powerful. There is a lot you are allowed to say and do so long as you aren't explicitly threatening someone else, damaging property, or causing an unlawful disturbance.

The sheer number of people on the sex offender registry is reducing its impact. I know a guy who got put on one for pushing a girl into a pool after she tried tickling him first. The dikes who saw the event called the cops and crucified the guy.

I couldn't handle those protestors, especially if I was turner's age. I'd be out on my front law yelling "Who's gonna do it! Which one of your lynch mob is going to castrate me!" However, his current moves are best. Shut the fuck up and people will have forgotten by the next trump speech or harambe shooting.

This is part of what made the outrage of his "light" punishment so laughable and disgusting- besides the fact there was no evidence of assault- he received the harshest punishment possible, one he can never escape, nor wait out looking forward to an end. He is forced to function in society with a sign around his neck bearing the branding of his "sins", ones determined by a couple anonymous Swedish white knights, who knew nothing of the facts, and a fantastical victim novel.

It's a dreadful, grim situation.

Unless his dad can hook him up with a job at a family firm, he should could bait and start somewhere anew. You're correct that his record will always be tainted as a registered sex offender. Nobody will know about it though if he tries to get a job in Europe, Asia or South America. He just has to resign himself to the fact that his life in the U.S. is over with. Maybe he'll come on this forum and see that there's hope out there.

Chuck Johnson's piece on the case. http://gotnews.com/analysis-lynching-bro...ockturner/

Every guy is one girl having a bad hangover and regret the next morning away from being a rapist. I UNEQUIVOCALLY stand behind the fact that Turner did not commit any rape.

The sad thing is I am seeing young black men lauding these protestors because this guy "got off" because of white privilege, easily forgetting how bad things can get for them very fast, and so many comments on "conservative" sites calling this guy a monster.

What out of touch cucks. I have absolute disgust for these faggots. If there is one thing that truly evokes hate in me, it is this.

The rape charges were withdrawn, so he definitely wasn't even accused of rape, yet you still see him referred to as "convicted rapist".

The way people call the accuser brave for her fictional letter is sickening.

Just read a news article stating there are protesters outside his house in Ohio threatening to kill him, so it looks like the media isn't going to let people forget about him any time soon.

Quote:“With an extremely lenient sentence, he can think ‘I can get away with this,’” Daniel Hardin, who carried an M4 assault rifle, said in an interview. “The message we want to send is … ‘If you try this again, we will shoot you.’”

If im fingering a girl (consensually) behind the dumpster, and were both enjoying it/having a good time, and two bicycle fags approach me asking what im doing id promptly tell them to fuck off and get back to what I was doing.

Yeah you could argue that he was scared, but the fact that he ran away is a bit of an issue.

But with all these new perspectives coming to light, and some good points made by TLOZ, im not sure where I stand until I see some more facts.

He was at more than twice the legal limit for intoxication. It's possible that he was so impaired he couldn't understand what they were saying. After consuming that much alcohol, his judgement about anything would be questionable.

However, if you're a 19 year old freshman and so drunk you can barely walk; it makes perfect sense to be scared of two guys who are older than you, stone cold sober, and look like they want to kick you your ass. It doesn't matter why they're running at you. The fact that they can kick your ass, and you can't kick theirs is a totally valid reason to run away.

Which countries would take him? I presume Australia's stance towards convicted felons arriving from overseas is similar to much of the rest of the developed world. Nowadays pretty much any country worth visiting requires a declaration regarding any criminal convictions for entry, let alone a more permanent visa arrangement.

That said, he'll certainly be blacklisted by most employers in the US and will have to rely on jobs via family connections, you would think.

Then there's the question of whether his discipline for swimming will translate into the real world and enable him to offset some of the social consequences of his conviction. A number of student athletes perform reasonably or fantastically well academically even with their punishing schedules, but what happens after they graduate/leave university and that previous consuming focus, which can have positive self-control effects in other parts of their lives, is gone?

I see that Brock Turner landed a landscaping job. People are trying to figure out where exactly he works. My guess is that he'll get fired as soon as the public finds out who his employer is unless, maybe, they can conceal his identity from their customers through a chain of subcontractor shell companies.

In between visits to the police station to get his photos taken for the sex offender registry, he should probably grow a beard so that he'll be less identifiable.

They probably are already hiring people with those kinds of convictions without knowing it.

If I were Brock Turner, just the fact that I'm banned from gun ownership for life would be enough for me to seriously consider leaving the country or trying to change my identity somehow.

If you are a 16 year old boy and your 16 year old girlfriend sends you a picture of her tits from a smartphone , you are now both sex offenders and put on a registry. Her for production of child pornography, exploitation of a minor(herself),child porn distribution(by sending the picture of herself), and you for possession of child pornography (for receiving the picture). If you live in a different state it becomes a federal charge. The sex offender laws are out of control because politicians do not win elections by being soft on crime even when it is minors.

Yeah, I've heard of cases like this. Even worse, if a 14-year-old girl send naked pics of herself to another kid, she will be arrested and classified as the perpetrator and the victim. Totally ridiculous.

Now, that being said, I'm not at all saying that there's nothing wrong with a 14-year-old girl sexting. First of all, sexting is not safe. Even if a girl trusts the guy she is sexting with, it is entirely possible he will show the pics to a friend, or he will let his friends use his phone and they will see it, or if his phone is lost or stolen, then there's a good chance the pics will be published online.

In addition to it not being safe, sexting is just not something you want your 14-year-old daughter or sister doing. You don't want her having any sort of sexual contact unless it's with a good, responsible man who has 100% committed to her (unlikely when she is 14). Some people may thing that sexting is ok because there's no actual touching, but in fact it's still sexual contact. It's actually worse, because pictures are forever, and can be shared with anyone.

In conclusion, I think the laws putting a 14-year-old kid (boy or girl) in jail as child sex abusers because they sexted with a classmate are totally ridiculous and 100% wrong. However, I understand why some people vote for politicians who push this stuff. It's the same reason people vote for politicians who are "tough on drugs." People want to feel like their children are being protected from all the degeneracy out there, and they don't get that it's their responsibility as parents to protect their kids, not the government's.

RE: Stanford Rape Case: Victim Letter Going Viral
We Hunted the Mammoth is calling out RVF and Lizard of Oz.

http://www.wehuntedthemammoth.com/2016/0...ck-turner/

Quote:I find it hard to read about the Stanford rape case for more than a few minutes at a time. The whole thing is so grotesque and awful that I literally start twitching in anger and frustration and have to stop reading.

It took several tries for me to make it all the way through a three-and-a-half minute video from Buzzfeed in which a young woman read excerpts from the deeply unsettling letter the victim read to her attacker in court, and it left my stomach in knots.

Last night, a reader pointed me to what he said were some particularly egregious comments about the case he’d run across on Roosh V’s forum from a fellow who calls himself, perhaps appropriately, the Lizard of Oz. I finally forced myself to read them this morning, and found myself twitching again.

The Lizard is as angry about the case as I am. But he’s not angry at “poor wide-eyed fearful [Brock] Turner,” for violating an unconscious woman, or at the judge for giving Turner only a six month sentence (of which he will likely only serve half).

No, he’s angry at what he describes as “a society full of psychotic princesses and their despicable white-knight enablers which treats its young men as worthless roadkill.” And he’s angry at the woman who was violated for speaking up on her own behalf with what he sees as a suspicious eloquence.

Yes, that’s right. He’s mad at her in part because her letter is too well-written for his taste, complaining that the “emotionally dishonest” document “is a self-consciously literary text written in the hysterical tones of contemporary serious female fiction.” In another comment, he denounces her letter as “literary attention whoring from the first word to the last.”

His comments are worth looking at in some detail, if only as a sort of case study in the ways in which misogyny and rape culture can not only destroy a person’s basic human empathy but also their ability to see the facts right in front of them.

As The Lizard sees it, the only crime here is that a “drunk and confused teenage boy” had his “life …. destroyed” just because he failed to notice that his sex partner had passed out.

The idea that this is a “light sentence” is a tragically misplaced one. In reality, the guy’s life is ruined forever. He will be registered as a sex offender for the remainder of his life. He is an eternal pariah and outcast. All because this slut decided that a few moments of drunkenness were enough to destroy a man’s life for good.

The Lizard has somehow convinced himself, through a rather tortured reading of the victim’s letter, that she “liked” being violated by Turner.

This slut went to the party because she wanted to get drunk and cheat on her boyfriend. She obviously wanted this athlete guy to f**k her as she admits in this key passage from the “victim letter” which you need to parse correctly through its lawyerly wording.

Here’s the passage in question, in which she admits no such thing. (I’m putting quotes from her in blue to distinguish them clearly from his.)

And you’re right, maybe I was still fluttering my eyes and wasn’t completely limp yet, fine. His guilt did not depend on him knowing the exact second that I became unconscious, that is never what this was about. I was slurring, too drunk to consent way before I was on the ground. I should have never been touched in the first place

The meaning of the passage is pretty transparent. She’s not saying she consented. She’s saying that she was clearly, obviously, unquestionably “too drunk to consent.”

The Lizard has a somewhat different take.

In other words she’s admitting she was by no means unconscious when he started “fingering” her which she herself said she “liked”. This kid is now supposed to be a “rapist” because in his own drunkenness he could not figure out the exact moment when the equally drunk girl passed out? Really?

Yes, really. It doesn’t matter what “exact moment” she passed out, you stupid sack of garbage. If you stick your fingers into someone who is passed out, that is rape. If you stick your fingers into someone so drunk they’re on the verge of passing out, that is also rape.

The Lizard puts the word “liked” in quotes, as if it is a direct quote from the victim. It’s not. If you search her statement for the words “like” and “liked,” you won’t find her saying anywhere that she “liked” what Turner did to her.

Here are some of the things you will find. (I will put the words “like” and “liked” in italics.)

A paragraph in which she describes taking a shower in a hospital after several hours of being poked and prodded and examined for evidence of rape.

After a few hours of this, they let me shower. I stood there examining my body beneath the stream of water and decided, I don’t want my body anymore. I was terrified of it, I didn’t know what had been in it, if it had been contaminated, who had touched it. I wanted to take off my body like a jacket and leave it at the hospital with everything else.

A paragraph in which she describes how she learned what happened to her that night in the time between her last memory of the party she was at and when she came to hours later on a hospital gurney.

This was how I learned what happened to me, sitting at my desk reading the news at work. I learned what happened to me the same time everyone else in the world learned what happened to me. That’s when the pine needles in my hair made sense, they didn’t fall from a tree. He had taken off my underwear, his fingers had been inside of me. I don’t even know this person. I still don’t know this person. When I read about me like this, I said, this can’t be me, this can’t be me. I could not digest or accept any of this information.

A paragraph in which she addresses Turner for trying to excuse his actions by claiming he was too drunk to know what he was doing. An excerpt:

Sipping fireball is not your crime. Peeling off and discarding my underwear like a candy wrapper to insert your finger into my body, is where you went wrong. Why am I still explaining this.

A paragraph in which she discusses one way in which the sexual assault has affected her:

I can’t sleep alone at night without having a light on, like a five year old, because I have nightmares of being touched where I cannot wake up, I did this thing where I waited until the sun came up and I felt safe enough to sleep. For three months, I went to bed at six o’clock in the morning.

So where does the idea she “liked it” come from? Not from her, but from Turner. In her letter, she recalls reading a news account of the evening’s events:

In the next paragraph, I read something that I will never forgive; I read that according to him, I liked it. I liked it. Again, I do not have words for these feelings.

Speaking of the word “like,” The Lizard’s comment received fifty “likes” from Roosh V forum users. Here they all are:

MiscBrah, Horus, n/a, BallsDeep, GlobalMan, KidA, Samseau, Captainstabbin, spokepoker, Genghis Khan, RoastBeefCurtains4Me, Burt Gummer, Tokyo Joe, bigrich, gajf77, Comte De St. Germain, Mr. Scumbag, getdownonit, Renton1875, H1N1, Benoit, Chevalier De Seingalt, J. In a followup comment, The Lizard begs a fellow forum member who actually sees the incident as”obviously a real case of rape” to have some empathy — for Turner.

Please try to think about this in actual human terms and understand what happened here. The idea that a young kid’s life should be ruined forever because of this incident is disgraceful.

It’s not long before The Lizard sets forth a conspiracy theory to explain just why the victim’s letter went viral. Weirdly, it involves Donald Trump.

I can tell you why it went viral:

1. They need this to make up for the loss they took on lyin’ Jackie [last name redacted –DF] in the UVa case — a loss they’re still smarting from.

2. It’s needed as payback for TRUMP — pretty much the fact that he still dares to exist.

Unbelievable. The Lizard concludes:

There is serious evil afoot here. But it’s not in the actions of one drunk confused kid — the evil is in our society and the hysterical extremes it has reached in pandering to female lies.

In a series of followup comments, The Lizard informs us that white men can’t rape:

“Rape” victims are few and far between, and real rapes, violent drag into the bushes rapes, are vanishingly rare on college campuses, and not committed by young white male college students.

That women apparently love — no, LOVE — having sex behind dumpsters:

What I know for sure is that women go to parties and get drunk because they want to f**k; and women, especially when they are drunk and horny, LOVE the idea and the excitement of having sex in public locations to an extent that most prudish men and white-knights can never understand.

That he’s pretty sure the victim didn’t write her letter, because reasons:

I did not believe when I saw it, and I believe less now, that it was written in full by “Emily Doe”. It bears all the marks of a far more experienced, ideological, and nastier hand.

I cannot prove, but strongly suspect, that this document was written in part or in full by Michele Dauber, the Stanford Law professor who has been primarily responsible for coordinating the propaganda campaign in this case.

Several commenters on Roosh’s forum, to their credit, take issue with The Lizard’s arguments, such as they are.

And then there is the odious piece of human garbage who calls himself GlobalMan — who may be a man we have met many times before, since“GlobalMan” was for years the internet moniker used by the extremely odd and terrible person better known as Peter-Andrew: Nolan©.

Here is his take on the situation:

Wow. If [Turner’s] account is indeed accurate and true, not only is this the furthest thing from rape there could ever be, but it is also quite scary that men have to now worry about roving pairs of violent white knights intruding on any public lustful escapades with a willing and enthusiastic lover because they’ve been trained to view all males with natural virility as a threat to public safety.

What you have is in fact actually a sweet and beautiful scene, two young drunk kids slipping and falling and going at it right where they fell. Not too long ago in history someone would have walked by these kids and smirked, passing by with a smile at the thought of young lust. Now such a scene is cause to use violence to restrain the male and send him off to the gulag for societal castration.

A disgusting and sad outcome if there ever was one.

A “sweet and beautiful scene.” That comment got more than a dozen “likes” from the Roosh V Forum crowd.

I’m twitching again.

I only found that after I did a Google search of "Roosh Horus" and I found a few sites that had made commentary of my posts. I suggest you guys to the same - you might find something interesting. People are watching.
