Another thing that surprised me, but shouldn't have, was the loudness of it.


Handguns are great defensive weapons in that sense. Even if you miss, it would take tremendous courage for an attacker to keep coming at you even after you start shooting.


To move TOWARD the sound of gunfire, takes a lot more courage than people realize.

Props to any people in the armed forces who have moved toward the sound of gunfire, or any people in the police.

The police and armed forces in the US don't get the credit they deserve...

Especially if they live in big cities.

First time I tried shooting I rented a Glock 17 and an AR15. Could hit a silver dollar 8/10 times at 75 feet with the long gun. I couldn't hit the target's head at 7 feet with the handgun.

According to a police report obtained by NBC10, an anonymous tipster told officers that, "the threat to police is not over" and that the man who shot Officer Jesse Hartnett is "part of a group that consists of three others," adding that alleged shooter "is not the most radical of the four." The report obtained Sunday goes on to say the tipster told police to "be careful.”

Authorities said the tip came from a woman who approached an officer on the street

^^^New threat in Philly related to the same guy. It's mind blowing they are able to get away with declaring it's not an Islamic thing yet the suspect actually said it was Islamic and now this new tip.

You might be able to shoot better if you put on a do rag and hold your pistol sideways and do a punching motion while you pull the trigger.

Some of my lefty Philly friends are finding all kinds of goodness in Islam. I don't know what has prompted this, other than the usual lure of the exotic. Since the city is also very gay, I wonder if we'll start seeing rainbow hijabs next.

Is a pathological thing, more common with women and beta males, you can see how British women convert to Islam, they will summit to what they consider stronger force.
