RE: Official introduction thread
Hey everyone,

Been a lurker for about a year now. I've read both Bang and Day Bang by Roosh, figured the next step would be to join this forum and learn as much as possible from everyone and hopefully get to a level where I can contribute my share as well.

Currently living in the man hating capital of the world, Toronto, so lord knows I'll need all the game and red pill knowledge I can get.

Looking forward to talking with you guys.

Cheers.

Until then, may you find success in your pursuits.

Missed this thread. Should have started here.

Hello.
Moderately long time reader. Decided to join this forum now rather than later.
Not currently pursuing game too hard, only taking opportunities I notice (early twenties, getting life together first) but it's good to be ready to go if I have any questions.

RE: Official introduction thread
Gentlemen:

About time I introduced myself and joined the fray here, since I no doubt qualify as one of the absolute longest-term Lurkers on the Forum. Starting as a reader of Roosh's old "DC Bachelor" blog when I lived in DC in the mid-2000s -- I didn't meet Roosh in person but we frequented some of the same bars then -- I followed his work as he migrated to the RooshV blog and then launched this matchless RVF community of men.

Briefly: I'm an early-40s white American, raised in the Midwest and educated on the East Coast. Long before there was a Manosphere and while the Forum was still just a twinkle in Roosh's eye, I decided the United States was no place for me, taught myself Japanese, and moved to Tokyo. That was a decade ago and I thank my lucky stars every day for being able to settle down in Japan, my own Poosy Paradise. Still single and living the dream of banging a parade of young slender submissive girly-girls.

I am eternally grateful to Roosh for founding and leading this Forum, and to the countless astounding posters who have contributed so much over the years. Thanks to all of you I transformed myself from a skinny-fat runner (40 km a week) who minimized egg consumption for fear of cholesterol (LOL!) to a lean/muscular weightlifter who guzzles raw eggs daily. (Probably not wise in the West but in Japan you can eat, if not hit, *everything* raw.) I also learned how to dress and which venues to raid when visiting cities outside of Japan, and how to properly game white lizards in Europe. I knew I had finally made it as a player when, a few years ago at the age of 39, I picked up and smashed an 18-year-old smokeshow on my first night out in Warsaw.

***

My feeling about Life right now, and my sincere wish for all of you, is captured well by Hölderlin:

Alles prüfe der Mensch, sagen die Himmlischen,
Daß er, kräftig genährt, danken für Alles lern',
Und verstehe die Freiheit,
Aufzubrechen, wohin er will.

In plain English -- May you try it all out, so that you learn to be thankful for everything and understand the freedom to set out for wherever the fuck you want.

Looking forward to sharing more ideas with all of you here and to meeting some of you in real life someday soon.

Be well.

Good morning

I am now a forum member (Gold).

I enjoy reading Roosh works and have done for sometime and those on ROK.

Only really flick through the forum lurking, but since I am going to London to see Roosh so I thought I should introduce myself.

23 y/o USMC veteran/college student. Lurked on the forum for a year or so. Born and raised in Texas, then was stationed in Okinawa Japan for two years. I've travelled to the Philippines and Thailand, for two weeks and one month respectively. I'm currently in Nashville and will be in college as a Junior next fall. Over the summer I'll be travelling with some old friends to various spots in SEA and Europe. Working as a sub-contractor for banks in the Nashville area doing everything from shit to shingles on repo'd homes. Lifestyle is lifting, fishing, cooking mean ass food and studying math like a mad dog to break into the computer science field. Choto Nihongo o Hanishimas! I was conversational in Japanese after living there for two years. Recently began learning the spanish language and I can't wait to put it to use. If your in the Nashville area message me and we'll hit the town.

Hey guys,

Longtime lurker of a year or so, been heavily into the redpill for about the last 8 months and applying it to my life, I feel its time to partake in the forum.

22 year old Canadian finishing up school in the fall, soon to be beginning my venture into real estate and a few more entrepreneurial side hustles with the lifelong goal of not having a boss.

Cheers.

Hey, I'm Kim

Got a membership after buying the golden ticket, figured I'd stop lurking and maybe start contributing. But I'm not a big talker, so that might not happen.

27 year old Swede in London, I became aware of game after pirating the Neil Strauss book. I'd like to say it changed everything but it changed nothing. I didn't start applying game until I'd read Roissy, his ideas (they're not his, but whatever, that's where I learned this stuff first) appealed more to me. Self improvement, inner game etc and it's been fascinating watching the red pill ideas grow from pick up to more life advice.

Regards
Kim

RE: Official introduction thread
Hello, I'm Aenigmarius, and I'm a one-aholic.

I only stumbled upon the Red Pill a few months ago, and I've been lurking on RVF for a month or two. But I've really had my eyes opened a lot from everything I've read so far, so I bought the Golden Ticket to come aboard.

I have always seen the evidence of Game and the Red Pill in my personal life and in the lives of people around me, but I had no overall framework to put it into, no way to understand what was going on as a complete concept. I kept seeing a toe here, part of a tail there, and a piece of ear over there, but it wasn't until reading Roosh, Rational Male, Chateau Heartiste, Return of Kings, etc. that I began to understand that there was this big giant elephant right in front of me that I never really saw. RVF has been a continuation of that learning experience and opening of my eyes.

One-itis has always been my weakness. I say I'm a "one-aholic" because I have had a successive series of bouts with one-itis throughout my entire life, starting with my first girlfriend as a teenager. I've never had more than one case of one-itis at a time, and I often get stuck on a one-itis for a long time, sometimes even years. I'm even trying to shake myself out of one right now.

I know the answer is to approach other girls, get some plates, etc. But, at least at this point, I feel like I have to get my own shit straight internally, or I run the risk of just setting up another one-itis like I've done before.

So, I'm trying to start small and work on myself. I'm back in the gym and working on my eating, trying to lose weight and get more healthy physically. I'm avoiding the female of the species for now, but I am trying to start being more social in small interactions here and there with just random people that I meet. I'm reading Bang and I have a list of other books to read when I'm finished with that. I'm still taking baby steps so far, but I'm trying to build a solid foundation upon which I can really start to grow moving forward.

RE: Official introduction thread
Hey Rvf

Born 1995 in a small town in north europe. A very limited place to have a future in and to be able to improve as a person and get somewere in life. I see that my older brother have started settled down as his freinds. They have begin to get stuck here, with a average job and no real future in my eyes, his 23. It´s sad to say but I see his life as my nightmare scenario, I see that the same trend are starting to happen with my friends.

My life philosophy is to see the world and to improve in all aspects of life(1), but at the same time have as fun as possible during the ride.

(1) With women, freinds, financially, body, status.

At 18 did I Manila for 10 days, all alone. Was a bit to young and inexperienced to go to a "hardcore" city as Manila at that time. But it gave me alot of confidence and travel experience.

At 19 did I Bangkok for 12 days, alone here to haha Smile

I have been with 2 girls and a blowjob from one. I am confident in the bed but have ALOT to learn when it comes to game, a true beginner in every aspect.

I try to stay in good shape with gym 4 times a week and running 3 km every day.

Thats all, Hope I will see some of you on the ROAD.

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is JeanLucPrickhard. My prick is so hard even when I'm flaccid. I currently teach English in China and I am transitioning towards male modeling. Once I have more experience with that, I'll drop a datasheet on how to get in the industry in China.

RE: Official introduction thread
This is a long overdue introduction. I’ve been lurking on the Forum for about 4 years, and I’ve been reading Roosh’s blog since 2008. I was one of many men who found Roosh after they were introduced to Roissy. Obviously, for the readers in the DC area the opposite is true as Roosh preceded Roissy by a few years.

I reside in Coastal South Carolina, in a town that has managed to avoid picking up some of America’s worst traits such as morbid obesity and swpl/sjw. I’m in my late thirties and credit the men of this forum and in the “manosphere” (damn I don’t like that word) for both small and large changes in my life. Diet, fashion, exercise, posture, supplements, money, philosophy and of course handling women have all been improved thanks to this community.

Since I’m not much of a poster, I’ll use my intro to thank Roosh for his courageous work. I’ve enjoyed watching you come of age over the past 7 years, both as a man and as a writer. I owe a debt of gratitude both for your ideas, and the thoughts of other like minded men your forum has introduced me to. I also love the fact that you seem to be blowing up lately and gaining more reach and influence. You deserve every penny you make. Under your own name you push back on the most deranged, unhinged, and unpredictable people in the Western World.

I can remember finding the “manosphere/roissyphere” like it was yesterday. It’s hard to believe it has been over 7 years. I’ll save the story of how I stumbled on this part of the world for another time, but suffice it to say, it has had a major impact on my life.

Reading men like Lizard of Oz, Anonymous Bosch, Veloce, DOBA, Scorpion, MikeCF, Quintus, Samseau, Slubu, Basil, Excelsior, Giovanni, Fisto, Kosko, Speakeasy, scotian Tuth, and dozens of other folks I’m forgetting is something I look forward to and is a daily ritual.

When online, I can be found on twitter and of course, lurking around here.

Many thanks and keep up this important work.

Figured this would be a good place to have my first post. I'm edmunddantes currently residing in the Seattle area. Go ahead and PM if you want info on my area, I plan on dropping a data sheet on the area, took a short hiatus from going out in Seattle so It'll sometime in the middle of this summer before I'll have good up to date info.

As far as traveling I've travelled quite extensively, but not with intention to game except for Bali, which was this past December. Bali has been covered quite well already, but I'm more than willing to share my experiences.

I look forward to contributing and learning more. Thanks to all the guys who've already contributed so much. Cheers

I'm using this thread to tell you about me

Twelve years ago I was a total loser with women. Initially I discovered the seduction community reading the book "the game by Neil Strauss", later I've tried to use the Mystery Method, but this game seemed so unnatural to me. Two months later I've stumbled upon the Roosh Blog when he was known as DC Bachelor and the advice in his blog changed positively my life.

I remember when the seduction community and writers like you were very underground. I wish Roosh the best wishes in his career and I hope his wisdom spreads like a wildfire over the Internet.

BTW, I usually read the advice from other valuable men in this forum like Tuthmosis, Mike Cernovich, Matt Forney and other members Who have contributed with this forum

I'm in my late twenties and nowadays I read this forum as a tool for my inner growth as a man.

Finally, I wanna apologise for my bad grammar, because I'm not very fluent in this language (but I can read in english without problem)

What's up.

Active duty USMC, stationed out in Hawaii. I'm generally interested in self-improvement, pushing the envelope, and absorbing as much information as I can. I consider myself an eager student of game and interpersonal interactions in general, and wish to develop myself more fully in that arena.

Long-time lurker here. Tons of distilled knowledge to digest. That's part of the reason I've been reluctant to join in on on-going discussions - some of the guys here have some pretty interesting backgrounds, and my responses wouldn't be productive to the conversation outside of a theoretical sense.

I like the way that Roosh and Tuthmosis are constantly "leaning-into the foxhole," to borrow military terminology. Their insight about the current state of affairs in the West always strikes me as on-point and keeps me coming back for more.

Hi, I'm Matt, new to posting but I've been reading the board for 3+ years. Not much of a writer so I never really took the time to register to post. Now I'm traveling full time and would like to meet some of the other board members and possibly post data sheets.

I'm in my early 30s and like most of you, read The Game and other Mystery and Style books back when it was the thing to do... had the game enlightenment like thousands of others.

I have lived in DC for about a decade and had to deal with the women there, never married but a few LTR including my latest that just ended with a Eastern European girl. I was part of the DC Lair and met up with some guys there, made some friends. Found Roosh forum and websites through the Lair forums.

I've traveled internationally quite a bit over the last 8 years, though not as much as some of the guys on this forum. I'm currently traveling full time and plan to explore more of Eastern Europe this summer, hang out at beachside resorts, meet women. Currently in Bucharest..hope to maybe meet some of you guys soon. Cheers.

Hey guys. I have been lurking on the forum for a few months now. New to game, just got out of a 4 year LTR. Tired of being beta so started reading RoK and any articles by Roosh. Early 30s, PhD, living in a university town in the UK. Lived in Germany, Eastern Europe and California.

RE: Official introduction thread
Great forum.
Was really disappointed that I couldn't start posting until early this month when I decided to finally register.
I was in Manila and Singapore for work and I read as many datasheet as I could.
First time in Manila but 6th time in Sing.
I travel a lot for work, worldwide, and so love reading about other peoples experiences. Especially some alpha dirtbags (I say this with great respect).

Here's what One thing I learned in Sing on this trip.

1) I went to an unreal Karaoke nightclub called Icon Bar (4th floor) on Park Lane (?). There is a KTV on the 5th floor. I was the only non asian in the place which made me special in Sing which Is hard to do. It was so much fucking fun. Lots of pros around but there were plenty of regular chicks too....all loving me off. As usual, drinks were a premium (5 beer for 78 Sing Dollars). Easy to pull.

2) Fish head curry place on Talok Aloy St (?) downtown. Outrageous curry.

I didn't have too much time in Sing this time as I was so busy with work and customers and exhausted from food poisoning that I got in Manila (never happens to me....cast iron stomach...was spraying for 7 straight days).

Anyways just a quick post to introduce myself and say cheers for all the great hilarious and informative threads I've been reading for some time now.

I'm a single parent and long-time student of the game. Very busy with work and children, no longer pursuing evening game. Occasional day gamer, but find that I have vastly better success online.

Extremely specific preferences in women, almost to the point of searching for a unicorn. Previous long-term GF (over 5 years) physically a 10/11, but our backgrounds and life interests were too dissimilar.

I've read Roosh's book. I joined the forum hoping to gain additional helpful insights into the game. Idea

Hey everyone. going to finally take the plunge and start posting here; this forum has helped me immensely in starting to change some deeply ingrained beta mindsets, things can only go up from here, hopefully with some help from the forum.

I'm a mid-20s Asian dude, dual cit US/Can, forsaking the US by going to a Canadian law school. Currently living in one of the three major metropolitan centers but will be moving to a smaller one come september.

off to the newbie forums I go.
