You lost it at the Facebook stage and just move on. If the subject of Facebook even comes up during the initial interaction, it's a lost cause. Some guys experiences may be different with that, but I don't know how much different.

Well, after you blew it or she wasted your time, personally, I would be far more aggressive. Tell her she can make it up to you. She'll ask how. You won't beat around the bush on this. You'll tell her she can fuck her way out of the doghouse, or some such nonsense. If she balks, or tries to change the subject go ghost. She'll go away or straighten up.

You're not taking her out. You had no behavioral problems. She did. Don't come across as demanding, but be funny, yet stern. She should know you're serious, but at the same time laughing.

wait some time, don't seem too eager
maybe then say something about her behavior being a bit juvenile but it's fine, you're over it, don't right away ask to hang out, she how she reacts, if she seems interested, seem disinterested and then invite her to hang out...go out for a drink and then go home... just my opinion

Thanks guys... I followed Easy Mode's method and am now waiting for an answer to see how she answers and it develops...
