These two "dreamers", while looking for a better life and contributing so much to the community, decided to grab a girl, beat her and rape her repeatedly. At least one currently has an ICE detainer. They are both freshmen despite being ages 18 and 17

Quote:WASHINGTON — Two Rockville High School students accused of brutally raping a 14-year-old classmate in a school bathroom will stay in jail after a Rockville district court judge ordered the two teens held without bond Friday afternoon.

Henry Sanchez, 18, of the Aspen Hill neighborhood of Rockville, Maryland, and Jose Montano, 17, have been charged with first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree sexual offense in the violent assault of the female student. WTOP has a policy of not naming minors charged with crimes but Montano is being charged as an adult.

The victim told police she was walking in a school hallway on March 16 at about 9 a.m. when the two male students approached her, according to charging documents. Montano asked her twice to have sex, and after she refused, he forced her into a boys’ bathroom and then into a stall, according to police.

The student told police that Montano and Sanchez raped her multiple times, according to the court documents. She cried out in pain and repeatedly told the two students to stop, she told police.

Forensic investigators said an inspection of the boys’ bathroom later turned up suspected blood “that may be mixed with male fluid,” the court documents stated.

Sanchez and Montano were arrested at school, police said, and have been held since Thursday.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement says they have a detainer on Sanchez, a citizen of Guatemala. The agency could not comment on Montano’s case since he is a minor.

Them being illegal immigrants makes crimes like this extremely avoidable; had we deported the Guatemalan dude or prevented him from overstaying in the U.S, this girl wouldn't have gotten raped, plain and simple. Screwing minors is common in Latin America, especially the lower classes. If I was around a bunch of lower class Canadian friends and told them I banged a 14/15 year old last night, I'd get punched out, shamed and probably have the cops called. German and Irish are nationalities, a concept of citizenship. Latino isn't; it's considered an ethnicity and/or a race.

Most American latinos are not foreign born nor are they dreamers. In many cases, their families have been in the US for over a century.

A better headline here would have been Latin American illegals ...

Why should we deport illegal immigrants if they proportionately committed crimes at the same rates at legal Americans...? Because they don't. Because the people from the countries where "illegals" are coming from are more violent and statistically, more likely to commit violent crimes such as rape, murder, theft, etc.

Feminists are all about power, and not fairness or equality or anything else.

And I am not saying that there aren't power dynamics going on in the head of the rapist, I am only saying that feminists don't spend any time trying to figure out what is going on in the head of a rapist.

Most American latinos are not foreign born nor are they dreamers. In many cases, their families have been in the US for over a century.

A better headline here would have been Latin American illegals ...

The majority of latino's have not been in the country for over 100 years. The country was less than 2% latino before the immigration act in the 60's.
