He was an obese 79 year old that had already surpassed his expected life span. He had unknown health problems and diseases but that article does state he visited his doctor on Wednesday AND Thursday. For a shoulder injury as well as other chronic health problems. Well people don't go to the doctor two days in a row.

It very easily could have been natural but as you say the timing is too perfect. Far enough out from Trump's inauguration but still close enough to the end of Obama's term.

The way I think of conservatism is that it is emotional. Males are conservatives by nature and tend to create structure. You have a tendency for conservatism but believe me: it's the worst thing that can happen to a men.

I'm worried from SJW because they want to steal my money. By claiming disability or other shit of theirs. Donating is fine but using lethal force to give my hard work to crooks is out of question. That's the only thing that I like about this guy. But I guess it's more of coincidence than anything else.

This comes up at least every few months. It's a false contradiction that never dies.

So once again: women set the supply of sex, men compete for the supply. Slut shaming and stud cheering are not in conflict, because they refer to two different groups with different roles. Flat, muscular chests are good, and so are chests with big tits -- just as long as the former is male and the latter female. There is no conflict.

A simple thought experiment:
- You are banging about 50 girls a year. How do you feel? Now, you find out the average is 200. How do you feel now?

His family could have requested an autopsy and declined. Had his wife or any one of his nine kids suspected the slightest bit of foul play, they would have been all over this.

It is being "reported" that they declined an autopsy. Is this true? I seriously do not believe anything the press reports, they've been shown to be massive liars so many times I can no longer trust anything said.

And even if it is true, the family could be stricken with such grief and despair they declined to have an autopsy, because they believed initial reports of his death to be true and simply felt they need to move on. People with despair do irrational things. Especially if it was his wife who got the final decision on an autopsy report, this could be filed under "dumb shit women do," a never-ending series.

All in all, for someone so important as a Justice, an autopsy should have been mandatory.

I really doubt there was foul play. A remote as hell ranch with everyone there for a hunt. At his age it could have been, blood clot, aorta aneurism, heart attack, stroke etc. The travel probably pushed him over the edge.
The family SHOULD have done an autopsy. Conservatives are dumb like that.

One thing to keep in mind: Scalia was one of the most conservative Justices on the bench. He took a lot of flack from progressives because he refused to interpret the constitution and federal laws in a way that conformed with the political flavor of the day.

In terms of conservatism and originalism, the only Justice to the right of Scalia in terms of ideology was Thomas. Justice Alito is similar to what Scalia was, but a little more progressive. And as we have unfortunately seen in recent years, Justice Kennedy and Chief Justice Roberts are moderates who have a tendency to side with the four liberal Justices on various occasions.

Obama and the Dems still win big if they can get a conservative judge on the bench who's more like a Kennedy or Roberts instead of a Thomas, Scalia, or Alito. And I honestly think Obama realizes this and will try to get a watered-down conservative approved. It seems like his best bluff to make the cucks fold.

Make no mistake, Roberts and Kennedy are two sleeper liberals who can be pushed into a progressive agenda if enough pressure is applied. Obama is going to try to make it a third with his pick to replace Scalia.
