It's happened to me before, with really hot girls too.

It can be a number of things. Nerves/stress. Too much foreplay. Lack of sleep. Poor diet. Not enough physical activity contributing to lower T etc.

Most of the time it's happened to be though is when I was nervous hooking up with the girl for some reason or another just in my own head about something.

Do you jerk off a lot? Watch a lot of porn? That can do it too.

Maybe it went limp due to the alchool. Other than that it might be your diet on that day. If I eat like shit, then I can't stay Rock hard as long as usual. Or... I try to stay away from dick pills. Something you don't want to constantly rely on to get your dick hard.

The potassium is great. Try eating banana at least 1 a day.
Try adding beets into your diet they improve the blood circulation in your body.
Avocados are great for T-levels. Some cultures consider the fruit an aphrodisiac.

Stop fapping altogether. Go dry until you get a bj or fuck a chick and then things should go back to normal.

Beets and pistachios will increase blood flow. L-Arginine as a workout supplement increases blood flow as well.

Happens to all of us. Don't stress about it. Sometimes it is simply not a good connection with the chick that causes it.
