I don't, will never, and would never be stupid enough as to claim that I do know everything. Lastly I would seize this rock of an island and any more like it as a clear hazard to 5th fleet operations. I would become very aggressive to any Iranians operating in the Persian Gulf - their Supertankers are as vulnerable as everyone else's operating in the Gulf. At a minimum every one of their vessels small and large would be inspected for treaty sanctioned Nuclear materials and parts at a bare minimum.
