I just don't understand how these guys are getting beat up by their girlfriends. Even before I started lifting, my girlfriends couldn't really do much to me. Women are so physically weak that even a few months in the gym should see you able to subdue them very easily (and without causing visible damage). I just don't get it.

This is something that's been bothering me for a while; finding a shirt that fits me. I'm a fairly regularly-shaped guy (not big & tall, or anything like that), but the majority of dress shirts seem to be designed either for fat guys, or for spindly twigs. Finding a shirt that's long enough for my arms, loose enough for my biceps (which aren't that big), and tight enough for my torso (and I ain't rocking no six-pack) is a four hour adventure at the mall.

Thank God my mother was a hippy who ate natural during her pregnancy; when I see a "man" like this I suspect some sort of natal hormone damage.

It's not like I'm Fisto-sized. I have what I think of as a fit man's body, yet I can't buy a dress shirt off the rack that will fit me, so everything has to be specially-tailored.

If I'm in a situation where I need a dress shirt in a hurry, this is as close as I can get to getting anything to fit around my 20 5⁄64 inch neck. My top button is functionally useless, so the second button has to function as my top button, and even then, it's struggling.



I've had to gradually work ties out of the equation, which is a shame - undoing one was a great way to focus a woman's attention on my neck and get her daydreaming.
