This reads like some boilerplate gibberish a particularly dimwitted junior consultant would type in a powerpoint presentation while taking a shit in the airport toilet. I read this and it's like "blah blah blah, blah blah blah, .....Blah blah!"

I'm honestly not impressed. When I was in consulting, I could write empty platitudes about "efficiency" and "stakeholders" for fucking pages and pages and the shit would flow smooth, like. We're talking a 100 slide ppt deck. Sure, it wouldn't actually SAY anything, but it sounded smart as fuck!
