I've been thinking about this recently, because I just broke it off with a girl who is a bit crazy. There is probably nothing to worry about, but I've dated several girls who were a bit crazy, and there's always this lurking fear that if I make it publicly one of them will accuse me of something that never happened.

My worse case scenario is getting accused by a girl I've never even slept with. At least if it's an ex I've got texts, photos, email, video, etc. but if we've never met, there is nothing. I realize there may not be evidence to convict, but the social fallout could be brutal.

I've learned in martial arts, you don't rise to the occasion, you default to your training. So I'd like to create a plan now. Even if it's never used, I'll sleep better.

So… If you were falsely accused of rape, what would you do?

I suggest you bookmark some of the websites or at least save some of the phone numbers in your phone in case you need them in the future.

Immediately stop all forms of communication and contact with the person who is suspected of falsely accusing you of rape.
You should also stop communicating with the people who associate with the suspected false accuser because they have already been persuaded by the girl to believe you are guilty rather than innocent until proven guilty.

You should like said above have a close support group who will help you get through this tough time.

I am extra paranoid about this stuff as I see/hear about it happening all the time and a lot of guys get caught off guard when it happens.

I learned to take extra precautions a few years ago when I started learning game since I lived on a University Campus and potential for false rape accusations was widespread due to all the parties on my campus.

Here is what I suggest you do and make a habit of doing long term. I have been doing this for a few years to keep an organized record of my gaming interactions.

Sign up for a cloud storage service like Microsoft One Drive, Dropbox, Google Drive etc...
When ever you meet a girl start keeping a record of all your communication with her if there is a possibility of some type of sexual activity to go on between you two.

Take screenshots of all the messages you two exchange between each other including the the date and time and have her phone number show as well. Then upload these screenshots of the messages you two exchanged onto the cloud storage drive. Then you will have a nice gaming record of all the girls you ever had the potential to do something with.
Also when you two are in private and you think things might get sexual, start audio recording the conversation before, during, and after just so you have proof things were consensual between you two. Also be very careful with the amount of alcohol consumption you and your potential girl have taken. If you think she is drunk, or she has signs that she is drunk, then it's best not to risk your freedom over some drunk girl.

When in Doubt, Get The Fuck Out!!! As it's better to be safe than sorry with those types of things.

Also any types of pictures, videos, media you two exchange should also be uploaded to your cloud drive for safe record keeping.

If you feel comfortable also alert your trusted close friends about your actions and your whereabouts in case you need an ally-by or somebody on your side who might be able to testify in your favor in case needed legally.

All this has a great potential to help you, and your lawyer have credible evidence to win your case.

I hope this information may help anybody reading this.

It's better to stay ready so that you don't have to get ready.

We all forgot about the OP part, that if he becomes famous and a girl he doesnt even know accuses him of shit. He's not asking about what if a girl you did sleep with and who knows you does so.

I think he’s more worried of the damage done to your reputation rather than actually being convicted. And I think this is an extremely legitimate concern. If you make it to senior manager and HR sticks you with some female femme fatale this could become real shit too.

Even if the court declares you innocent the damage to your reputation has already been done, and given how western feminist world is, good luck explaining that to your co-workers or future employers or associates.

Anyone got advice on this? Working in an environment with 70% girls I’m quite concerned about this too, even if French laws usually don’t buy the false rape charge as much as the anglo world does.

If it were me:

1. Don't say anything to anyone, except for your lawyer. Don't try to defend yourself. Say nothing at all.
2. Hire the best lawyer that you can afford.
3. Amass as much evidence you can to prove it was consensual.

Some preemptive measures you can take are to create evidence to prove that it was consensual (text messages, videos, tape recordings, lack of alcohol, etc.), avoiding women who are more likely to accuse you of rape (not having one night stands, not sleeping with married women, feminists, etc.), doing good acts and finding highly respected members of the community to say good things about you. In these type of cases, your character is on trial as well.

It's a fair question. The BPD Thread and Red Flags thread(s) are good places to start.

Look for signs of excessive victimhood or vindictiveness. Chicks that talk about past "abusve" boyfriends, how they would give an ex an STD and not care, or make little gestures/statements that they could flip on you for petty shit.

Your gut feeling is maybe not enough alone to totally understand everything but many guys ignore their gut feelings all the time in various ways and pay for it dearly. If a bitch seems like she is off, she is likely off.

If you are so clueless and green to the game, maybe stick with daygame/multiple dates/social circles until you get a better feel for women.

No ONS is worth 4 or 5 figure lawyer fees, a damage rep, a ton of psychological stress, and possible prison time. Anyone reading this forum has TONS of insight in how to avoid and/or minimize the risk of that happening.

All of these guys are telling you good advice, but the best advice of all is: Go find a good lawyer. Yes, it sucks that you have to pay some guy to prove you didn't do some horrible shit, but you can't handle this type of shit by yourself. We like to think that we have a presumption of innocence, but when someone accuses you of some heinous shit, people will assume the worst. And an attorney is the best one to get you clear of that. I almost married an attorney and I fucking hate them as much as anyone because of that cunt, but it's your best option. Do NOT try to do this shit by yourself, friend. Please, find a good lawyer. This is serious, horrible stuff that can affect you the rest of your days. Think about Michael Jackson... He was acquitted twice but everyone thinks he was a child molester because he was accused of it. Those guys at Duke were guilty until the witness came clean and the prosecutor was disbarred, but until then, that skank's word was gold with the media.

I've went through something similar in college, a girl told her dad I slapped her around, and she admitted she lied later, but it almost destroyed me over the bullshit she claimed. I thought I was done and that no one would ever believe me because she was wealthy and her dad was a big deal, and I was just a scrub, poor college student. I got lucky that she came clean, but don't chance it, kid. Pay an attorney to help you. You need the help. I wish you the very best. This was a rape case in Florida from a few years back that involved a frat house and a 27 year-old stripper. The case still provokes a lot of debate, and was one of the most contentious sexual assault cases in Florida's legal history. The raging debate about was she / wasn't she raped is by no means tempered or diluted by the fact that: THE ENTIRE SEX ACT WAS FILMED.

You can watch the actual video of the act and still not be entirely sure if she was or wasn't raped. This is how nuanced this issue is.

So even if you're recording your sexual encounters that may not mean shit (and may even be possibly illegal to boot).

This came up in another thread I wrote in. Short answer to your question though:

In most states it is not illegal to video your own premises for your own security. In some states you may be in a gray area if you don't post a notice / sign (see below)

If you were falsely accused of rape and had the interaction taped, and your attorney showed the video of a consensual interlude to the prosecutor, the case would likely never even be brought

My understanding is that video/audio recording laws vary from state to state. Either way, the penalties would likely be lower than being falsely accused of sexual assault.

Firstly: If you walk into an establishment that posts "Premises under video surveillance" you are granting tacit consent to be surveiled. If you don't want to be videoed, don't go in. That's why every chucklehead that robs a gas station, 7/11, casino etc, etc, ends up on the news and then eventually in prison

Similarly You have the right to video YOUR OWN PREMISES. Guests have the right NOT to enter your premises. The posted sign gives them notice

Secondly: When talking about "false rape accusations" we're talking about criminal charges not civil claims The "other side" is the state
In criminal cases the opposing lawyer is salaried DA / prosecutor. They get paid by the "state" and don't give a rats ass about guilt or innocence...only whether they believe they can win (convict) or not.

In the case of a "false rape accusation" arising from consensual sex that occurs on MY PREMISES the DA/prosecutor would likely take one look at my tape and see a girl, willingly making out, willingly taking her clothes off, willingly sucking my dick, willingly banging in several positions, willingly swallowing or receiving a facial that makes her look like a glazed donut when I finish, then willingly getting the fuck out

Is this foolproof for every possible scenario? Of course not. My lawyer friend said that, even if the video is dismissed because filmed without consent, you can always spin it into a charge for filming people without consent, which is much much lighter than a rape charge, and still use the video evidence to dismiss the false accusation. If thats the worst case, recording is not a bad idea.

I feel bad for you guys having to do it though. Having to cover yourself like that just for the most natural enjoyment between two human beings (one of which is fucked up if she accuses you) just stinks of tragedy. In France, Spain or Italy cases like that are usually dismissed but you cant press charges for false accusation either. Still there's the damage to your reputation.

You're right. The definition of "rape" has been so distorted, especially on college campuses that heterosexual sex is almost always considered non consensual. But that's my point.
