This is fucked up. The fact that this is an acceptable avenue of dealing with a woman trying to be physical with you is ridiculous. In a more sane society he would be laughed out and ridiculed for anything approaching this level of effeminacy. But with the current system in place where he would have been imprisoned for checking her with a pimp-slap despite being charged by her first (see Ray Rice) or even labeled a domestic abuser if he simply held frame and raised his voice because if she wanted she could fuck him over using psychological abuse charges. That being said I'm not going to hate or dislike this man for what he did. Even hipsters, male feminists, male nurses and male kindergarten teachers (I'm sure there's some overlap with some of the categories) have beards or stubble these days.

I've started going clean shaven - face and head - recently just to avoid looking like half the male population (and here in Bulgaria, the approximately 1/4 with both facial stubble and buzz cut, which has been my go to look for almost two decades - I actually used to stand out back in the 90s and early 00s).
