Still kind of adrenalized, so I apologize for any misspellings/omissions to follow.

Last week, I got with a chick who triggered various alarms in my head. I'd met her in a bar the week before, and she was so into me that it was actually almost slightly off-putting, e.g. fondling my dick at the barstools. I was weirded out by this, but I replied aggressively to the texts, asserting the consensuality of the sex. I contacted my local lawyer and sought his advice, and showed him my photo and video material. He told me not to worry, and to call him if I needed him.

Two days ago, I had the cops at my door. I honestly felt cold as the blood went out of me, but I called my lawyer and he came over. They didn't pull me to their station, and were okay talking to me in my office. They said the girl had made a "serious accusation of sexual assault" against me, and they wanted to take a statement. I let my lawyer do most of the talking, and then he showed the pics and vids to the cops. One of those dudes actually bust out laughing at the ass-to-mouth finger, but at the time I was too stressed to see the humour.

Today, my lawyer informed me that the police had contacted him and said no charges will be pressed. Honestly feeling a huge flood of relief, and it's one of the most wonderful things I have ever experienced.

This could have gone really, really bad for me. I'm so happy it didn't, and I'm watching the vids on loop and getting wasted right now in celebration.

PLAYER HAZARD ALERT: When plowing a bitch who seems crazy, take measures to protect yourself. If there is irrefutable proof (and video with clear picture and audio is as iron-clad as it gets) that you were both not intoxicated, mutually consensual and practicing safe sex, you have at least some measure of defense against her word.

Good question, I'd like to know what country this was as well.

Singapore does have a heavy handed state, but on the other you will not find as many crazy girls doing shit like this there compared to the West.

If the story is true, then sue her for the damage, and depending on what juridiction (not sure about Singapore), press criminal charges against her for that.

Filming dodgy bitches is always a good idea. As for me, I film EVERY encounter I have. I put everything in a TrueCrypt container. The bitch arrives, I mount the container and start the cam. Once it's done, I turn it off, and unmount the volume. She obviously doesn't know about it, but it backs my ass in case of problems.

Best course of action would be just to let it get all the way to court before you bring out the videos. Takes more guts, but then you've got a stronger case for a "perverting the course of justice" charge.

Who wants the stress and drama of that, though?

People get themselves into trouble when their ego makes them feel like they have to "punish" someone for their bad behavior all the time.

He's better off just learning from this experience and doing his best to prevent it ever happening again. If he takes this bitch to court he loses no matter what the outcome, and for what? Even if he "wins" she's gonna get what, a few months of community service? Everyone will be on her side and see him as the bad guy regardless (women don't like dirty sex! He must have manipulated her somehow anyway!), he'll draw attention to himself of the type no player wants, and she'll likely still be a false-accusation dropping ho at the end of it. It won't deter other women in the slightest, either.

Rawmeo, I understand and use TC for other things, but where do you put the camera? Do you have a laptop and a webcam in the bedroom aimed at the bed? Some other kind of hidden camera?

Clearly, it's a lot better to be charged with indecent recording or recording without consent than any kind of sexual assault, but does anyone understand the legal situation in places where you're not allowed to do this? For example, it would suck if OP now had to pay a $50k fine for the evidence that proves him innocent...

Just using a laptop camera does the trick. I always open some music and let the music player open on the screen, but the camera is recording in the background. Nothing too fancy.

This was in Singapore's Northern neighbour, a rather Islamic country. I'm decidedly un-Mohammedan, so it's a good thing I had evidence in my favour.

I would be tempted to pursue action on my end if there was the prospect of financial gain out of it, but there will be no blood out of that rock. Just glad to be done with it.

In the United States, the laws vary by state. In 12 states, including the one I live in, it's illegal to make recordings without two-party consent.

In other states all you need is one-party consent, and you can do whatever the fuck you want.

In my state, the maximum penalties for illegal one party recording are prison up to 5 years and a fine of $10k. But those are maximums. Almost nobody ever gets that.

The shit thing is that it's classified as a felony where I am, not a misdemeanor. Felonies are more serious crimes and stay on your record (for background checks, etc.) for 7 years, and can make life difficult in all sorts of ways, from securing housing, employment, loans, and so on. A convicted felon is barred from ever legally owning a firearm for eternity, without significant and expensive legal effort made to have those rights restored. All job applications will ask if you have been convicted of a felony, ever. In my state at least it's definitely not the fine that would be the killer, but a felony conviction on your record.

There can also be civil suits brought, but that's unlikely in a case like this.

The only bright spot is that in many states some felonies can be downgraded to misdemeanors at sentencing, i.e. if you have a good lawyer and the judge decides there are extenuating circumstances. With a good lawyer in a case like this you might only get a moderate fine, probation and perhaps some community service. The punishment has to fit the crime, and in the same sense, the crime has to fit the punishment, i.e. if you get off on a light sentence because of extenuating circumstances they're not going to consider it a felony at sentencing. Even aggravated assaults can be downgraded in many circumstances. I believe in my state at least that illegal recording is a crime like this, though I'm not positive.

But there are no guarantees. Definitely don't record cops without their knowledge here, there have been several cases where cops use the two-party consent law against bystanders who record them, to cover their asses when they're up to no good. It was originally designed to apply to wiretapping, but many cops would consider just recording them on video with a cell phone to be a violation, if it's in their interests to play it that way.

First off, I'm no lawyer.

But my understanding is that in states where it's illegal to record is that most prosecutors aren't going to go after someone who exonerates themselves from rape via a recording just to pursue a technicality wiretap charge. There was a case in San Francisco I read a while back where this how things exactly played out. The PR would be really bad for the DA after all. That's assuming the recording was held in a private collection and not release publicly (like revenge porn stuff); then all bets are off it seems.

Also, it's my understanding as well that there is a significant difference between visual recordings vs audio recordings, how they are viewed legally, and the potential penalties involved.

Personally, I wouldn't hesitate to audio record someone. With cell phones, it's VERY easy to do so without being noticed and most phones now have pretty good mics on them. All I need is for the woman to yell: "come on my face!", "that was great!", "I came 3 times!", "I really needed that!" or anything indicating enjoyment and it's game over for any bullshit charge.

Best case is you get a girl down for video recording her. Just pound her while holding your phone. She clearly consents if you're holding your phone while fucking her. If she isn't down or you don't feel like doing video, get the audio at least.

We live in some fucked up times with regards to the legal system. Look at Trump's campaign manager this past week if you have any doubt about that. There was overwhelming evidence that nothing happened and the prosecutors are STILL charging him. That guy now is at minimum gonna have to waste a few grand on lawyers and in traveling/lodging in Florida to clear up that bullshit. He will then have to waste more money to get his record expunged. For most average guys: losing 3-10k for nothing is a pretty serious hit. Shit like this happens every day in the corrupt USA legal system. Then there is the psychological damage, financial damage from more barriers to job prospects, and social damage after it's all over. Point is, you want to avoid a serious charge (DV/rape being the big two) at all cost. A bullshit charge is highly damaging in its self in this day and age; even if you didn't do a thing wrong. No one will care.

Best defense though is proper screening and just walking away from and avoiding questionable sluts.

Yeah, I believe I'm in agreement there. It's definitely something I'm going to start doing. And always making sure to get the followup text from her after she or I leave indicating she had a great time.

The feminist goal is naturally to have any sexual encounter be considered fodder for a rape charge, whether there's video/audio evidence that she consented at the time or not, if at any point from then until eternity the female party decides that she didn't actually consent.

I mean, you may be correct about a DA not pushing charges in a case like this, but I live in the belly of the beast and I have no idea what the legal system (which is stuffed full of feminist lawyers) around here is actually capable of, or whether anything they do would make sense. It certainly seems odd that she got buyer's remorse and went radio silent so rapidly after you left her, given that you say she hadn't been drinking and was so enthusiastic during, and then the texts from the "cousin" so quickly.

You mention that the police came to see you "in your office." Did the girl you banged have information ahead of time that you were someone with a good source of income?

I'm not sure of the specifics of where this happened, or if something like this might be common there, but is it possible this was a setup all along? That the girl and the "cousin" were maybe like some kind of team looking to be offered hush money, and moved forward with the charges because you told them to piss off?

Personally (and Roosh has made a post along the same lines):

Not only do I stay away from the vast majority of liberal women but almost ALL (regardless of politics) American white women now.

They are the most prone from my experience to have the dangerous mix of being a militant feminist (not limited to liberal women by the way) while also possessing a victim mindset. If there was any way you could do it, I would punish this girl as strongly as the law would allow. Any woman that would do that to a man has to be evil, and if she does it once, she will probably do it again if she knows there is no repercussions. Make an example of her so that more women think twice before doing such a cruel thing to an innocent man. In the US today, you would be placed on a sex offender list if convicted, but even worse, you would be convicted by the public just for being accused of it.
