I was reading this article and this part really struck a chord in me

The idea that a girl can wake up the morning after a night of enthusiastic sex and claim that she was too drunk to consent, is absolutely ridiculous.

College-aged men are put in an especially precarious position by the murkiness of rape laws, and the lack of consequences for women who make false accusations. It’s easy enough for me, as a twenty-eight year old man with a lot of dating experience, to avoid unstable drunk girls. But consider a young man on the college hook-up scene, in which the majority of girls he meets are impulsive, immature, and a heavy drinkers. Such a man should immediately learn How To Avoid A False Rape Accusation and start taking the precautions in that article.

Girls have all the control with this now. I've had a scare, but I stood my ground, the girl realized it was a drunk mutual thing and it eventually passed over.

My situation happened because I knew the girl before hand and that made me vulnerable in the sense that mutual friends had an opinion, and she didn't want to look slutty. In retrospect the whole thing was likely her trying to protect her precious image of being a "good girl" but I was scared as hell at first.

My advice is to just be careful, and be aware. With a ONS you don't really have to worry about this (IMO) if neither of you has a mutual friend and you don't know each other. The next morning you can simply choose if you want to hang out again or never see her again. This is my preferred girl again.

I'll respectfully disagree CJ, IMHO ONS are more dangerous due to
A. the average girl can't drink and get stupidly drunk
B. it's very rare to see a girl alone in a club\bar\pub\some-night-game-venue, when the next day when her friends and they shame her for going home with you she turns it around and cry rape.

Day game\online are more safe, her friends never heard about you.

It's not only your mutual friends that matter, it's what her friends say about her.

But recording the act, as an insurance, is probably good idea.

True true, you can get a same day thing from day game too. Unfortunately, I'm pretty inexperienced with online game. I think there's less risk (at least in my experience) with a girl you don't know, than with one you do. Unless you're building a relationship before sex, which IMO is ridiculous.

Just put up a sign upon entry of your place "You are being filmed on premise", by her entering your place she's given consent. I much rather be penalized for breaking iffy recording laws than jailed and ruined for life with a false rape charge.

Having a game journal might be handy as you write down all your thoughts post bang, allowing you to use it for stronger recall of events if investigation happens. Allows you to have a much stronger case if you present everything 100% accurate and never flipflop the story of events. Chances a girl calling false rape will change her story multiple times.

The bottom line from what I learned comes down to two key things:

1. Does she seem slutty? If she does, great she won't care. If she doesn't, then ask yourself if she seems like the type that would be upset with herself for making an impulsive sexual decision.

2. Is she too drunk? Doesn't matter if you are too, you should be sober enough to gauge her level of intoxication, and if it seems iffy, pass.

Well I'm no lawyer (and laws very from countries and states\provinces) but from what I've read it's not dismissible in court so easily,so it will changes the accusation to some privacy BS

ONS are better bang for buck value, completely 1000% agree.
But building some kind of relationship could screen some ape shit crazy girls you might want to avoid.

Different approaches, maybe I'm too careful\scared of crazy women and the power laws give them, I do live in Toronto after all.

Regarding online game, from my experience is like a third tier buffet.
Endless options withing reach, vast majority of it are below the average.
Not bad, but not good either.
It's good crutch, but dangerous, I'm stuck leaning on it instead of walking (approaching in real life).

Not sure if that's true or not, nor debating it, but that's a great point. I'd much rather be dealing with a violation of privacy charge than a sexual assault charge.

I don't get how this can even "come up"...

You should be SCREENING WOMEN for the sake of meeting women who meet your criteria. Girls have to be CHASING ME in order for me to even think about hooking up. That said, I do record my life so more times than not I have video of me and the chick having a fun moment together.

P.S...99% of the chicks I've hooked up with, I'm still on good terms with and/or are still friends. Chicks know what they're getting into AND as soon as a chick doesn't meet my criteria I'm GONE. (Once a russian chick was starting to show signs of craziness, slapped me in the face in the club and begged me to slap her in the club...Runs into me again and tells one of my female friends that we met in miami)

A video camera being present saved the ass of those guys at Hofstra college who were accused of rape. Once the police saw the video of Danmell Ndonye consenting to sex with multiple guys at the same time (instead of the rape Ms. Ndonye claimed), her false rape charges very quickly evaporated.
