Gents,

New poster here and I used the search function but didn't see my question answered except a little bit in this thread:

It's 2017 and (allegedly) everyone famous who has ever had sex is a rapist. I predict the movement in Hollywood is going to spill over into popular culture and inflate the number of false rape charges, and I'm paranoid about it.

What are some suggestions to eliminate the possibility of false rape charges that occur after consensual ONS sex?

A little more specifically - I'm a successful businessman in my mid-30s. I often meet and bang ONS while traveling for work, and I use Seeking Arrangement and tinder to meet local women in the cities I travel to. I am wealthy and this is a big appeal for the women, so I am a prime target for extortion or additional drama beyond your average false rape accusation, particularly when using SA.

That's really funny. Today at work some Filipino law firm put advertising flyers on everyone's cars. Their pictures were on it. We made all kinds of jokes such as "If you are injured in a balut related accident, we've got you covered"

That has nothing to do with this question so here's my advice:

Look, OP, if you're not trolling, the first and last thing you have to understand is that because a woman's word is more or less taken as gospel by the legal system, there essentially is no way to produce hard evidence proving no rape occurred.

Every strategy that can be put together in this area - and we are speaking of legal strategies, this forum does not endorse or promote breaking of criminal laws - is ultimately a risk mitigation strategy. There are no magic bullets. Only materials that might force a prosecutor to think he's going to look stupid in front of a jury for bringing a case on.

If you're going to tape yourself having sex with a random bang, especially if you are taping her without her consent, you are always potentially open to a criminal charge of some kind - specifically, unlawful surveillance. You have to carefully consider which jurisdiction you are in and what the consequences are if you're going to do something like that. Beyond that, discussing cameras is mostly wank about megapixels, focal length, and which one takes the best pictures in the dark. Frankly I think a good sound recording system is as important if not more important than a good video system, but that's just me.

However this is actually the best one, with the caveat that you delete her name from the saved contact so that her mobile number shows up clearly.

Then screen shot the exchange that says

You: home ok?
Her: yes all good
You: cool, had fun last night
Her: me too (smiley face)

That's it. Email that screen shot to yourself for future time stamping.

What is a good way to save all the text conversations besides scrolling through the sometimes hundreds of messages in a text chain and taking screenshots. Is there a way to save and upload the text conversations to drop box or something, or maybe transfer them to a folder on my computer for long term storage? The only other option I can think of is just leaving all my conversations on my phone indefinitely forever, but that seems a little ridiculous. My phone is an android galaxy.
