Hi gang, found out about some red pill ideas a year a go when listening to Stefan molyneux, wasn't too pleased with his advice, found a girl, thought she was the one and she dumped me because I was acting too needy and insecure. Found out about mgtow, got super depressed and suicidal because I was considering cutting my self off from women and going ''monk mode'' now I found out about Roosh a month a go, and have been lurking this forum and reading his blog ever since, it has been very helpful in leading me to become more aware as a man and it has shown me a lot guidance so far.

Hello Lads,

I've lurked for a while.

53 years old this year and I've watched the descent into insanity over the years with a mixture of bemusement and horror. Mainly horror.

My views on life and the human condition are apparently "triggering" to the people I normally deal with on a day to day basis.

This place is a bastion of reality; it's refreshing to be amongst like minded individuals, even if it is only virtually.

RE: Official introduction thread
There are days, when you know in retrospect that you have changed.
I'm 41, Israeli, father of 2 girls.

On 23 August 2013, I read a book review of Dr. Helen (Men on strike).
I was in the middle of my divorce fight, probably at the stage of bargning. I have just read Stickmanbangkok.com and understood that all women are gold-diggers.
At the end of the review there were 2 links - to Athol Kay and to Ian Ironwood.

I'm extremely curious. I read all of The Red Pill Room posts. And I mean all of it.
I start to get the concept of Red Pill.

The book "The Game" by Strauss is mentioned. I download and read it.

I read Vox on AlphaGameplan, move on to Rollo, then to Roissy . I read all of their posts, and I mean one by one, from the start.

ROK gets started. I read and then start on RooshV himself.

I have read and prepared for 6 months. Once my divorce comes through and I move out, I practice. I have been practicing, with results for more than a year.

I now know how the world works. I now have the skills to practice and improve.
I'm now also a member of the Forum and ready to share.

"I love a fulfilling and sexual relationship. That is why I make the effort to have many of those" - TheMaleBrain
"Now you see that evil will always triumph because good is dumb." - Spaceballs
"If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you could possibly imagine" - Obi-Wan Kenobi

Hey I am a college student:

l knew about game and the red pill awhile back. What draws me in to the forum is commenting on the degenerate state of America. I thought there was freedom of speech in America but the more time I spend here the more I realized how intolerant this place is. The elites don't care if the people are screwed over or if men even up as wimps as long as they are making money. Therefore, their servants- the liberals have created a discourse of feminism and anything that contradicts it must be wrong. I see them emasculating the men and giving the women undeserved special treatment. American men need to stand up to end this garbage. See how even Richard Dawkins gets accused of mysogyny- American culture degeneracy serves a bunch of fat women to feel special.
On a lighter note:

Gentlemen. I've been reading the forum for 18 months. Decided it was time to participate. Also motivated to give a shout out to Roosh, for bravery in bringing the truth to light. Bloke has copped a lot of shit in doing what is right to help the fellow man. Commendable. Also have an overdue post to make in the Lizard of Oz appreciation thread.

I’m 32, living on the east coast of Australia. Currently working and earning my structural engineering degree part time. Against the odds I have managed to make a relationship work with a women for 6 years. I plan on starting my family soon.

Like many, I discovered the forum while searching for help on a frustrating situation. I can say without doubt that my shit would have fallen apart without some of the shared experiences and harsh truths found here. Still working hard to get where I need to be (does it ever end) and look forward to contributing and hopefully helping others along the way.

RE: Official introduction thread
Hey guys, im Oscar im 27. Ive read Bang and a little bit of day bang. I started with the girlschase.com formula of game, going with direct approaches (wich have never worked) I had 3 dates when I started this and was proud of myself, but then ive hit a mega dry spell.

Ive gotten numbers that have flaked but no lays in the past few months. Im looking to change that. I like that roosh has a more indirect style of game, all the girls ive been with have been indirect approaches. I am certaintly great at approaching women everywhere, but I rarely get numbers unless im at a bar.

ive used rooshes openers and pulled off a great time constraint that ive never done until I read bang haha

Im trying to build my lifestyle up more, cause I feel i put waaay to much emphasis on getting laid lol I workout 5 days a week plus diet, I play in a pool league every thursday night, I am trying to read more books but im lazy with it sometimes haha. Im going to take up fishing soon as I like it.

my main goal for being here is to learn how to get laid and I hope you guys can help me out with advice. In the meantime Im re-reading Bang and am going to finish day bang.

Thanks

I'm in my early 30's and travel full-time. I've been reading various forums and blogs for a few years and finally decided to participate.

What I like best about this forum and community is the focus on self-improvement. Men have a lot of challenges in today's world and I think self-improvement and helping each other is the only solution.

Thanks to all the guys who have contributed so much already.

Hi everyone. Have been reading for a few years, read Bang, about to get into Day Bang.

I am 32, good job in marketing and strategy, live in a southern city with tons of beautiful women. Over last 8 years, I've been in relationship for 6 of them. 2yr, off 2, then 4yr relationship ended this spring by me.

Don't have as many notches as I think I should so I'm going for it. Will attempt to run multiple games and report back to the forums.

Thanks to everyone to contributing over the years. I hope to do so as well.

How are you guys? I am a 26 year old from the United States.

I had the misfortune of being raised on the red pill before there was a constructed philosophy.

I grew up having a lot of problems with feminism. For example, why was Amelia Earhart's achievement all that great because she was a "woman?" Why are people speaking about women being regarded as second class citizens in the United States when there were women achieving accomplishments in so call "more oppressive times?"

Hello everyone, i'm 34 and from Florida (yeah I know....Florida, LOL)
One of the best days of my life was when a friend of mine introduced me to ROK a few months after being dumped by my college gf of 9 years and deep in depression. It was one of the most enlightening experiences of my life, and it was amazing how many of my long held political and social beliefs switched so quickly and I realized how deeply indoctrinated I was in the matrix. I never was too bad with the ladies in college, I had just enough natural game to get laid, but a bad case of oneitis left me regretting all the poosy I should have been running through in my 20s. I've been on the path of self-improvement since then and I think my life has improved vastly in the last few years, and it gives me great hope and pride to be with so many like minded men. Thank you Roosh, Roissy, Rollo, Krauser, Dalrock and all the other brave men on the front lines fighting the good fight and lighting the way for men like me on the path to greatness.

RE: Official introduction thread
Hey guys,

I'm 29 years old and live in The Netherlands. I've started reading about game about half a year ago, after my LTR of 5 years ended. She was a solid 9 and I didn't have interest in any other girls while I was with her. Therefore, the level of game I had amassed before meeting her was reduced to zero.

Before her I used to have decent night game. It was all self taught, going by strong inner game and experimentation. Also, being on a Dutch reality TV show for about two weeks really boosted my success with women.

As I said, this level of game was lost during my LTR. I came out on the other side with some serious approach anxiety and insecurities. I knew I could reach the level I had before, but it was going to be a slow and painful process. I started looking for help to speed up this process and found Roosh's stuff, among others.

I've just returned from a trip to Rio. I went there to improve my game, after reading a lot about it on this forum. I met a great wingman and together with him I was able to get rid of most of my approach anxiety, scoring some hotties in the process. I now approach regularly, but am still at a beginner level. I prefer night game, but I don't shy away from good day gaming options (like the beach in Rio).

I want to use the forum to share my experiences, read the experiences of others, find wingmen, and generally improve my game as much as I can, well beyond any level I previously had.

Hey Everybody,

I'm 20 years old in NYC. I'm still in college and will be taking the next step into law school in about a year. I found Roosh a few years ago in high school and have been lurking on the forum for some time now. I figured now is the time to take the next step and get myself on here to expand my red pill knowledge.

Hello everybody, Matrixdude here. I'm a early 20s, engineering student, born/raised and currently living in LA. I've been lurking this forum for about a year now and I am happy to join the ranks. I've gone under different aliases but I chose this silly one in particular -- ironically as a throwback to the first email address I've ever had. I am not a natural, but I am fortunate enough to have been studying game for the longest now. My interests include: politics, fashion, tech, and big butts. I greatly enjoy this forum, and can't wait to start contributing.

Hey guys,
I'm Ferdinand. I'm a 19 year old university student studying history. I've been following the form for a few months and recently decided to join. I view the forum as a source of sanity, as I'm constantly surrounded by feminists and SJWs at my university. I'm looking forward to learning about game and life from great men here. I'm happy to be here.

David took his men with him and went out and killed two hundred Philistines and brought back their foreskins. They counted out the full number to the king so that David might become the king's son-in-law. Then Saul gave him his daughter Michal in marriage. 1 Samuel 18:27

Hey guys,

I'm PatStanley from Florida. I've been lurking here for about 2 years. Discovered the forum after searching for how to improve my sex life with my wife. Since then I've read a ton on here and other "red pill" sites. As much as I enjoy reading about game, I'm not an active player at this time and have a solid, traditional marriage. What draws me to the forum the most are the discussions on neomasculinity, feminism, and culture. I'm fully red pill at this point and immersed in bettering myself as a man, father, husband, and entrepreneur. Thanks for all your contributions so far, this really is an awesome community.

RE: Official introduction thread
Hey guys. I'm not new here, I joined back in 2011 and contributed a whopping five posts before disappearing into the abyss.

I'm back now. So much has changed in the last four years that I might as well be introducing myself as a new person. So here I am.

To cover the basics- I'm 28. Grew up in Texas, moved out to California after I graduated high school in 2005. Spent the last 10 years in various cities on the West Coast, mostly LA. Lived in Brazil for six months in 2010.

I moved to San Diego last month. I don't know anybody here. Decided to start fresh in a new place after realizing my previous living situation wasn't getting me where I wanted to be.

I've had a feast-or-famine experience with women throughout most of my life. I struggled through my early years, then discovered game and subsequently crushed it during college and in the two years after I graduated. Then I went through some shit that took me straight out of the game for a while. Now I'm in a new city, starting over, trying to work through the worst dry spell I've endured since the day I lost my virginity.

Through everything, Roosh's work has provided clarity and guidance when I needed it most. So I'm happy to be back. Cheers.

RE: Official introduction thread
1966 - Born in the Boston area.

1966 - 1984 - Raised in a nuclear family with a 2nd-wave feminist mother, "Ms. Magazine" subscriber, fully indoctrinated in the beta mindset. Dad's a good guy, taught me a lot, but MAJOR beta.

1984-1988 -- University of Maine -- Computer Science/English double major.

1985 --Completed Sugarloaf Marathon in 3:09.24. Mentioned because I'm redpill in areas of personal accountability, work ethic, personal improvement, etc., but always struggled to reconcile these principles with the bluepill/white knighting/beta bullshit my parents indoctrinated me with.

1992 -- Major motorcycle wreck, not my fault, almost died, recovered.

1994 -- Got a $1M insurance settlement from 1992 motorcycle wreck. Bought a 1994 Dodge Viper. Moved to San Francisco.

1995 -- Met a BPD psycho who liked my car. Lacking game and RVF knowledge, got gamed and tricked into knocking up BPD psycho (classic "yes, I'm on the pill, don't worry!"). Embarrassing.

1996 -- Daughter born. 18 year bitter custody battle, commences.

1998 -- Moved to Houston, following daughter anyplace psycho BPD mom moves her.

1999 -- Meet sane, conservative, opposite of BPD psycho, young hottie who hates that I have kid, but likes me enough to ignore it. She works the same job as I do, makes exactly the same money despite being 5 years younger.

2000 -- Moved to San Diego, following daughter anyplace psycho BPD mom moves her.

2002 -- Marry young, high-earning hottie I met in 1999.

2012 -- Daughter rejects BPD mother and moves in 100% with us. End of child support, FUCK YEAH.

2014 -- Get so pissed off at Rolling Stone/UVA Rape Hoax that incessant Web searching leads me to Rooshforum and like-minded thinkers.

2015 -- Decide to stop lurking and complete profile.

More about me:

-- Yes, I'm probably one of the oldest dudes on this site, definitely a recovering beta, eager to learn at age 49. I am 5'11", 185 lbs.

-- As a married man, I no longer have need for Game (I don't bother visiting that forum, but damn I wish I'd known about it back in the early 1990's!).

-- I don't agree with posters who generalize that all women's thought processes are hamstrung. There are good American women out there - I found one (but only after I got totally owned by a dream-killer and knew what to look for).

-- Because of BPD Ex's stalking tendencies, and her BPD tendency to revise history, I got in the habit of making sure everything was in writing, using only email -- no telephones or voicemail. As a result, I avoided cell phones for many years to the point that I don't own a mobile phone to this day.

-- I am an early adopter of technology I find useful, but I do what I can to preserve privacy (despite this info-dump), so I have never had a social media account of any kind (unless my RVF account qualifies). No Facebook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, Yelp, Yahoo (had but canceled when their CEO said "this weeklong email blackout is nothing -- our user base is so loyal, we could kick them in the teeth and they'd stay on!" (paraphrased)). I avoid Apple products like the plague.

-- Roosh is providing a tremendous service with this forum -- if this forum existed in the early 1990's, I'm sure I would not have gotten snared into parenthood by a BPD psycho bitch. On the other hand, I'm glad I have my daughter (in college now), and a loving wife, who never wanted kids at all (though she was a great step-mom to my kid, providing an excellent counter-example to nut-job bio-Mom).

RE: Official introduction thread
Greeting Gentlemen,

* 1966: Born to parents of Eastern Slavic heritage. Father was WWII Veteran who fought in Germany and Austria. Mother stayed home to raise the family. Came from a middle class family of strong traditional values based on Eastern Orthodox upbringing. Grandparents and parents spoke (old) Slavic/Russian language.

* 1970's - 1980's: Got into a lot of fisticuffs due to my disabilities. I enjoyed kicking the shit out of kids who picked on me. Parents taught me and encouraged me to stand up for myself by getting into as much fights as I can.

* 1985: Graduated from high school.

* 1985 - 1986: Enrolled in a private technical college. Played one year of college basketball (Division III).

* 1986: Transferred to a 2 year school due to lack of financial support. (My family didn't have much money.)

* 1987 - 1988: Played a year of community college basketball. Became friends with a lot of guys on the team especially one teammate who opened my eyes to "false rape". He was the oldest (25) player on the team. When I asked him why he postponed college so late due to his age, he mentioned he was in prison for 8 years (1979 - 1987) for rape charges that never happened. Eight years later, rape accuser came forward and admitted she lied to make up the rape story because she was angry he didn't want to date her.

* 1990: Met and flirted with a hot girl (Scandinavian heritage) at a 4 year school I attended. She threatened to report me to campus safety for sexual assault. Flirting was considered sexual assault? Seriously? I thought about my old basketball teammate's false rape situation. I walked away from her. She was just plain crazy.

* 1991: As part of my history electives for an undergraduate degree, I took an American Women History course. That class opened my eyes to feminism in America. Absolutely hated it. End of story. Graduated from a 4 year school.

Had a friend I played pick-up basketball every Friday night on college campus. After a night of heavy drinking at various campus parties to celebrate the end of the spring semester, he returned to his dorm room...or so he thought. But he was on the wrong floor and ended up walking into a girl's room by accident. Translation: right room number, wrong floor. Girl reported him to campus safety for "sexual assault". And he was immediately expelled from college.

* 1992: Started training in an Okinawan style martial arts.

* 1992 - 1999: Worked in various IT jobs and positions. Became disillusioned with American women.

* 1997: Graduated from a 4 year school.

* 2000: Walked away from my good software engineering job due to high stress and long hours (70+). Decided to change career. Re-enrolled at a small community college to study web development as a full-time student. Met two gorgeous foreign women (Russia and Czech) for the first time.

* 2001: Started making plans to visit Russia/Ukraine. But got laid off in the IT field. Started teaching as a full-time martial arts instructor (Korean martial art style). Graduated from a 2 year school. Started Japanese martial arts training (karate, kobudo, batto).

* 2002: Re-hired for a professional IT position again, but laid off again six months later. Company pissed me off. Vowed to never apply for a job with private companies again. Opened my own small business (martial arts school).

* 2004: Struggle to make ends meet with my martial arts school due to stiff competition with 20+ other martial arts schools in the area. Decided to apply for a state job in the IT field (web development). Hired and moved to a new city to start a new job. Decided to live a minimal lifestyle due to debts from being unemployed in early 2000's by living in a shitty apartment.

* 2007: Finally made my first trip to Ukraine. Had no idea what the heck I was doing, but blindly decided to go to Kharkiv. Let's just say it was a life changing experience. It gave me a whole new perspective on how I view women in America and Ukraine. Met a sweet 23 year old girl on a "blind date" set up by my new friends I met. Ended up in a serious relationship with her until 2010. Yes, I had oneitis. But it was interesting because she took care of me as she knew her role as a feminine woman: cooking, cleaning, washed my clothes, lots of sex, etc.

* 2008: Paid off all of my debts (credit cards, student loans, auto loan).

* 2008 - 2014: Continued to travel to Ukraine (2 to 3 times a year) to meet women.

* 2014: Went to Germany, Austria & Slovakia to honor my late father based on a map he jotted down where he fought during WWII. Started Hapkido training.

* 2015: Went to Thailand (just returned two weeks ago). Eight days of much needed holiday and lots of sex. Thai women totally drained my balls by the end of my trip. Planning on making my trip to Ukraine again this fall. Still training in martial arts (karate, kobudo, batto, hapkido).

Looking forward to Roosh's lecture in Montreal as well as meeting and making new friends.

Cheers!

RE: Official introduction thread
Hello everyone,

First off, I’d like to thank all you guys for your contributions and insight. I’m a college student in my early 20s and I couldn’t have discovered this community at a better time.

I stumbled upon the forum about a year ago after getting dumped and decided to get my life together. After struggling to put what I learned about the red pill to work I have had a ton of success with lizards and life. When I started I had almost no social skills or game, but thanks to you guys I’ve built up to the point where I consider it an art.

I decided it's time to join the forum after realizing I'm starting to plateau. Motivation can be a problem for me so this is my push to keep going and break my limits.

It’s been great reading through all the threads and I look forward to contributing to one of the last places where rational thoughts are not shunned.

RE: Official introduction thread
Based in India.Try to figure out various ways for improvement.Love reading, workouts but thanks to a number of career setbacks,I was introduced to manosphere. It taught me a number of things for choosing the proper ways to live.I have developed some raw guts...thanks to manosphere, now I have shed off insecurities and beta behavior. It feels great to be a part of manosphere from a nation where say...out of 100 men 99 men are betas, white knights and introverted.I'm twenty and I post comments on ROK from disqus under the same username. Thanks to everyone on the forum.
