The next election will be in 4 years, so it's too early to tell. Doug Ford would be a great candidate, but I'm not sure he speaks French well enough to become Prime Minister.

Trudeau is doing an awful job, his last budget was a joke, he spends money like a crazy woman at West Edmonton Mall. He hasn't done much, other than taking selfies and participate in gay prides of all major cities.

And the scary thing is... He's still extremely popular. Women and gays who voted for him still love him no matter what. When you ask them why, they can't find any argument other than "he's so cute".

If Donald Trump, or any American (or foreign) President attempts to take land from Canada, the federal government in Ottawa could view that as an act of war or violation of International treaties.

BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan need to separate from Canada first before joining any other country, so that the Turdeau will have no power to re-claim the provinces.

I'm not sure how provinces separate, but in the United States there is either a democratic process for secession, or the other option which involves angry people.
