The only thing disturbing going on is the complete lack of comprehension of the points many are making, the twisting of these points to make it seem as if we support rape. This kind of thing is no better, and no more credible, than what the SJWs and feminist groups have said about Roosh and this forum for years.

To make clear- there is no problem in disagreeing with the interpretation of the evidence or having different viewpoints on guilt or innocence. There is an issue, however, if people are going to start saying those arguing there there isn't evidence of assault are somehow condoning sexual assault.

If you're going to continue making these disgusting baseless accusations against the membership then I suggest you change from a "small dose" of the forum to just giving it up entirely, the forum doesn't need these dishonest cheap shots.

Let's up the ante. What if this happened to you?

You're out drinking one night - drinking way too much - and next thing you know, you wake up next to a dumpster with some gay dude sucking you off. Do you:

A) Beat him up, charge him with sexual assault, go to the hospital for a rape kit, and then write a victim impact statement that your buddy gussies up to sound even better?

Or do you:

B) Shove him off of you, put your pants back on, and cab it home where you scrub yourself in the shower until you're pink; the next day you sign up for Alcoholics Anonymous because it's clear that you have a problem.

Personally I avoid hanging out with horny, drunk, gay dudes (as well as horny, drunk, cougars) because I can just imagine all sorts of ways that situation could get awkward, fast.

Even worse, now there are several very compelling theories being postulated by leading academics that suggest it is entirely possible that Brock Turner's index and middle fingers can access higher spatial dimensions, enabling him to have sexually assaulted every woman in the world at the same time.

This was real, actual rape, not some fat feminist complaining about construction workers catcalling women who are not fat or a woman regretting cheating on her boyfriend. Any player with even a modicum of game knows you don't molest unconscious women. That's disgusting.

Nice politicizing and backtracking. Should I go back in this thread and start screen capping quotes and calling people out? I really don't want to do that with the enemy monitoring this board. Said directly no, implied several times.

Quote:What myself and others have argued is that there is seemingly no clear evidence that such an assault occured- that is the argument- it has not been argued that an assault did occur but it's "ok" because X. I can choose what I find to be disturbing behavior that I find morally reprehensible.

That's funny because if the feminists and SJWs wanted to 'prove' the existence of a rape culture they'd screen cap things said in this thread by you and several others. In fact, you and other posters are practically making their case for them. Jumbo-tron test failed.

Quote:To make clear- there is no problem in disagreeing with the interpretation of the evidence or having different viewpoints on guilt or innocence. The kid was convicted by 12 jurors of sexual assault under the law in California. You now have THREE attorneys who aren't part of the liberal establishment saying they agree with the verdict. Yet still many, including yourself have argued continuously in this thread that she was just some enthusiastic drunk slut who went to this party to cheat on her boyfriend and get banged out by 'alphas.' In other words she 'had it coming' right? How is that not condoning sexual assault again?

What we should instead be protesting is the removal of the judge on cases by mob action, not the verdict. I also disagree with the kid being labeled a sex offender for life. Yes I consider him a scumbag, still then his entire life shouldn't be ruined.

I think there is proof that Turner is guilty of sexual penetration of an intoxicated woman.

I haven't seen much evidence of Turner's guilt of sexual penetration of an unconscious woman or assault with intent to commit rape. The attorneys in this thread have not shown us any evidence for those two charges. I'm only paraphrasing what those attorneys have said in this thread and in PMs but they have essentially said that:
(1) Turner is probably guilty because it is difficult to get a conviction from a jury. The attorneys assume there is solid evidence but they don't know what that evidence is.
(2) The guilty verdict for attempted rape is probably because the testimony of the Swedes convinced the jury that Turner would have moved to full intercourse if the Swedes had not intervened.

There have been several false rape accusations promoted by the media in the last few years and this case is being used to influence policy and public opinion on many issues so some of us want to see evidence beyond "a jury convicted him so he must be guilty".

There is contradicting information about what the Swedes saw so it is difficult to determine what happened and what the Swedes said in court. For example, the police report suggests that Turner got off of the victim after the Swedes confronted him but comments by the Swedes in the media suggest that Turner got off of the victim before he realized the Swedes were there. You don't have to be an attorney to realize that a fully clothed man getting off of a woman, who was proven to be conscious a short time earlier, without the intervention of others would make a conviction of attempted rape difficult. So some of us just want to know what happened and what is the evidence.

There is a lot of conflicting information in this case, the attorneys in this thread haven't researched this case nearly as much as other guys in this thread have, and we are only asking for the evidence that led to Turner's conviction on each of the 3 charges. How is that unreasonable?

Neo, I understand your sentiment, and you're more right than you're wrong, as I wrote earlier, no doubt this was a case of thirst turning into bad judgement. You should not finger a dead drunk girl behind a dumpster, that's rather common sense for adults.

It's not rape though, absolutely not, consider she went voluntarily, she was cheating on her boyfriend, this in my mind categorically speaks against rape, she went voluntarily with him to his dorm and at that point it is his word against her word. As DOBA points out, there are only 20 minutes unaccounted for, where she allegedly passes out. If I was juror I'd even give about 20% to 'alledgedly', I've seen women fake being passed out for attention before, younger women than this but still.

What it comes down to is this, a drunk girl, who cheats on her boyfriend, voluntarily goes with a strange man to his dorm, then within a timespan of 20 minutes some sexual activity happens, most likely initiated voluntarily.

That is NOT rape. Just really poor judgement by a THIRSTY dude, he should have wacked one off before going out.

RE: Stanford Rape Case: Victim Letter Going Viral
I see two layers of relationships here. I call it MSMS.
Man-Slut layer. That’s where classical rape could occur. By Devine Law, by natural law.
Man-State layer. That’s where statutory rape could occur. Sexual relations not approved by government.

Man-Slut layer.
She allowed herself to be manhandled on a dancing floor while she was conscious.
The guy was manhandling her while she was unconscious. He did exactly the same for what he has had a consent. Prosecutor cannot claim that by losing unconsciousness she withdraws consent; we assume that everything stays by default. So all in all he didn’t commit any rape here by the classical definition of rape.
Did she suffer bodily damage? – No!
Did she suffer emotional trauma? – She cannot remember shit; means No!
Did she cause damage to her social statute? – She allowed herself to be manhandled in-front of 50 people on the dance floor. – No!
So, there is nothing to punish him for.

Man-State layer.
Oh! He neglected the statute fo the government; and by doing so he caused damage to the hubris of the Power. And he has to be punished for that. Don’t mess with rulers of the land! And I think penalty in a range of traffic ticked would be appropriate here.

The drunk teenager was unfortunate enough to be hooked up by more experienced slut. When she realized that two guys coming and police will be called and she will be charged with indecent exposure, public intoxication, indecent act, etc … she quickly “plays unconscious” while stupid punk decided to run.

e to hook up, yes there is binge drinking, and the lines become blurred.

Even if the girl consented then passed out behind a dumpster and a guy decided to 'keep going'

"Even if" -- so basically you've already admitted you don't know what actually happened any more than the rest of us that read all the available data -- you're just more comfortable assuming, calling the rest of us wack jobs, and perpetuating the same negativity you're complaining about.

I think what LOZ is trying to convey, though I may be wrong, is that it's downright scary how quickly and without hesitation this kid was demonized. No matter whether what he did or not was wrong, we are still basically talking about a guy and a girl gettin' together and her getting fingered.

Yet, this is being treated as some sort of massacre by the lying-ass media and their white knights.

Here are some things that are truly disgusting, if you ask me:

1. The fact that a 20 year old kid's life is permanently ruined because he drunkenly fingered a drunk girl who may or may not have passed out by that time.

He will be a registered sex offender for life, and that means that his life is effectively over. People who talk about a "light sentence" are ignoring the enormity of this fact. Almost no one understands the unspeakable pariah status of registered sex offenders in the US, especially if they come from a middle or upper class background.

It used to be that you would be convicted of a crime (rightly or wrongly), you did the time, and that was that. Certainly there were difficulties involved in having a felony conviction on your record but your past was the past and had an expiration date. Sex offender registration is a way to administer lifelong punishment, and often to men whose "crimes" were nonviolent, victimless or consensual (a 20 year old guy who fucks some 17 year old slut who looks 25) and who present no danger whatsoever to society.

Now here is a good subject for a legal blog.

2. The fact that the unspeakably "light" sentence given to Turner (which in fact amounts to a life sentence) is being used to instigate an unprecedented hysteria and to promote misandrist "believe the survivor" legislation which will further erode the presumption of innocence in sexual assault cases and ruin the lives of many innocent men, particularly young dudes on college campuses. The campus rape hysteria had a slight setback when the UVa rape hoax was exposed but it is coming back with unprecedented savagery and vengeance in the aftermath of the Turner case. Like I said, it's payback for the loss they took on lyin' Jackie Coakley.

3. The fact that the histrionic "victim statement" in this case -- almost certainly not written by the "victim" herself -- has become a new sacred document. It was read live in the US Congress earlier this week, and will no doubt become a mandatory part of many college and high school curricula. Young men in particular will be forced to read and re-read this mendacious literary propaganda piece as if it were some revelation of peerless worth and an ineffable expression of all truth and human pathos. Their minds and hearts will be poisoned by this garbage.

4. The fact that a good and competent judge, Judge Aaron Persky, is having his career destroyed because he issued a reasonable sentence in line with the recommendations of the probation commission. In a virtually unprecedented move, he has been removed from adjudicating another sexual assault case. It doesn't take much to imagine the chilling effect this will have on other judges who might want to decide sexual assault cases equitably and fairly. That chilling effect is precisely the intention, of course.

All of these things -- and more -- truly deserve to be called "disgusting", a very understated word as it applies to them. They are infinitely more so than whatever might have happened between a drunk dude and a drunk gal in the aftermath of a frat party.

He must leave the country. The jail time is not long enough to skip, so he should do it and then look at his options abroad. You can't live a normal life and be a sex offender in the US.

I thought the sentencing was fair.

The media hyped this up to a ridiculous level. Why? Because he was an intelligent, "rich" white, athlete. White women get raped by minorities every day, but the msm doesn't cover shit unless the perp fits their narrative. Now these stupid college sloots think that this profile is their biggest threat!

RE: Stanford Rape Case: Victim Letter Going Viral
Achromaticmike has done a good job with posting sources of information in this thread. A couple pages ago he mentioned the following quote from this article - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-...lieve.html

Quote:Blake Bolton, a witness who was visiting Stanford on the weekend of the sex attack, later told police that he had seen a man standing over the victim with a phone. In his statement to cops, Bolton said 'the male subject was standing over her with a cell phone. The cell phone had a bright light pointed in the direction of the female, using either a flashlight app in his phone or its built-in app. 'He approached the subject and asked if everything was okay. The male subject did not say anything to Bolton. 'He told the male subject to roll her over onto her side to breathe. The male subject did not do this. Bolton then got on his knees and checked her pulse. 'When he got back up, the male subject was gone.'
This article is a good example of how difficult it is to figure out what the witnesses claimed to have seen. The article doesn't say who the male subject was. It could have been Turner or one of the Swedes. The article heavily insinuates the male subject is Turner because the article's title is "Stanford rapist 'took photograph of his victim's breasts during attack". I don't think the male subject is one of the Swedes but it is possible and if that is the case then the article is inaccurate and dishonest.

If the male subject is Turner then the version of the story in this article is not consistent with what has been written about the case by the rest of the media. This version seems to suggest that Blake Bolton confronted Turner and the victim, then Turner disappeared, then Bolton left the victim by herself, and finally Turner came back to the victim to later be found by the Swedes. Bolton leaving the victim while she was unconscious and Turner returning doesn't make sense.

Another possibility based on this article is that Bolton and the Swedes got to the scene at about the same time. If this occurred then the suggestions of the Swedes interrupting Turner while he was humping the victim are incorrect, i.e. attempted rape did not happen.

Also, the article could be completely inaccurate which is a reasonable explanation due to the media's poor reporting on this case.

If anyone has a source of information that clearly states what the Swedes or Blake Bolton saw then please post that information. That information is the crux of this case. Turner might be guilty of more than fingering a drunk girl but we haven't seen any evidence to support that yet and there seems to be a lot of contradictory information about what the witnesses saw.

Gentlemen, this thread and especially TLOZ have gotten in the feminists' cross-hair.

The prominent feminist website WeHuntedTheMammoth gave The Lizard a full treatment here:

(GlobalMan also got mentioned. They have an entire category for him apparently, if not mistaken.)

While this can be gloriously hilarious in a way, it does us good to remind ourselves that this forum is intensely monitored. The members who have spoken in Turner's defense need to take great care in protecting their anonymity, especially TLOZ.

RE: Stanford Rape Case: Victim Letter Going Viral
Extremely rare dissenting column on the case from Gene Lyons, a columnist from Arkansas. He even dares to break the ultimate taboo by mocking the histrionics of the "victim statement", aptly calling out her "ruined-Victorian-maiden tone".

Blame Booze, not Judge, in Stanford Sexual Assault Case

Quote:Recently I received a mass email from a law professor in California soliciting money for an effort to have a local judge removed. Judge Aaron Persky had sentenced what the professor called "an elite athlete at Stanford University, to only six months in prison for three counts of sexual assault," offending left-thinking enemies of college sports everywhere.

By the time professor Michele Dauber's indignant message arrived, the offending elitist, 19-year-old freshman Brock Turner -- who swam the 200- and 500-meter freestyle -- had been banished from the Stanford campus, given a lifetime ban from U.S. swimming events, required to register as a felony sex offender and sent to jail. Not exactly a walk in the park.

Ah, but a fair-haired, blue-eyed boy: the ideal villain in the never-ending quest for the Perfect Campus Rape tale.

Assuming Brock Turner is capable of learning from experience, it's a good bet he won't be fumbling about in drunk girls' underwear anymore. That was the judge's stated rationale. Following a (female) California probation officer's recommendation, he thought Turner unlikely to re-offend.

Neither under California law nor common parlance did Turner commit rape. Nor, contrary to an indignant Washington Post columnist, did the swimmer "drag" the victim anywhere. She'd left the party with him willingly. He had absolutely no right to paw her. However, it's tricky enough adjudicating murky sexual encounters without fictive add-ons.

Immediately before sentencing, Turner said he couldn't forgive himself for imposing undeserved "trauma and pain" on the victim, and vowed never "to have a drop of alcohol again." Of course, he'd earlier described the victim writhing, moaning and urging him on. So his apology failed to persuade. "At no time did it ever occur to me," he told the court, "or did it ever seem that (she) was too drunk to know what we were doing."

For her part, the anonymous victim, age 22, whose own highly emotional statement got read aloud over the air by CNN's Ashleigh Banfield -- consuming a full 40 minutes of air time -- remembered nothing whatsoever. But she refuses to believe she acted like the "seductive party animal" (her words) that he described.

"Usually there's a natural progression of things, unfolding consensually," she explained, "not a Q and A ... Maybe I was still fluttering my eyes and wasn't completely limp yet. Fine. His guilt did not depend on him knowing the exact second that I became unconscious, that is never what this was about. I was slurring, too drunk to consent way before I was on the ground."

Indeed, her blood alcohol content was measured at 0.25 -- three times the legal driving limit. (His was 0.19.) It's reminiscent of the toga party scene in "Animal House" when the mayor's high school daughter passes out, and a tiny angel and a devil debate what to do. How acute is one party animal's judgment about another's degree of impairment expected to be?

During her statement, the victim explained that having graduated from college -- she'd attended the Stanford frat party with her little sister -- she was out of the practice of binge-drinking, and never intended to end up out among the pine trees with a freshman.

What excited sympathetic TV stars, however, appears to have been her histrionic account of her hidden wounds. She spoke of her mother, her sister and herself weeping uncontrollably. "My damage was internal, unseen," she said. "I carry it with me. You took away my worth, my privacy, my energy, my time, my safety, my intimacy, my confidence, my own voice, until today."

I found her ruined-Victorian-maiden tone self-defeating.

So I answered the California professor's donation request with a suggestion, impertinent but sincere. Instead of attacking the judge, I wrote, "somebody should give (the victim) a copy of Elizabeth Smart's book and persuade her to enter alcohol rehab. The fact that she's in the habit of getting blackout drunk is going to ruin her life more than some fellow drunk molesting her."

I expected no response and got none.

Elizabeth Smart was the 14-year-old Mormon girl kidnapped by a religious crank, kept tethered to a steel cable like a dog and raped daily until she escaped. Her book "My Story" tells not only the story of her ordeal, but how she has reinvented her life—conquering feelings of victimization and shame, and rebuilt her self-confidence and pride.

Every young woman in America should read it. "Never be afraid to speak out," Smart tells audiences. "Never be afraid to live your life. Never let your past dictate your future."

And keep your wits about you at all times, one might add.

Maybe the professor's time would be better spent analyzing how to deal with the epidemic of campus binge-drinking -- illegal but tolerated at Stanford and everywhere else -- than in punishing judges obliged to deal with the consequences.

same old shit, sixes and sevens Shaft...

I felt a chill going down my spine when reading that We Hunted the Mammoth post - I was always under the impression that this forum was monitored, but I had no clue it was this constant.

TLOZ, it was satisfying to see how much they focused on you - your rhetorical gifts are clear to everyone.

A very strange guy. Based on every interaction with Loud Public Virtue Signalers I've known - from Christian to Progressive to Police to Politician - it'd be standard Projection Behaviour to deflect attention from one's sins. As such, this kind of behaviour always triggers my suspicion, because Good People possess humility and their goodness is self-evident in their actions.

Doing it with such religious commitment and dedication makes me suspect that whatever it is, it's bad.

Maybe he fucked a dog, or he touched up his nephew, or stole money, or is violently-misogynistic himself and there's girls who went to school with him with tales of him calling them 'fish', or he's got a large collection of underage porn, owns guns, or secretly-hates Islam.

Makes me wonder if it's worth crowdfunding a Wesearcher investigation into his background? Since Gays have no filter with each other about their transgressive behaviour, and also no loyalty to each other, I'm sure someone in his local scene would gladly give up the dirt for cash, and I'm sure that whatever it is will be as hilarious as when our local priest got done for diddling kids; or the Married Moralistic Mayor was caught out in an affair; or the Leftie Psychologist left her fiancé for a convicted murderer; or the local Christian Medical Centre was caught dealing Oxy on the side; or the local Police Chief turned out to have been selling LSD throughout the sixties and had been blackmailing half the council.

All fundamental rottenness in the Publicly-Pious is eventually-revealed but maybe it's time to shine a torch on it and see what exactly is there. I, for one, would like to know the truth of the virtue of those who morally-lecture me, which is why the Nuns would frequently-lock me away for 'reflection' when I'd start asking difficult questions in class.

Oh, it is being monitored by manboobz.com(basically guys just like Futrelle who hate us and everything that we aspire to be: self improving and aggressively trying to get sex with hot women, because it is the opposite of them) and now apparently feminist sites as well.

I made the mistake of going to that manboob site briefly. Hmmm...what is being door number 1?

RE: Stanford Rape Case: Victim Letter Going Viral
^ Following on from that, a Gamma guy I grew up was a vocal Male Feminist, hated the fact that my friends and I were successful with women when we were 'such jerks' to them, and loved arse-kicking 'powerful' comic book heroines and Female Singers. I've talked about him before, but I don't think I've ever mentioned this one.

This might seem unrelated at first, but stay with me:

I'm probably around 14 or so. A mate and I had gone to his place to borrow some records, (he was the richest kid we knew), and his (vicious, single) Mother told us she'd just sent him to the shop for Milk, but we could wait in his room. The invitation sounded more like a bark.

I squatted down to flip through his records and my mate dropped himself down on the bed, not particularly-interested in music. (He was 16, smoked and cleaned up with the birds. Once I reached high school, my social circle was always a few years older than me. He disliked the Gamma, but tolerated him for what he could get out of him. Usually money for smokes or beer).

So, we're talking as I look through the records, and, bored, my mate notices this red foolscap workbook next to the bed, and, with no better distraction on offer, started flipping through it.

I was probably distracted by a good record, but heard his "What the fuck...." soon enough. He had placed the book on the bed with an expression that read as both disgusted as fascinated and waved me over.

The book's pages were completed covered with collages of female celebrities. Cut and pasted so no white paper remained. Each double page layout devoted to a particular female celebrity, so you'd have a double page layout of Kylie Minogue, then flip to Madonna, then Tiffany, (who was a thing at the time).

It was weird.

Look, I had stroke mags, sure. My mates and I used to sneak down behind the newsagent's in the dead of night to go fishing in the garbage bins for discarded Playboys and Penthouses after the front pages were torn off for publisher credit. (It's the sort of thing kids did back then due to sheer boredom - it's probably hard for younger guys to imagine the amount of times girls would hit you up for sex purely because fucking was a good way to pass the time when they were bored).

So, whilst I had stroke mags, but they were merely a means to an end for me.

However, the Gamma's book wasn't - it was creepy, fixated sexual devotion by a Virgin Loser. The sheer fussiness and deep commitment to the process, you know? He couldn't just see a pic of Kylie looking cute and rub one out like a normal guy would, he'd need a whole shrine devoted to her, overcomplicated, every possible image studied and selected to find the best one and then decide how to interlock all of the possible patterns into the best display of his obsession.

... then, and only then, he'd jack off like the sad loser he was.

I mention this now because that's all 'We Hunted The Mammoth' functionally is: Futrelle's Gamma Wank Book. Of course TLOZ would have his own selectable category to best display Futrelle's obsessive devotion of how TLOZ lives rent-free inside his head. It's the HTML form of a double-page spread so Futrelle can imagine he's not observing from afar, but is actually in a complicated emotional, quasi-sexual relationship with TLOZ.

Think of common high school girl manipulation: imagine a teenage girl writing in her diary about a boy she likes then 'accidentally' dropping in near him, hoping he'll read it. That's all that's going on. He's showing TLOZ he's moist and Down To Fuck.

Brother, you could derail this thread with a rant about motorcycles and I don't think anybody would care.

Before WeSearching, somebody would actually have to read through all of his archives. Dollars to donuts he's already admitted to some pretty horrific stuff; they usually have. The problem is that few people on our side have the patience to wade through it all; they have an 'advantage' over us, in that their obsessiveness drives them to read everything we write.

Futrelle's probably on this forum just as often as I am. tard

The irony of Feminism is that it promotes precisely the sort of "rapey", "male-gazey" behaviour that it decries; Feminists are right about men, if you restrict your analysis of men to male feminists. Can you blame a woman for turning into an angry dyke when she's surrounded by guys like him?

Nah, nah, get away from the whole internet mindset - that's the Millennial style of research.

I'm talking a more Old School style of investigation, where you hire boots on ground Private Investigators to research, track and observe.

That was always my major curiousity about the whole Sarkeesian / McIntosh thing: who were these people?

If someone's going to cry about their Oppressed Victim Class status and morally-lecture me, I'd sure like to know things like:

- what's the average income / price range of where they live?

- what's the diversity makeup of their community?

- where were they educated? by whom?

- what did their classmates think of them?

- how wealthy are their parents?

- what is their criminal record?

- what other movements were they involved with and what did those activists think of them?

- is their public life (shopping, eating out, dress) showing humble function of an oppressed minority or a tendency towards excessive luxuries?

- who are they connected to? what kind of people are in their circle? what are their sins?

- how do they interact on a day to day basis with actual minorities?

Of course we're not obsessive enough to do this - we have functional sexual and social lives - this is why you pay Private Investigators.

A monologue contrasting some of McIntosh's best 'Up the people' rhetoric whilst sipping craft beer at one of his favourite upmarket haunts, or shopping at Whole Foods and deliberately having a running price tag as you purchase his common luxuries could be very amusing.

Futrelle surely has had some kind of life outside of the computer. If he's going to make an obsessive career as some kind of 'misogynist' expert, demonising people from the safety of his computer screen, it's in the public's interest to know the moral validity of the speaker.

Knowing the Gamma's fixation with fantasies of sexual power, I wonder how many schools are in his neighbourhood?

An update, my state passed a law regarding this case:

TL;DR

Finger Blasting = Rape
Rape = Rape

Same charges and time in jail.

Yeah it looks to be a done deal, unanimous in the state assembly, but still has to be signed by Governor Brown, or vetoed. There is no way he vetoes it, so yeah it's a done deal essentially. At some point the law will overreach, but we have not gotten there yet.
