Little update here from OP.

Not long after I started this thread I decided to take a 3/4 week break of no porn, no fap. I got the same chick back in the routine of fooling around again and I got her to give me a BJ. I used to be able to cum from even an average blowjob, but the last couple of years it only seems possible - within a reasonable time frame anyway - with an exceptionally good deepthroat blowjob, or at least a more energetic and steadily stimulating one.
