I missed the part about the Northeastern girls. That tells me one thing.

Mr. Kahn lives in Boston. Mr. Kahn is the epitome of what is wrong with that town. Snobby, entitled, knowledge heavy, and wisdom poor yet most likely a highly effective test taker.

And while the folks at MIT and Harvard may in fact poses some intelligence there is an odd inferiority complex that pervades these people. It is an inability to see wisdom in places one wouldn't expect to find it let alone have the ability to approach someone as an equal and not think, "what can I get from you?"

Boston Assachusetts is a place where people's dreams go to die. The longer you spend there the more of your soul disappears. Working out, being active, and doing positive things only does so much because undoubtedly the people you'll meet are like Mr. Kahn right here: hollow and so desperate to fill the void with something anything.

The English shipped their undesirables over to New England for a reason. It's a cold, bitter, frozen, and depressing place. The only good thing about Boston is its airport. My heart goes out to the few there who are good souls. May they escape that place in one piece.

The only people worthy of the title Doctor are ones that work with the sick.

No, I think it's important to remind yourself that people like this exist, if only so you don't fall into the same trap. I think all of us, to some degree, have these traits. I know I can be a braggart and a show-off at times, and I sometimes think of myself as better than other people because I've got a high IQ. Then later I think back and say to myself, "Man, I was acting like an asshole." This forum's got a lot of smart people on it, and I'm sure most of us have had similar experiences.

So it's good to have a guy like Dr. Khan around to remind you, "Whenever you boast about your intelligence or tell a story about how "badass" you are, THIS IS WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE. Remember how you thought he looked like a loser? That's what you look like right now to the other people in the room."

The Japanese word for it is "hanmen kyoushi", an instructor whose example teaches you what not to do. I'm sure there's an equivalent English phrase too, but I can't think of what it is.

So yeah, I hope Dr. Khan sticks around for a while. There's a lot he can teach us, even if it's not what he thinks.

I set my privacy settings so that only the moderators of this forum can see my email, so they know that i am real.

As per my reaction to jake1720, i think it is absolutely warranted. Jake has been posting here for 2 years but has no rep; as far as i know Jake hasn't met anybody from this forum who can vouch for him in those 2 years; but he wants me to introduce him to something as critically important as my professional network? Why should i take that risk? On top of that, Jake made this request after insulting me. That is just ridiculous, of course, i am going to dismiss him right back.

Is that how you get introduce to people's professional network? Insult them? Have no reference of any kind? Don't even try to get to know the person first? This is the kind of value-thieving that women engage in.

This thread is a Human Psychology experiment in progress.

Dr. Khan is using similar tactics to none other than Donald Trump and it's working for him.

Any other newbie would have backed down from a forum barrage like he received in the beginning. Instead, Dr. Khan doubles down on his insults by calling veteran members "idiots" and "bitches" while bragging about his Phd and recent Alpha behavior at a restaurant. Not only did some members (including me) specifically request that he doesn't get banned ... he also has two rep points and guys willing to help him out.

He's now started a thread documenting his personal weightlifting journey and i replied with genuine advice instead of ignoring him. So did other forum members. What wizardry is this?
