Absolute idiot. By the time I was 18 I saved up almost 20k washing dishes and cooking in a family diner. I purchased my first rental fixer upper property two years later with more savings.

Even with minimum wage menial jobs (bagging groceries, etc), he could have made that in a month.

Shit, I used to tear carpet and rolled it up for 13 an hour. Made a nice 250-300 every weekend....I was 13 back then.
